Chris Robichaud: If I could give them negative stars I would. Stay away from this agency. The agent by the name of Dan quoted me an insurance policy that was over $1,000 less than what the insurnace company tried to charge me after I transferred my insurance policy. If this wasn't bad enough, Dan then stopped responding to my calls, texts, & emails. I then had to find another agent somewhere else to get me out of this mess & Archetype did not even have the professional decency to cancel my old policy when my new agent sent over the request to cancel. 4 months running now, & I am still dealing with the mess Dan created. By far the worst experience I have ever had with any customer service situation. Stay away from this company if you like your time & money, as they will waste both.In response to their response. You have had my cancellation paperwork for weeks & have done nothing. So, I'm sorry, you do not do what you are stating here. I also will be filing a complaint with the board of licensures for this gross mishandling of the situation.
Adam of City Compost: Limited support for basic requests. Representatives try to have you call the underwriting insurance company that issued the policy rather than servicing the accounts that they signed. The underwriting company’s automated systems (Progressive) are poorly constructed so it ends up being a lot of time going through automated prompts and repeating the same basic information to multiple representatives once you are finally able to get someone on the phone.

Karen Buckley: First of all Archetype agent sent a cancellation notice to my old insurance one month early so I was unaware I was driving without insurance. Then Archetype sent me a copy of my new insurance without liability insurance which is required in my state. I told them to send me a corrected copy. Second copy still left blank for liability insurance. Then I get a letter from DMV suspending my vehicle registration. Do not go with these idiots or you will regret it!

W Menorah: I just returned from a long awaited vacation and wanted to share my story. I travelled from Massachusetts to Western Ohio for a classic car event. I loaded my car onto my trailer and off I went. I prefer to travel at night because there is less traffic so I began my journey at 7PM. Each time I stopped to refuel, I would check the straps holding my car on the trailer to ensure the vehicle was safely attached to the trailer. One thing I never expected was to come around the back of the trailer at 2AM and find that my license plate had broken off and was lost somewhere on the highway! At 9AM, I called the Manero Insurance Agency and asked what to do as I was concerned about travelling back home without a plate on my trailer. Nick Manero answered my call. After he made some calls and did some internet searches, Nick selflessly left his office, headed to the Mass Registry and got me a new plate. Nick then went to the USPS and overnighted me the new plate and registration to the hotel where I was staying so I could safely travel back to Massachusetts. Nick used his own money to pay for the registration and the overnight mail constantly assuring me that it was not a problem and that my safe travels were his main concern and that we could square up once I returned.I am so grateful to have Nick and the rest of the Manero Insurance Agency in my corner. You never expect to have a problem arise while you are travelling but it's nice to know that if something does occur, you have some pretty awesome people who will go out of their way to help you.Thanks, again, Nick for allowing me peace of mind so I could enjoy my LOOOOONG awaited vacation!!
Andrew Churchill: Buying a new motorcycle and being as impatient as a kid on Christmas eve, I needed this bike on the road ASAP. As my insurance agent, Manero Insurance made it their first priority to work with me to create the necessary documents and get them to the correct places without delay. My agent offered to make the trip to the registry for me, and what really surprised me is when I said I could make the trip myself, he offered to drive out and meet me halfway to stamp my RMV-1!
