CW Medical Supply: what do users think?
Tom McMillan: Prompt, curteous, helpful service
G Webb: Proprietor is an amazing person. Very helpful, extremely knowledgeable. They took the time to walk through several options, discussed what might be best for our needs.
Aly Eve Remmos: Good customer service and I am very happy with my rollator.
ebucaro: Very good experience buying a transport chair today.Good service.Explained me all features.Would recommend.
M B: My wife needed a boot for a sprained ankle. Patrick tried to find one that would fit, but was out of stock. He called multiple area supply houses to find one that had the one we needed, and went above and beyond. Thanks Patrick!
Taylor Spicer: He was very kind and helpful.
Kathy Freeburn: We found we had need of a wheelchair for a family gathering within a week of the event. I called around and found several places were willing to rent a chair, but it wasn't until I was in touch with CW Medical that I learned that getting ANY chair could be dangerous, especially for a grassy terrain. Patrick took the time to explain what we needed despite not having the model available. I can't thank CW enough! We found one and feel so much better knowing it will be a safe trip across the field! If you are in need of medical equipment, call CW!
Dot: Wonderful, Pleasant Prompt & Professional Service.
Jane Desarro: Patrick was very helpful and informative when I was searching for a light weight wheelchair for my husband. I needed one sturdy enough for a big guy, yet light enough for me to lift it. He called his Drive rep and ordered the wheelchair we needed. He had stabilizers put on without even being asked to. Patrick takes extra time with customers to satisfy their needs. I highly recommend Patrick and CW Medical.
Tom Cantwell: Had problems getting pressure socks on and off. Gave next larger size. Very accommodating.
John Scotia: I've only had great experiences here, though that was prior to 2017
Efrain Rodriguez: Very helpful people, the guy was very kind and explained me everything I needed to know even when he knew that I was not going to buy nothing...
Donna Healy: Very condescending people. I have a collage degree and do not need to be spoken to as though I'm an idiot. The employees are not on the same page. Would never step foot in there again.
Kevin Gray: Amazing experience. Knowledgeable in insurance. .new management=new experiences. The new management is awesome.

Byram Healthcare: what do users think?
joe parrillo: Came here to leave a negative review about them saying they didn't receive a fax from my doctor, but apparently that seems to be their specialty. They are horrible. If you have another option, go there.
min meow: Issues Issues Issues and it's always the insurance company's fault meanwhile people suffer without their supplies,,,oh and don't even bother with with the app worthless
H Tavares: HORRIBLE customer service. Use a different pharmacy!
Kevin Culleton: Byram has refused to accept Medicare part b information. I have made dozens of attempts and had faith the situation would be corrected. It hasn't been. Despite my constant communications, the account was put into collections. I even had a Mainecare representative on the line with me to help straighten out the billing problem. Nothing fixed it. I do not recommend this company to anyone. They are not interested in anything but money.
Angie Wesner: Already not impressed. Ordered march 11th. It's now the 15th and I get a text at midnight saying they can't send my order till they get more info. So they need a prior Auth. And they waited days. They don't automatically deliver like the others. Now, you need to set a reminder to call every month. But make sure you have back ups.I'm going to EDIT**They had the wrong doctor address and fax number. It happens. Life happens. They did everything immediately to rectify. So I'm going to give them 4 stars for the lengthy but productive conversation!! Thank you.
unknown unknown: I ordered ileostomy supplies on 1/30/23. Should take 2-3 days to receive them. The girl who took my order said her computer was down and she would enter all the info in the morning. she said she would call me back if there was an issue with the order. On Feb 1st, I got a voice mail that my supplies had been shipped. As of today (2/8/23)I have not received them. I called last night and was on hold for more than 45 minutes. I emailed today, reply was "We will contact you within 2 business days." I am out of supplies, my insurance pays for 10 a month and now I have to wait for who knows how long to get my supplies.I would not recommend this company for any urgent care supplies that may be needed.
