He let me try as many vehicles as I wanted when I found the one I really thought I wanted he could tell that I was hesitant and told me to go home and think about it that he would not sell the car he would give me some time to digest it and think about it. The next day was able to get my father to come with me to check out the vehicle and my father thought it was a nice vehicle but thought it needed new tires without hesitation they offered to put new tires on the vehicle for me. I ended up purchasing is Mazda 2016 from Mill Street Motors and I'm so happy it was easy as could be they took care of the registration they took care of faxing things over to the insurance company even when I decided to change insurance company last minute they got the car inspected for me and when I told them I had a couple of concerns but weren't huge the owner did tell me that if they became an issue way down the road that he would look into it and if he had to fix it would keep in mind that I had brought it up when I was looking at the vehicle. I really enjoyed the experience of purchasing my car with Mill Street Motors, they gave me a fair value on the Mazda in addition to trading in my 2001 Toyota. Another positive experience with Mill Street Motors was you could tell they were not trying to sell any vehicle to you just to make their Commission that yes they have a business to run and they need to make a profit but they're not trying to take you for every last dime that you have and really care that you feel safe in a vehicle that you are purchasing from them. This is a family operated dealership and I also really appreciated that you could see how much family meant to Mill Street Motors and I think that is really important because when buying a nice used car you want to make sure that you also feel safe in your nice used car and Ed and his wife Beth did that for me. He gave me a decent price, and even though the truck is very old and had lots of miles he still fixed any problems I found with the truck the first couple of weeks driving it. I have went back for other repairs and he gives me a great price, super fast on the repairs, and has even given me a loaner car when needed. Tim Murphy: Bought a truck here october 2017, a 2012 3500hd owned by the owners mechanics uncle prior. Unfortunately, ed proko never fixed anything on the vehicle. He "looked at it and fixed it" over the weekend when I told him there was a stuck e brake stuck calipers and 2 blown shocks, (left front was broken) I told him about the shocks breaking and all he did in a whiny yelling voice was say what do u want from me? 100 bucks? I sent him lemon Law demand letters and all he did as response is yell and have his angry wife yell at me as well calling me insulting, etc. I spent 18500 on this truck, it keeps breaking the left front shock, every since day 1, 8 shocks later, I'm stuck with a defective truck that he used as a plow vehicle and it got in an unreported accident then he dumped it onto me. I have a facebook picture showing the truck the previous spring being sold with a plow. I've put over 8000 dollars into the truck since purchase, and only have been able to put put less than 9000 miles on it since purchase. Dirtbags come in all shapes and sizes, this guys heart isnt In it anymore. Get out of the industry, you know what you did. I'm sure they will post some sort of response to this, take your money elsewhere. Your a guilty loser eddie. Tim.

Stephanie Duca: I'll start with, this feedback is long over due! I want to say, thank you to both Ed & Beth! I drove by the mill street lot and saw a vehicle that caught my eye. You could say, 'love at first site'. The 'chemistry' was strong enough to pull me in! I was comfortable from the second I thought, what am I doing? I was in no way looking for a new ( or should I say a different) vehicle. After all, I had just purchased a vehicle 8 months prior that did more for me than I could want or need. In the end, I was in no way sold another vehicle! It was I that purchased! Ed & Beth have gone above and beyond. . I can't say enough about these two. As long as they're doing business, it'll be the only place I'LL shop for a car.

sam abraham: Probably the best used dealer in the state. Fair pricing, and really kind folks. They are willing to fix any problems your vehicle has after purchase. They have a great reputation and for good reason. I bought my first vehicle from them and when its time I'll return to get another.

Catherine Clark: This place does their best to get you into any car, but I’d have to be honest in saying that you’d be best having your car looked at by a mechanic elsewhere before purchasing. They do their best to Mickey Mouse all problems so that they’ll last until the warranty is up. However, a warranty was only useful for a few things here. Otherwise, I’d say take your purchased car elsewhere for repairs. Mill Street Motors will use old parts from cars that don’t even have the same sized piece, and they’ll never give you a receipt. They won’t care if the piece doesn’t belong because they’ll leave wires hanging to just incorrectly put pieces in place. So, in the log run, you’ll have more problems with what originally was only one. Oh and don’t worry about bringing it up to any worker, they refer you to his wife that’ll deliver it much more nicely that the parts they use are “test parts” and if it doesn’t work they’ll change it. But, they don’t write receipts so...

The staff is knowledgeable, the prices are very fair and they keep their cars serviced and in good condition.

