We had Becky as our guide and she made us all feel very safe and comfortable before we even left! This was the best ride I have ever had and we cannot wait to go back!!

I was paired with an amazing horse, jasper. The trail was beautiful and I enjoyed the scene and learning background info on some parts of the woods, especially the whale. Tanya T: I have very fond memories from this place from decades ago and had to come back for a beautiful ride. I've always loved how down-to-earth and comfortable Ridge Valley Stables is. Never been a "show horse" kind of girl. Scruffy and happy is fine by me. Horses were perfect. Scenery was just as lovely as I remember-- lots of wildlife, too. Becky took great care of us, welcoming us, even helping to retrieve my wallet that had fallen out. I tipped her, of course. Wonderful to see Terry still around. Hope it lasts another 50 years!

Tried to book the beach ride to celebrate 10th wedding anniversary, the website said to call a week or so in advance of the ride day, then the lady responsible for it won't return calls for a week, then texts on a Saturday and says everything is booked two months ahead. And then did not respond to a question about available dates and how to book!When you charge 300 dollars a person, customer service needs to function properly!

Cynthia Laidlaw: Orchard Hill Equestrian Center is an excellent facility. I’ve been a boarder for 10+ years and I love the farm. The horse care is excellent, staff is professional and friendly and they keep the barn clean and organized. My horse is very happy there. The instructors are goal oriented and people are friendly and welcome. It’s a real “horse community”. I live in Boston and the drive is about 45 minutes.

Whether your interest is the sport of eventing, dressage or pleasure riding- OHEC have the means and school horses to fulfill your dreams. OHEC offers an enriching environment to learn about horse care. In addition, the quality of instructors available and school horses will allow you or your child to reach realistic riding goals. The instructors not only teach but also compete in recognized equestrian event- to enrich their own progress and motive their students. Dazt Dasgl: Orchard Hill is a beautiful place with many nice people and great facilities. However, the lack of good school horses forces many more advanced riders to leave and go to other farms where they can reach their goals. Many students are frustrated from the lack of school horses that can jump higher than a cross rail and be suitable for a more advanced student to ride (and not be overused!!). Currently, there are only about two horses and a couple more small ponies that are can jump. Also, because of the demand for jumping horses, these horses and ponies are overused, often going 2-3 times a day. Although, the staff does care about the horses and are treated well, with every horse being turned out daily and given the proper amount of hay and grain. For boarders, Orchard Hill is perfect with great trainers, turnout, and care. Overall, it's a nice place for boarders, and beginner riders, with a lack of good school horses for more advanced riders seeking to canter and jump.
Debbie Winning: My daughter and I first started riding at Orchard Hill Equestrian Center 3 years ago and find ourselves blessed to have found such a beautiful and professional establishment. My daughter has become a very confident rider thanks to numerous trainers at Orchard Hill. She absolutely loves their summer camp program and for the past 2 years has attended all 8 weeks of camp. A year ago we started looking for a horse to purchase and the Teich family was so supportive and helpful throughout the whole process. We are now proud owners of a Connemara named Liam. The care he receives is top knotch. He is turned out daily in a large grass paddock with several of his friends and has a beautiful well kept stall to rest in at night. All of the staff, boarders and students have become our second family and we consider ourselves very lucky to be a part of Orchard Hill Equestrian Center.
dawson greenland: Orchard Hill is an incredible facility! I have boarded my horse there for a year and a half and everyday I feel blessed to have found their website while searching for a place to move. There is truly something for everyone here. Young and old alike. Most barns are oriented toward one discipline or another but you can pursue any interest here and be respected for just loving horses. There are wonderful trainers to suit all levels or you can bring your own. The selection of school horses is the best I've seen anywhere. The care is the most professional I know of. There is always someone to ride with but never too many people crowding you. There are 3 different rings to ride in and fabulous trails all around. Turn out is however you like....group pasture or individual paddocks. Orchard Hill just has a great vibe going on at all times. Wonderful people - men, women and children! I would highly recommend this barn to everyone!!!

Outdoor Sports: Boston Equestrian Center is the perfect place to relax and enjoy time with horses on weekends, away from the city. They have indoor arena and hours are flexible, and their horses seems happy there. If you are serious about the sports, I would recommend to check out this place, the owner is a very skilled instructor.