Cathryn Scanlon: If I could give negative starts for this place, I would. I have had nothing but issues getting my Type 1 Diabetes supplies from Byram. Recently, I was told that my prescription expired and that Byram was requesting a new one from my doctor. I was told they were fax requesting, and that I did not have to do anything on my end. After 3 weeks of calling Byram and getting no answers, they finally tell me that they do not even have a fax number on file for my doctor. They were sending a fax to literally nothing. Now, all of a sudden I owe a bunch of money to Byram, and they are telling me it's because my insurance has changed in January (it hasn't). This company is a scam and just want your money. Do not use Byram.
Theresa Champagne: Well, was going to use them. Submitted all my information online and said I would get a call back within 24 hours. It's been almost a week and no call. Looked up the company to get the number and saw 1.5 star rating. Clicked on them and read Google reviews and WOW! No wonder they didn't call me back, they seem to be pretty incompetent. I guess that's a good thing for me. I'll be looking elsewhere.
Joe Shanley: Terrible. On hold for 30 minutes. Service Rep was polite but no help; “internet not working properly “. Never did understand what the voice mail was in regards to. Fittingly, ended up as a dropped call.
Katherine Maher: I have ordered supplies six times and six times Byram has messed up the order. Each time their error is new and different. This company is a complete hot mess
ann meilus: I have not been to the store in years. I used to regularly go there to get stockings for my mother. Ralph, the gentleman at the front counter, has not changed. He looks exactly the same and is very polite and helpful. Ralph is the reason why I went back and will continue to patronize the store.
Forest Boucher: my osteomy bag keep leaking!!! hate this
Aubrey: We've been trying to get colostomy supplies through Byram for 2 months. Every time I call the story changes on why we're unable to have the order fulfill.
Michael Divis: I have been trying to reorder my sensors for type 1 diabetes since they ran out almost 4 weeks ago. I was told I couldn’t order yet, due to an insurance mistake that was not my fault. They then told me I was supposed to have my order shipped on 8/31 and it didn’t ship until the 9th of September. I received an update today saying it was delivered on 9/11 and I had checked yesterday 9/12 and it wasn’t here. I called customer service and they said it looked like it had been delivered and put me on hold to find out more. They hung up on me after 15 minutes of waiting. I’m extremely stressed and frustrated because I have been without my sensors for weeks and I have no idea how soon I will get them.
Estefania Garcia: This company is scamming insurances and clients. I am trying to obtain my breast pump that should either be fully covered or I only pay 20% out of pocket. They are denying to provide cost of the post so my insurance could determine my actual out of pocket which independent of which premium pump I am asking for, should not exceed $90.00. They are however asking me to pay $340.00 for the Spectra Synergy Gold although the entire kit only costs $325.00. The Willow Go only costs 329.00, and they are asking me to pay $210.00. Stealing money.
Laurianne vermette: My son is paralyzed and has been using supplies from Byram for three years. Over the past six months it has been absolutely ridiculous to get his supplies the right way since July 22 I have been trying to get his order for his incontinence supplies and I keep getting the same excuse that they have not received the fax back from the doctors office. The doctor has sent it five times and supposedly they still have not received it he is not getting his supplies needed for his medical needs. They changed the type of gloves for him to do medical procedures and they fall apart was told I was getting another box 3 different times still waiting for supplies. This place does not care about the medical necessities of people and you can never get a supervisor on the phone either to discuss your issues
Deirdre ‘Holly Girl’ Greene: My insurance changed 3/1/22. I am allowed what is medically necessary for my ostomy by prescription and notes. To solve my not having supplies I was told by a customer service rep to try hanging and drying my ostomy bags to reuse them.Since 3/1/22, multiple phone calls have been placed weekly, I have not resolved getting the ostomy supplies I need to live. I have had to tape zip lock bags over leaking ostomy bags, I am afraid of going out in public and leaking. I am less the whole, this is unacceptable.Customer Service- no follow thru on problems, request managers - never available, they will get back to you. Sometimes after 3-6 calls you will get a manager after telling your story to yet another stranger from day 1, and it doesn’t change the outcome.Management- no last names, no contact information to follow up with the same person. A roulette game with your life. The one person that was helpful with a full name and extension, I was told is not in the position I thought and my call could not be transferred to him. But he is employed, so why is he still working if he is not who I thought or did something so wrong to a customer. Weird???Keep stating never received notes and prescriptions from my MD office since 3/1/22. In July stated prescription and notes in my chart from a fax on 7/19/22 and are good for one year. My order arrives wrong and the next person states there are no notes and prescription from July. This manager stated there is a prescription from April. Why has every one else denied having a prescription up until July which disappeared and now there is an April prescription? My MD office has documented dates and leaves me messages when faxes are sent to Byram over and over.If you keep losing a patient’s paperwork because you do not like the reimbursement from the provider, is the goal to drive these patients to another company and keep only private paying patients and higher reimbursement insurance company patients? I think a deep dive into their deceptive practices is needed to see if one person is lucky enough to receive all the bad care. Or, if this is an unsettling trend that is impacting people with a certain insurance to increase their profits by driving certain patients away or forcing them to pay hugely elevated costs out of pocket for medical supplies so they can live their lives after giving up fighting for what is medically necessary?
