J M: TJ Maxx has always been a place I love to shop is very convenient nearby and although it's closer it's not the same shopping experience when going to Natick Boston or even when it was at Greendale mall the reason I say that it's because you're not able to shop at peace when I go shopping I don't want people hovering over me or keep insistent with me applying for the TJ Maxx card to the extent where I'm being asked what is my credit score which I did not specify just because I did say a couple of times that I'm not interested. I got denied before and that I don't want that to affect my credit score.Exactly the person kept insisting I'm not sure if this person is the manager but He's definitely going to run people out of that store because it's a very uncomfortable and the approach it's awkward even to a point where my significant other was looking at the perfume part and the person went up to him and ask him if he needs help and recommended some scents. I get it I appreciate you guys trying to go above and beyond with customer service but sometimes people really don't like that especially those who are extra ver and very antisocial I get it but they're moving like it's Macy's.I do shop here often but after the last couple times I've been there my anxiety goes up because it doesn't feel like you're shopping anymore. I get a trying to convince the customers to apply for the credit card but to a point where I'm being asked you shop here often like yes I was here yesterday and those facial expression I thought I did something wrong like it just feels like I shouldn't feel this way as a customer because this is my money I should have the freedom to just shop without feeling that way I just really think you gotta take that into consideration I get it the TJ Maxx is located in the area where there's a lot of people who are going in with intentions of stealing but once you know like just kind of back off.

tyler wills: Went there yesterday, just looked around , my oldest Sister who's visiting from Az " Arizona" was looking for a certain type of gummy - candies , 🍬 she thought that it was this TJMaxx, but in wasn't. This store is absolutely so beautiful inside, I'd pursued a pair of (" American Eagle ") Men's Christmas "Undies " ( Underwear) , for $2.50 on - sale. That's extremely cheap,they did have some leftover Xmas " Ugly sweaters " on the men's department they differently were Ugly , for thousands percent sure. This store is so clean , nice staff , extremely bright and warm & welcoming to all customers. This store , is always busy & does a lot of good business. They had a lot of Halloween stuff there the other day!

Courtney Jacobson: This is directed @ display management: PLEASE MOVE THE PHONE CASE DISPLAY!!!! every single time I try to even look at the phone cases it’s right at the beginning of line entrance or sometimes when the line is so long, in the middle of the line so you can’t even access it. it’s pretty frustrating trying to look for a phone case when you constantly have people asking you to get out of the way and move so they can go wait in line. I used to work retail and this is the worst, least accessible display I have ever encountered at a tj maxx, which is a frequently visited display.

Bill Coyle: I was very surprised at the lack of selection in the men's department. The women's clothing takes up the majority of the T.J. Maxx side of the store. The men's section is very small and it seemed like every shirt was either a loose fitting Henley or some ugly pastel shirts; almost like polo shirts but thinner. Prices were also high, especially on jeans. Why I saw long sleeve denim jackets for sale in July just confused me. I did give them two stars for having a clean store and because the employee at the fitting room was very nice as well. It's a decent store (especially for women, I imagine) it's just the poor selection for men that put me off. Also, there are no formal clothes for men which kind of surprised me.

Loyalty Exterior Solutions: I was looking for white clothes for a party that was a white party. I was told that TJMaxx had a great variety of white clothes. It did not disappoint. White clothes is hard to come by and it was so easy to find and try on the clothes. I was with my 3 kids and husband, the store was clean and friendly staff helped us.After we found the clothes, there were more items that were unresistable. The kids went to the toy aisle and found great toys. When we went to go pay, the aisle was full of goodies that were tempting while we were walking through.

Angel Crow: I want to thank the Target staff for helping me yesterday. I am autistic and felt I was being mistreated by the blonde pharmacist who works for CVS. I tried to advocate for myself and let that person know how they were treating me was causing me to be overwhelmed and that it wasn't okay. I tried to remain calm but grew increasingly upset until I had an actual meltdown. I was unable to get myself out of the store without help from target staff. They listened to me with kindness and compassion, got me water, kleenex, and even took me out another entrance so I didn't have to face the registers. I want to thank them for listening and treating me with dignity and respect.

mary beams: Went shopping Christmas eve, all registers were open. Found every thing I was looking for no problem, wasn't that crowded and cashiers were quick to ring up items and bag them. Almost better then rest of the shopping days. Returned a item there were even extra help at that counter. If your really in a rush and there are long lines you can checkout In the electronic dept. Great experience.

James Joyce: Target has no clue what their current store inventory is. Don't try to order anything online because it will tell you they have the item in stock and then after you place the order you'll get an email in about an hour telling you they had to cancel your order because the item isn't in stock. Had this happen numerous times a multiple store locations. Very disorganized and makes shopping online a waste of time with Target.

I use a walker and I had to walk probably an extra 1000 steps and maneuver through aisles blocked by merchandise. Totally inaccessible and unfair. Shoplifters ruin my independence in living apparently.

Very messy hard to get around with out bumping into things or hitting things that made this this harder to shop an look around. It was hard to get around the cluttered things between Halloween markdown clearance & Christmas Stuff being put on the shelves.

Susan Jennings: This is the first time I have been to Kohls and had a bad experience. The store was almost empty of customers when I got there so it was very easy to shop around. However, when I went to check out that is where I was treated as being invisible. There was one cashier on and when I was starting to head over to check out. I saw the cashier go to the customer service desk. I am now waiting to check out and she never looks back to see if anyone is waiting. I waited a few minutes. Then I decided to go to the customer service desk. There were no customers there, only me. There were 3 employees behind the customer service desk and 3 hanging around the desk. One of those was the cashier that walked away and the other was from the jewelry counter. I don't know where the third employee was from. Out of 6 employees nobody looked up and acknowledged me. I waited about a couple minutes and finally asked if any cashier was open so I could check out.One of them responded and said she was just busy cleaning up and then she checked me out. I think I offended her by speaking up since she was not very friendly. I didn't say anything else except Thank you when I collected my purchases.It was a very frustrating experience. 6 employees hanging around and no one even looked up. Terrible customer service.I don't mind waiting when it's busy or when I get at least get acknowledged that they will be right with me. But nothing...Too busy talking to each other.Then I get an email from Kohls asking me to rate my experience at Kohl's. I wrote the same as in this review and gave it a one star. It bounced back as undeliverable. Oh well, I guess they don't accept one star reviews.

Jes H: The racks are so disorganized. All sizes splayed around everywhere. I was super disappointed because I didn't have time to go through every size section to find mine. The entire large and xlarge sections had maybe 2 articles of clothing in it with the correct size everything else was smalls, mediums etc.. no clearance section for women's shoes either??