Katie Parker: I used to ride when I was little and wanted to get back into it. I found this farm close to me and I'm so happy that I did! Not only are the people there super friendly, but I have learned SO MUCH about riding and taking care of horses. I feel like the barn I used to ride barely taught me anything compared to how much I've learned here, and I only started up again five months ago! Marion is a fantastic instructor and I'm so happy to met all of these people and horses. Definitely will continue going here and would suggest others to if they want to learn from the best!
David Magnano: Owner is very generous and supportive, don't listen to the bad reviews (all posted at the same time...). One person decided to take offense because the owner is blunt and to the point and they couldn't handle it so they asked their friends to spam bad reviews. My fiance has been going here for several months and he has taken her under his wing because he is a good person, and the whole staff is welcoming and encouraging. Don't let one person's self image issues turn you away from a wonderful learning experience.

Jessica White: My daughter started her riding journey here. During her short start we had 4 different riding instructors. That’s right 4 different instructors all with different riding techniques and styles. This made it hard for my beginner to actually learn when she is being told it’s this way or that way. The last instructor was doing good. We were getting good form and structured lessons, until she left to go to a different barn. You would think being a client there the owner would have contacted us about continuing lessons , nope! Which I am glad she didn’t and we found a different barn. My daughter was upset as she loved the horse she rode there but tbh The lesson horses at this barn are older and don’t like to move faster than a walk, trained to follow the instructor around so don’t worry about learning how to steer. Looking back our overall experience was distasteful and we should have looked for a new place sooner.

A Acher: I recently had my daughter’s 5th birthday at Canterberry Acres. Carol and Michelle are awesome. My daughter is obsessed with unicorns and Michelle dressed the horses as unicorns for her party. All the kids had a blast and it I couldn’t have asked for a better party. Her birthday is in March so the weather can be unpredictable, however we didn’t have to worry because they have an indoor arena just in case. The kids also loved seeing the chickens and goats on the farm. Thank you to all the staff.

We are from Texas and no strangers to ranches and horse farms, however this place is 100% magical. Carol is amazing and had my kids riding English in no time at all. Robert Banthin: I have not ridden a horse in some time and today I visited Conerstone Ranch in Princeton Ma. The owner Susan and her daughter Julia made me feel welcome right away. I was given a lot of new information on horseback riding and tips on riding before I even got in the saddle. The location is beautiful and private. While I only took a trail ride they offer lessons wagon rides and other options. The Horses are very well cared for and well trained. I definitely would highly recommend you pay them a visit. 5 Stars for Conerstone Ranch

Cassandra Meads: Cornerstone Ranch was a great place to visit. This is not one of those "the horse does all the work" places where you're merely a passenger, you have to ride the horse. I had the pleasure of riding Malarkey, she was a sweetheart. She definitely needed me to steer her back on the trail as she tried to wonder off into the trees. The wranglers and rest of the staff were very friendly and gave very useful instructions on how to handle the hoses and what to expect. I will definitely go back again.

Sara Dean: We had a fantastic experience with Cornerstone Ranch's 1-hour guided trail ride. Our guide was friendly, upbeat, and very patient given that we were first-time riders. The Ranch was lively with all of the animals about and a nice bonfire in the center, complete with hot chocolate and s'mores station! The ride through the grounds and wooded trails was beautiful - we got to enjoy peace and quiet and the fresh-fallen snow. We had a very fun time and hope to return some day!
Matt Morais: Great place to visit friendly horses and have a sleigh / wagon ride. The hot cocoa and smores station is a nice touch, just wish the fire was bigger / warmer so we could roast some.My friend proposed to his girlfriend here at the "scenic overlook of boston" that the owner said was popular for proposals. I included a photo of my girlfriend and I so that others know what this location looks like, as we could not find any on Google.All of the horses were extremely friendly and most came over when you approached their paddock / grazing area. Ginger was particularly affectionate to us, and she was really cute too!

I was very impressed with their facility and the horses are very well taken care of and you can tell they are loved so very much by them. I met Susan and Julia and had the honor to have Susan as my guide. I hadn't been on horseback in quite a few years but she made me feel comfortable and confident in not only myself but also in my trusty steed Kidder !! (Who is the most handsome leopard appaloosa 3 )The trails are beautiful ,we saw deer just off the path who were not one bit bothered by our presence...just couldn't have asked for better riding weather for the middle of January! We chatted and rode for 2 hours which went by so fast with the sun going down we headed back to barn. Thank you for such a wonderful day Susan and I will be seeing you again soon !! :)I Highly recommend Cornerstone Ranch 5+++ stars