Suzanne Wigen: After some challenges customer service worked with me to make sure I was happy. Ordered the Spectra S1 plus!
Josh Swan: Edited my original bad review to a 5 star. I spoke to a customer service rep today. She was super nice and helpful and put a rush on my daughters order.
Geoffrey Spooner: I am completely happy with Byram. They have met and exceeded ALL of my family member’s catheter needs. Thanks again Alicia and Byram
Carmen Romero Alvarez: The worst customer service ever. Almost cruel with no concerns when a customer is experiencing an emergency.

Durable Medical Equipment: what do users think?
Barry Thunberg: I see a lot of negative reviews. I've been ordering my Cpap supplies here for years. Never had any issues and always found the call in number easy and the staff pleasant and helpful.
Carol O'Day: DME is used by my pulmonologist's medical group. They provided service and supplies for 2 years, by mail without in-person contact and that was fine during the pandemic. Staff were easy enough to deal with and supplies arrived within 2-12 days post-order (reminders help). DME doesn't bill Medicare, so I found another supplier upon reaching that milestone. Supplies billing was a bit mysterious. My cost share after insurance paid was not a set price/item, but varied. Near the end there was a credit on my account, which Billing declined to apply to the last 2 orders. I requested a check, nothing arrived, asked again. Finally got a check for 1/3 of the expected amount.
D'Squarius Green: Called and sent in my prescription for a breast pump 3 weeks ago, was told it would come in the mail 2 weeks later. Still nothing. I called again, these people havent heard of me and have no record of me, no info. My baby will be here in 12 days and Ive just been sitting waiting clueless. Their solution was to give me the same fax number as before and ask me to send again.Im good, Ill go somewhere else.:/
Walter Sheehan: I HAD THE UPRIGHT WALKER 5 MONTHS AND IT COLLAPSED LUCKLY I WAS NOT INJURED BUT THE COMPANY REFUSED TO REPLACE IT - ONLY THE PART THAT BROKE - I JUNKED IT AND BOUGHT ONE FROM AMAZON WORD TO THE WISE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY
Gopal Shenoy: I have been using Durable Medical Equipment for over 10 years now for CPAP supplies. I have had nothing but great experience dealing with the staff. They have been super helpful when I had visited them (for mask fitting - precovid) and also over the phone when ordering supplies. The supplies arrive on time and I have had zero issues. Thank you team.
Shawn Andrews: It's a mixed bag either it is a great experience or a terrible one there is no middle ground and no consistency.
Robert Henry: I've been using Durable Medical Equipment for about 5 years now, and I have always found them to be helpful, and timely with my CPAP resupplies. I've seen other review mention the rude people, but my experience has been quite the opposite.
