Cyndi Garabedian: Thank you Gabriel Racing! We purchased a 4-wheeler off Craig's list, with lots of problems. Gabriel gave us a quote, and honored their deal with us. We brought the ATV back a few times, (just wasn't running right after hard riding) but they fixed it every time. Thank you to the great!!! mechanic, who stuck with it for many hours, fine tuning and dissecting issues! All employees were very pleasant to deal with and parts were reasonable too! Thanks again to all you GUYS for helping mom put ATV on/off of truck! GREAT JOB!
Harold Carver: Don't go to Gabriel Racing. Had my street bike in for service(oil change, sprocket and chain etc...) Not long after, the bike started running funny, clutch was slipping at high RPM's, very hard and clunky shifting. I wasn't happy with the service there during my first trip so I decided to go to another shop, expensive but wayyy more trust worthy. Anyways this new shop tears into my bike to diagnose it and they call me back telling me the springs were shot in my clutch, the plates needed to be replaced, fine not a big deal. So I go in to the new shop after work to check things out and the guy working on my bike tells me to stop putting motor oil (car oil) in my bike. I told him I never do my oil changes.....Then it dawned on me, the last 2 oil changes were Gabriel Racing! Those mother effers put motor oil in my bike, not for nothing but my clutch is a wet clutch. I couldn't believe it, I never would have expected that from Gabriel Racing. Huge disappointment. My bike will never see the inside of that shop ever again. Good way to kill someone's bike guys. Tip for Gabriel Racing, do what's best for your customers and you will always be in business. Funny how only the shop is open now and not the show room anymore, there's a reason behind that!!! Please, I don't want to see anyone else have there bike damaged like mine was, I know how you all love your bike. Go somewhere else, even if it is somewhat more expensive, there is a reason its more expensive. They have certified techs, that's why. You get what you pay for. Avoid Gabriel Racing in Worcester Ma.

Vicky Water: I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. They are crooks! A few months back I brought my van to be fixed the wheel bearing needed to be replaced after paying almost 500$ I realized my van was still driving the same when I brought it back they tried to tell me I basically didn't know what I was talking about. Driving on the highway the bearing caught fire and my tire flew off and I almost died ! The new mechanic I brought it to said he could tell that rally just oiled the problem to make it seem like it was fixed but never fixed anything they are over expensive and liars. Do not go here!!!!

Donna Beattie (donnab104): I just brought my boyfriend's vehicle here for a state inspection. When I first walked into the lobby, I was not greeted. The gentleman at the desk and the woman sitting at the desk on the right just did not acknowledge me. No one looked happy to be there and, who I am assume is another mechanic who works there, came barging through the door shouting expletives because he didn’t want to be at work. I’ve worked several years in the customer service field and the service provided here was absolutely unacceptable. My vehicle was given a Fail and I was told i needed to have the repairs needed done immediately. The coworkers tend to talk amongst themselves and had no regard for me as a customer; just swearing and complaining about having to work during the pandemic. They also told me if I get them fixed and keep the receipt, i can come back and get another inspection free of charge. While that is tempting, I will be bringing my vehicle elsewhere once the repairs are made. Thank you but no thank you.

andrea Ortiz: I have been going to Rally Motor Sports for a few years now. They fixed my Toyota Corolla bumper for the fraction of the cost and they gave my husband a discount because he was currently deployed. Fast forward to now; we got into another fender bender and I took our Nissian there. They fixed my car within 3 days! To my surprise they also cleaned my vehicle (which desperately needed it due to my two kids). The level of care that they showed is hard to find today. I will continue to go here and continue to recommend them. Thank you for all of your hard work. Zach and the other gentlemen (i am so sorry i forgot his name) are exceptional professionals and should be recognized for their hard work.

They tried to sell me a bike that was in an accident ask them if it was they told me no. Then I spent the money to check the vin and found out it was. Do your research before you buy a bike. No uppity pressure driven inauthentic nagging sales people to avoid. A issue literally just days off warranty this past year and service department advocated on my behalf with manufacturer to honor warranty. A convenient, trustworthy, local business!

I asked about transportation etc...and was told the sales manager was out of town etc...to receive an email later via cellphone,that because of auctions going prices and nada values you would pass.A simple no thanks would have been easier, and less time consuming.I understand the game....so I'll adjust the star rating for the holidays.

Todd Epp: I bought a1973 camaro that looked nice was told it was a great car and it is far from that,not even a good car. The brakes go all the way to the floor and still barely stops the gas pedal flips backwards while driving VERY DANGEROUS, THE HOOD NEEDS COMPLETELY REPLACED ITS IN SUCH BAD SHAPE THE DASH IS ALL BUSTED UP THE DOORS DONT LOCK THE SEAT BELTS ARE BROKEN, SCRATCHES AND DINGS ALL OVER THE BODY, THIS IS STUFF THEY COMPLETELY HID IN THE PICTURES. They kept the car an extra day to go through it mechanically, that obviously didnt happen because it is very unsafe.DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE BECAUSE THEY DONT CARE WHAT THEY SELL AT ALL. ITS LIKE A JUNKYARD GOLD CAR WITHOUT THE GOLD.

Rick Chavez: I bought a 1967 Chevelle SS 396, numbers matching car, sight unseen, in mint condition. When it was delivered, there were no brakes (still a mystery as they said it was test driven before shipping). I immediately called HOC and explained the condition. Michael was understandably shocked, but said they would work with me on getting it fixed. The car was delivered from Massachusetts to Arizona, 2500 miles away, so I couldn't take it back. I took it to a local auto repair shop, and they fixed the problem. I sent the bill to Michael and he said they would cover the entire cost of getting it fixed. It is a beautiful car, and HOC followed up with excellent customer service. I would buy from them again.
