Caisey Berkiel: I was always happy with my insurance until I actually needed to submit a claim. Long story short, my car was hit/totaled in my driveway in the late evening while parked at home. This is where the nightmare began. When I somehow was responsible for $3,000 even though I wasn’t even in my car, we fought with claims for days to get that gap lowered (even though why should I pay anything while now I’m car-less, no money for a down payment, and don’t even qualify for a new loan...) so we called Paul because the adjusters/mangers etc. were so rude and uncaring when speaking with them. Here’s my problem, he heard our voicemail and sent it over for someone from claims to call me back. He doesn’t care enough about your business to return your phone call so go somewhere that does. You know who called and asked “are you okay?” THE OTHER INSURANCE COMPANY. It’s unfortunate because I don’t like to leave bad reviews, especially since he was referred to me by my cousin who does a lot of business with this man, but seriously? I bundled my home & auto, but after this nightmare, they have lost my business. And I got an almost $100 cheaper rate per month going elsewhere so seriously don’t waste your time & heartache. I lost my car I loved, thousands of dollars, and gave a huge mess in my yard to clean full of glass & car pieces. They’re so unhelpful.It’s sad that I felt like my own insurance company who I pay to protect me in these types of situations was more against me than the other drivers insurance was.The other insurance company called and told me ways to talk to my insurance company to help get me more money. These people don’t care about you. I feel much more confident that I made the switch, and I’m saving hundreds of dollars!Edit to add: that is correct, but originally, you tried to screw me out of $3,000. I had to argue several things on my vehicle to increase the value. Why should I have to do that? I would think you would want to help me as much as possible seeing as I was obviously not at fault.The note that was left is not accurate but I guess you would know that if you cared enough to look into the situation. I have young children too, and still have answered countless phone calls from the rude people on your end who use phrases such as “first of all.. second of all” when I call to ask questions. Unprofessional. Again, like I said I had no issues with your agency until I actually needed to submit a claim, which I’m sure all these 5 start reviews haven’t had to do. Your response shows your company’s character, making me out to be the bad guy when my car was hit in my driveway, and your original cash offer was missing several features on my vehicle and far below the average selling price. Melissa: I would not recommend this company at all. I had them as an agent for about 8 years. They started off attentive and helpful and I would receive my information with attachments through email. Each year it got worse, they seemed to get lazy to where I would not get all the information through email; half-ass. The premiums would increase by several hundred dollars due to the fact that she/they were not looking for the best rate. I had to ask! When i found a new house, I was given a quote of about $1050 per year for homeowner's; Not even doing research (like usual). I went with another agent who found me a rate of about $400 less per year! When I asked Charlene to cancel the homeowner's of the home I sold, she said she did but, in fact, did not! Took 2 months and her "whatever" attitude is disgusting! Very unprofessional! Good luck if this is who you want to deal with for an agent. Unfortunately I had to highlight a star to post this review. But they are in the negative.

He is very unprofessional and irresponsible. After I spelled my name to him several times and emailed him my name, he entered it wrongly and said "I went by the email you sent me". I showed him the original email and he never apologized and said "the name is not important as long as the address is correct". I emailed him twice politely asking whether he can help change my name back (actually correcting his own mistake), he never got back, when I called after waiting several days, he said "don't bother me again".Never purchase anything from an irresponsible agent.
