M E: [updating my 3-star review to 4 after a week]Even though the hairstylist gave me a different cut than what was on the photo I showed him, the cut he gave me seems well done. The much shorter cut was a bit of a shock, but I've gotten used to it after a week. He might've been having a bad day: his handling of a large wire bristle brush was rough on my ears and forehead. Overall I would've preferred the haircut I showed him and gentler treatment on my face and ears with that brush, but the cut seems to have been well done.

The stylist TAKES 5 MINUTES to carelessly cut my hair, decides I need layers and chops them a few inches from my scalp. My jaw drops and my hand reaches for my phone to call Nardi. He examines my cut, swears in Albanian, and gets to work. He explains that because I have fine hair, every mistake is visible and I really need a professional. But who doesn't? Who doesn't want someone who knows what they're doing, and takes it seriously as the art that it is? He takes his time, switches scissors to add texture, and salvages my self-esteem an hour before I go off to see everyone I know. If that wasn't already wonderful enough, when Nardi finished blow-drying and adding product so it looked just right- he told me that the cut was on the house, and he hoped I had a good birthday.I almost cried. It would have been worth every penny.Give this place your money- you won't regret it!

However this post is about my mom who made an appointment a month ago, spoke to the receptionist specifically told her she’s there to do roots and highlights and after that long wait finally she went there 12/07 at 3 pm and apparently was booked for the incorrect services and was turned away, no attempt to fix the mistake was even made no other appointment was offered, simply was told” can’t do your hair”, horrible customer service . I wanted my hair a little above the middle of my back and it turned out barely touching my shoulders! e e: After i got my hair straightened. and a couple days later i decided to wash it and she said there was no chemicals nothing. and i was washing my hair chunks of it came out and it was dead horrible experience!!! This salon sucks!! She put relaxer in my hair!! Horrible! She burned my scalp!

L. C.: The owner of that salon, Josefina, wasn't clear about the price. I was supposed to get charged $50-$60 for straightening my hair. She told me that when she personally saw my nice shoulder length hair. At the end, she ended up charging me $100 total because I got my hair trimmed with bangs & also because they did a dubbie ? With their 5 bobby pins and a hair net ! Wow lol, I still tipped her, I think $10 more. It was the end of 2021, so enjoy, Happy New Year! Didn't want to share my energy about the extra exxagerated charge, but I won't go there again. I've gone there some times before and Rosy was always a good person to go to. So, if you do go there , go to Rosy. Everything they do to you, ask how much so you're not left with an unpleasant and unplanned surprised at the end. Dalia Yassin: I have a short dark hair and I got an appointment and I spent 1 h just trying to explain her and the owner how I want my hair, I was told that almost every style I want wasn’t working (even I show her my friend who has a darker color than me and recently colored her hair) Even basic colors that I had it done before to my hair. And after we get to an agreement they asked me to leave because the time is not enough. I explained to them I have work and had to have day off (which is from my vacation time which will cost more that what they would charge for the service..) and offered to stay longer while she works with others, they said no, and she was at the end that she won’t reschedule because I seem busy to her.. she didn’t even offer to work with other stylist another time. This was extremely annoying.. wast time and money she could have basically said that she can’t do it.. it’s simple.Edit: no one asked me for a consultation time or what I need to do exactly.Service:Hair coloring

Saiyidah Aisyah: I don’t often write a bad review because my first step is to let the company know of my dissatisfaction but after leaving an email and a message on Instagram, I still have not received any reply. So here I am writing this unfortunate review.I went to the salon excited to get my keratin treatment and haircut. I also don’t want to name the hairstylist because I’m giving this company another chance to look into this matter. The keratin treatment went fine. I asked for a haircut below my chin, my hair was just touching my collar bones before that. Next thing I knew, the hairdresser kept on cutting and cutting until it was right below my ears. I did show her photos of what I hope to achieve but it turned out nothing like what I wanted. Initially I thought it was going to look weird because the keratin treatment must have made my hair too straight and flat but when I reached home and checked the side and back of my hair, it just looked awful. I washed and blow dried it but it still looked the same. I have attached photos to show you that the straight cut was not even straight and that the length was not below the chin.I had to go to another salon the next day to “fix” it and as you can tell at least, there’s a little bit more shape to my hair. I feel more confident now. (The last photo is after the “fix”)I just wanted to put it out there that if a hairdresser isn’t proficient in cutting short hair, they should let the customer know. Or even if the cut is going to look weird after a keratin treatment, I should have been told that as well. I’m not the expert in this case and was depending on the expertise of the hairdresser but was utterly disappointed.—-Updating this review. Ashley, the salon owner, reached out to me and refunded me the cost of the haircut and the other haircut to “fix” my hair from another salon.Thanks for looking into this matter and I’m just grateful hair will always grow back.