Peter Gonzalez: Horrible service, prolonged mechanic work for no reason, sold me a car that legally wasn’t going to pass inspection and they knew it, had a bad cat, tire pressure sensors, I brought it to them, took them 5 days to weld a small car when any other welder/mechanic can do it in less than an hour, and they didn’t even fix the issue with the tire pressure sensors, my back tires are still leaking so I’m sure it’s not even the sensors, I just have leaky tires and they didn’t do anything to fix them, so I couldn’t get it inspected initially because the check engine light from the bad cat, then when they fixed the cat, they caused an exhaust leak that wasn’t there originally , so it failed inspection, then I went to inspect it after I myself paid out of pocket to fix the exhaust leak and forgot to mention the headlights I paid $500 for because the ones they sold me the car with were full of condensation, so that’s another reason it failed, another place didn’t even finish the inspection due to safety because of the back doors not having interior door handles because it’s a decommissioned cop car, but they didn’t even take the time to check out ANYTHING that was wrong with the car but were on top of selling it to me. Worst car buying it experience I’ve had to date, would never go back. Also failed to mention that I didn’t bring it back for a second time to fix the leak they caused because they’re 40 minutes away from me and I already had to miss days of work from bringing them the car originally and picking it up because they couldn’t even stick to their word of having it ready by 10am the day I was supposed to get it. I’ve spent a good $700 of my own money on top of all the tolls I had to go through repeatedly to bring the car and pick it up.

That's just the way it is, right?Not this time.On my way home from buying a Nissan Juke at MetroWest Auto Sales, I hit stop-and-go traffic, and the car stalled. Repeatedly. It had to be put in park in order to restart, so it was scary, being at risk of getting rear-ended. This wasn't the sort of problem that would have caused the car to fail inspection, but it was dangerous, and it needed to be fixed. I figured it was my car now, and my problem.But MetroWest actually sent someone to my house, over an hour away, to pick up the car. They tried SO HARD to fix the problem. Two mechanics failed, so they took it to $$$ Nissan. I cannot imagine how much money they spent trying to diagnose and fix that darn car. I know they lost money. Lots of money.When Nissan couldn't fix it, they offered me a choice - a full refund (including registration/title fees), or I could put the purchase price toward another car.I wanted a small AWD/4WD vehicle, so I bought a sporty little Mazda CX 3. MetroWest took care of registration and all fees, even insisted on refunding the Pay-by-plate fees incurred during test drives.The Mazda had a minor issue with the windshield washer, and I simultaneously had a family emergency in Florida. So when I took the car back to get the washer fixed, they DROVE ME TO THE AIRPORT and stored the car until I got back.I cannot say enough about the fantastic people behind MetroWest Auto Sales. You can shop here with complete confidence. If the car has an existing problem, they will absolutely have your back.

Dave was so helpful, efficient and knowledgeable. Matt made me feel so welcomed from day one. The whole team has been amazing, down to John coming and meeting me at work and then Nick and other team members coming to pick my car up for some finishing touches and helping me learn my car. Kevin Cerqueira: Terrible customer service. Called the day before, drove an hour each way to look at one specific car that I had full intention of buying, waited 40minuts!!! I left with out even test driving it, Thats how bad the service was. STAY AWAY!!!

Ian Murray: Very good customer service they work with you to do whatever it takes to make sure you're approved got myself a beautiful BMW x3 for good fair price for the miles that it had was very clean few days later had just a few things that I was Concerned with they were right on it to fix it Forget what I said about this post the car had trouble they fixed it next day it caught fire all it does erase the code then infix it It could I lost my family due to this and they wouldn't give my money back I'd use my insurance thay would not cooperating

Joe O'C: I checked an 08 pilot out and tpms light was on and I was told that and some other things would be fixed and that the car would have no problems so I went in a few days later paid and was driving home and I noticed it still needed and alignment and tpms light so I called and was told to call back Monday and I did and was told that because they thought the tpms light was because of low tire pressure that’s why they said it would be gone but because it was a sensor they will not do anything. These guys are snakes and now I have about $600 of repair to do myself. Don’t go through these scumbags they are typical sales people who will lie to get you to sign the title then leave you high and dry. I’m disappointed because I had a friend looking at a car there they really liked and they lost that sale

Shane Wales: Was at the place for 5 hours between 2 days left at 6 pm the second night. Liked one car so put $200 down to hold it. That night the bank told me they wouldn't finance it cause they were asking too much. Called right when they opened up the next morning to let them know and Asked about a couple other cars and no reply. So I called again and they said I couldn't have my $200 back. The car didn't even say "sold" on their website. the worst service, and the worst people too, like I said I was there for a while, shouldn't have been there that long, and the way they talk about people who just bought cars, or even the owner. I'm happy I got 9ut and only lost $200 in the matter but recommend people look absolutely anywhere before here.

0.69 KD OPS: We found 2 cars that we wanted to compare and test drive. The first car is located at InterAuto and the other was at another dealership in Westwood. The Westwood dealership was very welcoming and within a couple of minutes we were on the road on our test drive. At InterAuto we had to go find someone to come help us and within minutes, we drove away as fast as possible. We wanted to test drive a car and the employee we found, gave us all sorts of reasons why we wouldn't be able to at that moment. The employee did everything possible to actually lose a potential customer. Great job.
