He did a wonderful job on it. She doesn’t slide anymore and he figured out that the arm rests were way too low. He is a great asset for your company. Andrea Tangredi: Update: After I posted the review (below) Eric Voight, Operations manager, NuMotion, Worcester contacted me right away. He apologized profusely and explained that the parts needed to correct the recall had not come in from Merits and also acknowledged that someone should have contacted me. He was sincere. Yesterday, Joe Andujar came and repaired the chair and checked it all over. Joe is certainly an emissary of goodwill to send for an irate customer, he explained everything thoroughly, took his time answering my questions and was so kind and considerate. Thank you NuMotion for Joe and for coming through. August 10, 2021.If you are disabled do not go here! I have a power wheelchair and it was recalled because the seat snaps off. I received a notice in mid-May from NuMotion corporate headquarters to be careful someone from the Worcester, MA office would be out shortly with the repair. I called NuMotion, Worcester mid June to ask when they were going to fix the recall. They said "end of June." Today is July 23.... No call from NuMotion. I wrote to their headquarters in Arizona and wasn't even given the courtesy of a reply. I'm going to write to Merits, about their Vision Sport power chair and tell them I have a paper trail of my complaint that my seat creaks and groans awful. No one pays attention. I will mention a lawsuit against Merits and NuMotion if the seat snaps off. I am quadraplegic. My insurance paid over $7,000 for the chair. Read the nationwide complaints against this company.

Carl Kirker-Head: I booked my equipment online over the weekend at a quoted online special price which I reserved with a c/c. I then received an email confirmation that charged me $200 more than the online quote. I called the 24/7 line and the agent tried to speak with their on-duty weekend person - no answer. And when I called before picking up on the Monday morning I was told that they did not have that equipment in stock. Very polite folks but a dysfunctional reservation service.

Shannon Latour: My husband and I hired Central Mass Party Rentals for our wedding which was in the peak season of events in October. We came to them very last minute and they were more than helpful and accommodating. Even though we were outside of their typical service area they made it work and couldn’t have been nicer about it. They came out three separate times for us for the site survey then for setup and break down. All of the staff were friendly, especially Ken, who oversaw the entire thing. Ken helped us pick from all of their options and was able to figure out a way to attach two of their tents so we could fit all of our guests under without an issue.The tent was perfect for our outside wedding reception. It was definitely cold outside the night we had it, but you’d never be able to tell when you were in the tent. There were two separate heaters that you could actually control the temperature of with a dial. The inside of the tent was very well lit with multiple different lighting options and the tables could easily fit up to 8 people at each.If you’re looking for a tent company that will get you exactly what you want plus more even under a time crunch then I highly recommend Central Mass Party Rentals.

They were friendly, on time, they picked up they set up, took down and were very respectful of my property. I had to add a tent on two days before my wedding and they had no problem doing that. My husband and I didn’t even have to be here for pick up which was nice because the honeymoon. Definitely will use them again for any event and without a doubt I recommend them.

Jennifer McInnis: I rented over this past weekend for a small neighborhood party. We got several banquet tables and folding chairs. The tables were in rough shape, one of them was even splintering on the side. I covered them with nice table clothes so you didn't notice but I was surprised they were so worn. If you are renting here for a more serious event, such as a wedding, you may want to talk to them about making sure you get newer equipment. No problem with the chairs, they looked great. I ordered last minute and they squeezed us in so that could have contributed to what we received. I can't complain about the price or the delivery. The guys that dropped off and picked up were super friendly and very accommodating. I would recommend them and I would order again, but just talk to them ahead of time for something more formal.

John Nold: We rented linens, high tops, and glass ware for our son's rehearsal dinner for 90 people. They delivered everything as asked, and even got us out of a jam when we realized we needed coat racks for our guests. The delivery guys made another trip back and forth and set up the coat racks for us! Ken was really great to work with!!! He was always on top of his game! We are from Tampa, Florida, and our event was in Worcester, Ma. so if something would have went wrong, I don't know what we would have done, but nothing was ever an issue!!! Fantastic!!!

Jessie Estes: This place used to be Taylor Rental and I have rented from them for many events for over 15 years. Recently, I rented white chairs from them for an event. When the chairs were loaded into the truck, I did not inspect each chair and I regret not doing so. When I returned the chairs, they claimed several chairs were cracked during my rental even though the cracks has dust and dirt in them. They were clearly damaged before. I ended up having to purchase 5 cracked chairs at $25 each and the staff was extremely rude.Needless to say, I will never rent from them again. If you rent from them, rhoroughly inspect each item and take pictures. They seem to be restocking their dump with money erroneously charged to customers like me. Go to Toomey's rentals instead.
