The only snag was with the delivery company, and Dave helped push us to the finish line, and then came out the same night with Glenn to set up our chair and provide and in person tutorial for us. These chairs are so comfortable and the massages are so complete they feel comparable, if not better than one from a real person.Sitting down in one you can tell they sell themselves; however the attendant/salesperson (I wish I had caught his name) was extremely knowledgeable of the product and very friendly. He was willing and able to answer all questions and he was very skillful in picking out demo chair settings that fit with the individual client despite only speaking to us very quickly.If you have the means, this would be a great investment in your personal health.
