Stephanie Dulong: These guys are amazing! They answered a call late on a Friday night and helped us solve our problem over the phone. They came out the next day with a new water heater and, on top of all of that, they helped us navigate how to recoup the money from the warranty on the old one. Our new house gave us some plumbing problems and these guys will be our new go to. They are so polite, well priced and just genuinely nice people. I will recommend them to anyone and everyone in the area
S Liu: No complain to the work. But strangely I just can't get a receipt from them, after 5 weeks and 4 phone calls...Update - I got the receipt now. They also send apology and full refund (which I can not take -- I'm send it back). I'll definitely use their service in future.

Ron Ruggieri: My hot water heat sprung a leak and started to leak all over the basement floor. The lady who answered the phone was kind and accommodating. Initially, they were going to come out the following day but their schedule opened up and she called me back and a technician, Cleber, came out to look at the water heater. He provided two options: He could fix it, with the warning that it could leak again from a different valve or they could replace it. I decided on the repair, and it has been two weeks and everything is okay. I know very little about plumbing and the plumber could have told me I had to replace it and I would not have known any better. If I have another plumbing problem I will use them again.
Steve Linder: They came recommended from a person I know that does property management. We had two clogged drains: the bathroom and the disposal in the kitchen sink. He is a very friendly plumber and took care of both issues quickly. He also arrive on time which was important to me. I also like to support the smaller local businesses and this plumber is located right in Worcester.
jan szelag: We had a leaking cooper pipe in the basement where the seam of the pipe had failed. He fixed that pretty quick so I had him fix a bunch of small things like a dripping faucet, and a toilet I couldn't stop from running. He dealt with our barking dog and was friendly and helpful. I am happy with this plumbing contractor and will use again.

They understood my situation and rushed to get the new boiler and installed the very next day. I was impressed with the professionalism and how quickly they responded. They literally saved my family from being in the cold for the following week. Also I liked the fact that they used quality equipment and very pleasant to work with. They stated that they were very busy and could install a boiler in the next week and knowing that I had no heat or water they made arrangements to get it installed the next day. After a couple months getting quotes from various plumbers, he not only exceeded our expectations with a reasonable quote but was able to book our install within a week! Jonathan Magsino: Vinny and Greg have been servicing my homes for many years. First in Millbury, where they replaced a leaky expansion tank, replaced 2 toilets, hooked up the new refrigerator to the water line, replaced a leaky kitchen sink over those 12 years. Now in Douglas, they replaced my hot water boiler and added an indirect hot water heater. This house had the original boiler from 21 years ago and was not keeping up with our hot water and heating demands. V&G plumbing installed a new Buderus boiler and an indirect hot water heater. They both work great and look good. I wholeheartedly recommend them for your plumbing needs in Central Mass and Worcester. Thanks V&G Plumbing. BTW - I financed this via Mass Save Heat Loan and Webster First Credit Union. 0% interest and rebate.

John L.: Lost heat and called on a Sunday night around 7 pm. I received a called back very shortly after, discussed the issue and Greg told me he could have someone here at 7:30 the next morning. The techs arrived at 7 am and diagnosed the problem. I spoke with Greg who was very professional and discussed my options. They were able to replace my furnace with a new one the same day at an extremely fair price. The technicians were professional, friendly, very knowledgable and neat. A lot of pride went into the work that was done - something you don't see a lot these days. I have dealt with numerous companies over the years for plumbing and heating issues but have never found anyone I was confident or satisfied with that would be someone I could continue to call for issues that came up. But these guys do it all - I have them coming back next week for some plumbing issues I have. (My in laws called them several weeks ago and also had a good experience with them). Give them a call - I'm glad I did.

Brittany Vaughn: Had them come to our home for a plumbing/drain issue. Must have called at LEAST 3 times before they came out to verify they could indeed do the job and bring the correct equipment with them as other plumbers had said we need a drain company specifically. We were reassured that they have the right equipment and will bring it out with them & we agreed to the 2 hours min $ charge. However, once the 2 guys arrived, they only had a small snake which I had told them over the phone wasn't long enough (my husband already snaked the line with that length). After being here for maybe 30 mins they said they'd have to come back with the correct equipment for more $$. So essentially we gave them a couple hundred dollars to be here for 30 mins and they didn't bring the equipment they said they would initially. Would NOT recommend this company which is unfortunate as we like to stay local. We were called back after the service and I expressed our disappointment to which they responded we will let the owner know and get back to you which surprise...no one got back to us.

C Villa: I used these guys just today for a frozen burst pipe in my bathroom. They were walking out my door less than 20 minutes after arriving. They are fast, professional, and knowledgeable. I'm extremely happy with the service that was provided. After calling 14 other numbers I'm greatful that they were able to fit me in so quickly. I called at 1:30, they were at my house at 2 and out by 2:20. I highly recommend this company and will absolutely be using them if I need to in the futureUpdate: Had the same guys come out to try to install the toilet that service master to kindly left in my kitchen. They were helpful and knowledgeable but we're unable to install the toilet. When I talked to the owner Jack he was very nice. It wasn't until I refused to have his guys attempt to rig up a toilet in my demolished bathroom for myself and my 3 small children, that he got nasty and out right rude. I will never use this company again. Jack's staff is great, very nice, but their downfall is their very unprofessional owner. On top of the bad customer service (by the owner) I received a bill for $125 just for coming out. When they fixed the pipe that caused all of this in the first place I was charged $154 ( cost of the cap they replaced was $4) was outright told the original time that they had to up the price due to demand.
Maria Harrington: We put an addition on to our home and Jack Dumas was the plumber who did all the plumbing. There were some plumbing issues with his poor workmanship and when called to come back and fix it he became very rude and unprofessional and stated he would not be coming back to fix the problems. I would never recommend his services based on poor work and because he conducts himself in a very rude and unprofessional manner.
S L: Jack Dumas is the only plumbing company I will use! The first time I called he called me back the same day and set up an appointment immediately to repair a pressure reducer. I have been very happy with Jack and Chris ever since and highly recommend them.
Alex Marcarian: My management company hired Jack to swap out a 40 gallon water heater at one of our properties. The bill cam to $1,352.66 which was a bid excessive.... So, I called and left a v-mail for him to call me back, so I can get an actual breakdown of the charges..... Long story short, he calls me back and before I can get a word in he says "I know what you are trying to do. OK !.... the price is what it is""" and than he just hung up on me! I don't like leaving reviews, let alone bad one, since I know how much it means in the service sector, but I could not overlook this guy's bad manner and his short temper. YOU DO NOT SPEAK TO A CUSTOMER LIKE THAT. and you DO NOT hang up on customer. Hope you treat your next customer better.
Heather Juhascik: We had an issue with our trap and needed a professional to get all the connections right. I called Jack and he was able to fit us in the following day. His son, Zach came to perform the work and was very courteous and knowledgeable. There was part we had installed that was leaking and he thought he was able to fix it but it ended up leaking a bit after he left. Jack returned my call later that night and Zach came back in the morning. In addition to prompt, top-notch service, their prices were also reasonable. Would definitely use again and am happy we found a reliable plumber in Worcester!

Naddie 1: My mom paid her hard earned money to redo her bathroom. After paying DH Adams, they gutted her bathroom and never came back to finish the job. She was left without a toilet and sink for a month! We tried contacting them several times and tried to talk to someone face to face. No one returned our calls or answered the door! Do not use this company! My mom ended up having to pay another contractor to finish the job. They are thieves!