Mhmm Rivera: WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. Unreliable and unhelpful!! The receptionist(s) on the phone don’t know anything you ask them... a question like “when should I expect them?” They’ll give you a day but no time, and give you an attitude if you want to know a time frame like you say should revolve around their delivery guy! if you happen to miss the delivery...it’s like pulling teeth to get them to come back! Had the worst time with them, I would never recommend them
Martha Hawley: WORST DME in Worc. They 'double bill'. They 'double talk'. They are rude. DON'T use them if you have a choice! I called them on 'how' they were billing me. They said they didn't have a choice. I changed insurance companies and LOW AND BEHOLD they are now CORRECTLY billing me. $5.00 difference in payment! I feel like suing for FRAUD after they told me they HAD to bill me for my equipment in a certain way and yet changed it when challenged by another ins. company. Yeah, right DME. Makes me ANGRY!
Jeremy Boylan: Great work, and friendly workers.
Jared Kelley: Can’t recommend them, way overpriced! Among other things as well. Look elsewhere if you can. By far the worst customer service I have ever encountered. Had billing issue and was spoken to in the most condescending way possible. Nothing but a greedy bottom feeder business making a buck over folks health issues. I buy all my prescription items online now. Almost half the price! Place is a joke and should be investigated for fraud.
Mike Wood: One of the most frustrating places I have ever been
Cindy Warren: Had to order cpap therapy equipment for my hubby.Delivered it out, called 4 months later to get a new mask, supposed to be every 90 days. Was told by rep no was every 6 months. Call and verified through my insurance that it was supposed to be every 90 days for new mask call DME back explain the situation and was told no mask and headgear come out together we don't cover headgear only every 6 months so you'll have to pay $50 for the headgear we can't separate the two items call the insurance company back who said they would contact the DME that they were not in compliance. Finally in frustration called the DME back ask for a customer service supervisor manager who finally explained that the mask and the headgear have different guidelines for Supply than the cushion which is actually the part that goes over your nose and mouth and was told no those are replaceable every month which is what needs actually replacing. Finally got a hold of a supervisor at the DME who said the cushion part which is actually what is resting on your face is replaceable every 30 days. She processed in order for us today and we should have it within the week in the mail. Advice to others if you run into a problem with the DME ask for a customer service supervisor or manager believe me it'll make things a lot easier.
Fernando Cabral: Very helpful and knowledgeable
Deb L: Company ordered a substitute for 4x4 sterile gauze pads without calling us to ask if the small adhesive dressings would work. They are not even similar products. When I called about this I was told the correct o es would be ordered but it might take 5 or more days to receive them. I guess the wounds just have no dressings until then!
Chris Forman Orth: The area and office felt unsafe with multiple doors to get buzzed through and a thick glass partition at the checkin window. But otherwise the staff was super-friendly and the prices were more than competitive with online retailers of the same equipment.
Russell Bradway: Don't even waste your time !!! ...Seek out another Provider, Very Rude People running this operation
Jim Stewart: Add my name to the "disappointed" users of this company's services. Long wait times, no telephone responses, and rude answers to patient questions..No appropriate follow to patient mask fittings and nasal breathing.
Evan Weider: Charged my wife $225 for a nebulizer that runs ~$50 retail. Insurance wouldn't cover the full amount after we were told it would be no cost to us. They claim the cost is so high because they offer their own warranty on it...
Heather Beckner: This company has very poor customer service. I had to wait almost 2 months for my DME, and then, the appointment times to pick it up were very inconvenient for anyone who works for a living. I had to call them twice to confirm that my MD equipment order had even been recieved. They do not communicate well with the doctor's office, nor their PAYING customers.I scheduled an appointment and then got out of work early. I called to see if they could maybe get me in early, even a few minutes so I wouldn't have to wait in the area (which I do not live in) for 2.5 hours. I got a voice mail call back that was relatively rude stating my appointment time could not be changed. Honestly, if my insurance would pay for any other DME company, I'd go there. I'd go anywhere but here.
Hector Onofre: this place just suck so bad they don't even care if you need supplies like another medical equipment provider, and when you call them you have to wait longer than expected, if you can stay away from this place do it and save yourself some headaches
