Mike O'Risal: Consistently terrible and frequently rude service. The pharmacy line takes FOREVER, both drive-thru and in store. Be prepared to wait and maybe get snapped at by a cashier. Very possibly the worst CVS in Worcester.
Mohammad Surur: Worst customer service at CVS. Staff is really rude and irresponsible. I dropped off at package since they had an access point and they ended up losing my package and told me to figure it out. Have never seen a worse cvs in my life, please stay away if you are using this location for a UPS access point, it will save you lots of trouble.
Julie S: There is one pharmacy tech here who is the rudest person I have ever dealt with. I’m on a med that has seen severe shortages so I have to call once a month to figure out whether it’s in stock. She refuses to give any info, hangs up on you, will put you on hold without telling you first…she’s awful to deal with and is the reason we’re going to take all of our scripts to Osco. I dread my monthly interactions with her.

Maria Gardner: On 12/23/22 at 7:30pm I went to 44 W Boylston st in Worcester to return 2 items that I had purchased on another CVS store. Robert the cashier, said he could not return because I hadn’t bought at his store. I showed him my receipts and that I paid with my debit card. He repeated very rude again: “I can not return anything! You have to go back to the store where you bought!” On top of that he called a tall lady manager and she was also very rude. They have the worst customer service ever!!!
Bill Coyle: Horrible pharmacy, I only use it as it is within walking distance to my house. If you want to talk to someone in the pharmacy then plan on spending at least 20 mins on hold. Their app sucks, you can't even navigate it or get your RX's delivered through it even though I pay extra every month for Carepass. Most staff is indifferent and whenever I go, it doesn't matter the day or time of day, there is always a huge line and only one register open. They don't open a 2nd one unless there's at least 1/2 dozen people in line. I don't waste my time with the drive thru, it is completely useless.
Tina Gaffney: I had the pleasure of being assisted by Saul- the manager at 44 West Boylston Street, Worcester. This manager should have been promoted to Regional Manager by now! Saul is: attentive, is QUITE deft at assisting the customers if there is a question or if the need arises! He is conscientious, always willing to keep CVS running like a well-oiled machine!!!! Well Done,Saul-Well Done!!

I walking in Thursday to a “it will be 30min”.So you did not even start to work on till I walked in.Edit: I had to go back 3 weeks later, with a call ahead to see if they were finished. The first was out and the second had to wait 20min, so they had not started.

Monica Wills: Horrible customer service rude and unfriendly. I seem to always have a problem with this CVS. The store never has what you are looking for of they tell you the one you picked is not part of the sale. However if you go to another CVS it's on sale. This store has BIG PROBLEMS.
Sean Wilmot: The female pharmacist is a very lazy person. It was 20 minutes before closing and the med was called in at 530pm. It was for my wife who was suffering with bad headaches. The pharmacist refused to fill it and said when she gets to it she gets to it. She is rude and feels very entitled. We now go to shaws were it's delightful and not have to deal with the pharmacist. Even the security guard asked her politely if she could fill it and she said no... I am done for the night this place is a joke with hateful workers

Michael: Store #299 44 west boylston st Worcester MA has the rudest pharmisist. After receiving a text message @ 12:42 pm today I drove 20 mi uses to pick it up only to be told it would now be 2 hours.When I said I would wait the female pharmisist told 2 employees "do not expedite his prescription" now she takes time out of being "busy" to glance at me with the most judging looks possible. She is on some power trip that goes beyond anything I have experienced here.
Katrina Freitas: Your supervisors and manager are very professional and proactive. Give them raises/promotions. However your self-serve checkout process is defective and it needs to be improved asap. It took me 30 minutes from 12:50pm to 1:20pm to process my transaction successfully. I would have rather just have a person ring up my transaction instead. That kiosk is PAINFUL.

