The walked in and immediately was asked if I needed assistance. My walking/gait was analyzed and the sales person brought a couple of running shoes to try. It helped that brought with me a used pair of sneakers to see the wear and tears.From here on out, this is the place I will go for running shoes and needs.

Had a decent amount of stuff , wide variety of odd's & ends. Sone selections of this store were really messy & so were really neat & tidy. We "all" got some interesting stuff & left Burlington happy 😊 ! I got a nice Heavy-duty tote - bag with a Gaint Camera 📷 on , as a" Photography 📸 " I had to get that bag ! It was a fantastic price ! I do enjoy shopping at Burlington stores, this store is overall a good store ! The Men's Restroom was so extremely clean , " NOT " messy at all ! That was a blessing to use a clean pubic bathroom. The employees were nice ! I'll definitely go back to our local Burlington store ! Hopefully soon ? Burlington has a lot of unique & unusual stuff here !

Susan Jennings: This is the first time I have been to Kohls and had a bad experience. The store was almost empty of customers when I got there so it was very easy to shop around. However, when I went to check out that is where I was treated as being invisible. There was one cashier on and when I was starting to head over to check out. I saw the cashier go to the customer service desk. I am now waiting to check out and she never looks back to see if anyone is waiting. I waited a few minutes. Then I decided to go to the customer service desk. There were no customers there, only me. There were 3 employees behind the customer service desk and 3 hanging around the desk. One of those was the cashier that walked away and the other was from the jewelry counter. I don't know where the third employee was from. Out of 6 employees nobody looked up and acknowledged me. I waited about a couple minutes and finally asked if any cashier was open so I could check out.One of them responded and said she was just busy cleaning up and then she checked me out. I think I offended her by speaking up since she was not very friendly. I didn't say anything else except Thank you when I collected my purchases.It was a very frustrating experience. 6 employees hanging around and no one even looked up. Terrible customer service.I don't mind waiting when it's busy or when I get at least get acknowledged that they will be right with me. But nothing...Too busy talking to each other.Then I get an email from Kohls asking me to rate my experience at Kohl's. I wrote the same as in this review and gave it a one star. It bounced back as undeliverable. Oh well, I guess they don't accept one star reviews.

Or juggling on the bus? Bafflingly incompetent.This is by far the worst Walmart I’ve ever visited, and I’ve been to dozens all across the country. Filthy, disorganized, and the staff is rude and lazy. Never go here. There’s a Walmart about 10 miles directly south—take the time and go there instead. Simply awful.
