Eva Bero: This company is THE WORST! Avoid. Do not use them for anything. They refused emergency service on my 2 year old boiler they installed for $8K because I do not purchase oil from them. Somehow this detail was not listed on my purchase agreement for the boiler. I called Peterson Oil who walked me through literally a one minute step to restore heat. Buyer beware.
Ivania Baltodano: Had this company last year and they were filling up to 2 times a month. With my new company lakeside, they filled in November 2022 and I still have a little over 1/2 tank now in February 2023. To say the least, this company is not honest about what they deliver and charge
Kaitlyn Lijoi: Awful awful company. Delivered to me even when I put them on a hold and it was the end of the summer and had been 80 degrees out- then said there was no hold noted. Then delivered to me again after I ended the hold but delivered when my tank was over 1/2 full- only gave me 40 gallons and it was still only the end of October! When I called to complain they said they’d space out deliveries, then I get another random call from some woman asking me all about it again and saying she was from the oil delivery department or whatever- I got fed up and asked what the purpose of her call was because I thought it was already obvious I should just have more spaced out deliveries- not rocket science- and she hung up on me… it’s not a privilege to be in business with your company so stop acting like it is!
music is life: worst company ever. tried them for the first time 3 weeks ago. they never delivered my oil claim they did and charged my card. I had to order from another oil company. cost me close to 600 extra dollars now I am out money and 2 weeks go by and they finally are saying well we can come by and check if its empty and if it is we will deliver the oil. I was out of hot water for over a week and I have kids so I had no choice. they wont even look at my oil bill from the other oil company. alls I can say is never again.
jay hassett: After being a customer for 12 years, and having a direct billing thru my credit card I've notice on my last bill I was charged .75cents more per gal then the area's average. Upon checking my previous Bill's the same. This is outrageous. Not to mention in 1 month they delivered 325 gallons in a 250 gallon tank ? I'm done.
Noah Palmieri: Look no further! This is a fantastic company to work with. I am a new home buyer and have never dealt with heating oil before. Everyone over the phone was so nice to explain things to me. They are prompt and professional. I recently had some issues come up with my furnace, but Ronnie came out and did a fantastic job. In and out in under an hour and has my system running like new, even taking the time to explain the system to me! The best part... I am saving tons of money! Sign a service contract and see for yourself... I got a 40 cent per gallon discount off my first fill, 25 cents/gal off the rest of my fills for this year, and saved over 250 dollars with my most recent service given the benefits of my service contract. Especially if you just bought a home and have an older system, it would be foolish not to sign the contract given all the headache it can save you.This is a company that is very fair to do business with and they have earned a loyal customer in me!

From the the professional ladies in the office,, making sure, that not only they were on top of it..and sending someone as soon as they could... But to making me feel comfortable I won't freeze,, being a single woman...too making me laugh!!😊 And the gentleman that come to help are always professional, clean and reliable,, in a timely fashion,, One company in cold weather can’t be at everyone”s house at the same time..., so I would recommend them to anyone who needs a really well trained staff in helping in any issues the have regarding there heating system.... they will treat u with the up most respect,,,, also,,, you get what you pay for,,, if you want cheap, go to a cheaper company!!! Kristen Tran: We've been getting our oil from midnight for about a year and a half. I know their delivery can be expected within 3-5 business days, but often it's the next day! I even got my delivery on a Sunday, which was unexpected but a pleasant surprise. No complaints here.

Robert J: I really liked Harrington oil, never had any issues and their delivery people and technicians were great. Once they were bought out by Brideau, I became unhappy and switched to another company out of Worcester.
Meg: Excellent service, reasonable prices and they always answer the phone when you call. I wouldn't use anyone else!
Patricia O'Dell: Since this company merged with Birdeau I can no longer afford oil. At 69 years old I am reduced to taking a cab to local gas stations and filling up 5 gallon containers of diesel fuel simply to have heat and hot water. Harrington used to deliver 100 gallons as a minimum, but after being bought by this company they raised their minimum to 150 gallons thus pricing out working people like myself. Given the SKY HIGH oil prices at this time please reconsider returning to the 100 gallon minimum so that people like myself can actually afford heat and hot water. It's shameful and people are hurting. I hope someone in upper management takes the time to truly respond to criticism and help the people of this community.
Michael Bouley: Not an ideal customer experience. Called to see if I could have an oil fill line moved and then set up a burner servicing. I never got a chance to ask about the burner service. I asked about the fill line, was then asked if I was a customer. As I am currently not, I said no, and the response I got was "unfortunately since you are not a customer, we can't help you, we are really busy and can't fit you in." I WAS looking to become a customer, but definitely not after that. Disappointing.
Robert Sudyka: After a week without heat and and hot water two other companies came into my home trying to sell be a new boiler.Kevin came into my house and said I can fix that for you. He was very professional and had a great personality. It took home less then an hour from start to finish to get my heat and hot water back. He even pointed out things to keep an Eye out for in the future.

This morning when I ran out of oil on a Sunday, due to my own neglect, the owner not only answered the phone kindly but got someone out to fill my tank and assist within 2 hours. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend!

Harrington has gone above and beyond for us - evening making an off hours emergency delivery on a Sunday when we ran out of oil. They always make deliveries on time, sometimes even earlier than expected. I HIGHLY recommend them!