No: I had went to this pharmacy to pick up an important prescription. The brown haired short lady at the counter informed me that the prescription was not yet ready and that I would need to wait until 1:30 to pick it up. I come back to the counter at 1:30 just to be rudely told by the same lady that it’s her lunch break now and the pharmacy will be completely closed for some time (she didn’t bother to specify how long). Another kinder blonde lady with glasses brought my prescription over to her for her to check me out. She gave my boyfriend a rude look and told me that I needed an ID. I didn’t have one on me so I turned to my boyfriend to ask him to use his to pick mine up and get it figured out. Before I could even ask she slammed the metal barrier in my face and stormed off. I broke down crying because we live an hour away and cannot afford an uber to come back and she didn’t give us an option to move the prescription to a different cvs. This brown haired short lady was extremely disrespectful and completely unhelpful. The fact that they all have one lunch break is ridiculous. (At least post us or tell us how long it will be!)

He is going to hear from his pharmacy board soon about this misconduct- also reported him to Worcester police station
Toph: Waiting on the phone waiting for pharmacy to pick up because I had concerns about my prescription I was waiting about 20 minutes before I said enough is enough and called Walgreens Walgreens front desk answered within a minute and next thing you know I’m transferred and talking to a pharmacist all with 5 mins or less, I like this cvs but the fact they never answer is unprofessional, don’t waste your time calling this place you’ll have a better chance with another pharmacy

Glado: This the worst cvs i ever used, i moved from 500 grafton st worcester ma cvs to here bescause i live near park ave, nor didn't i know this place is a night mare,the calls are never been answered i have been calling waiting for more than 30 min for the call to be answered ,after calling 7 different times in different days no call was ever picked, one day i went to pick my meds at around 11.30 pm driving through and the lady at the window asked me to wait at the parking so she can call the nearest cvs to go pick the meds from there because they did not have them ,she was to call me back in a few for a go ahead ,so i packed my car and waited for 30 min ,no call came in i decieded to call them ,the phone rang another 20 min nobody picked, i walk inside the store to check what is happening , when i was expressing myself to let them know that not right the lady started to yell at me that they are busy , i asked her seriousily ?did you forget that you told me to wait outside and you gonna be calling me back in a few for confarmation? she was so rude and i end up going home by 12:30am without meds so yesterday i missed the dose, today i have been calling to followup to know if they got them so i can go pick when i close the work, i have been at work since early morning and its along shift , i have called this store waiting for hours and no one is picking , so as per now i might miss the dose in the second time , tomorrow i have to call my doctor again to send my meds back to where i came from its rather i drive far good care and respect.

A H: I just had the worst experience at this location tonight and I will never shop in cvs ever again. I was ready to check out my items and out of no where a so called security staff who dressesed up unprofessionaly acused me of stealing flowers and he acted as he was sure that he saw me with a flower, then when he noticed that was another guy who was walking out towred the exit of the stor and was holding a flower, the security staff did not even bother to apologize to me for the mistake , and when I expressed my concerns with the cvs clerk that I was profiled by the security staff, the clerk respond was "this is the most stupid thing i ever heard "and added if l do not like it here go shop at Walgreens. I was confused and shocked on how they treated me unfairly and it seem that they dont care because they never held accountable.

Tiana Jimenez: This cvs is so bad the manager is very poor mannered and nothing gets done in the morning. I feel better walking in at night where I feel safe to see a serious security guard and two employees who always helps me find what I need . So sad to see how I don’t feel comfortable getting my meds there on day light. So thank you night crews for your help and making me feel safe.

Nicole LeBlanc: Walked around for 20 minutes to find what I needed. I don’t care if no one asks if I need help finding something. I’ll browse while I find it myself. Get to the counter and there’s four people waiting in line. Of corse I’m gonna do self check out I’m young. All of a sudden there’s an extra worker whose name is probably Becky standing two feet behind me over my shoulder watching me scan every item. I have never had anyone do that anywhere let alone another cvs. So aggressive when there are plenty of other people that needed your help

Laura Adkins Aucoin: The automated system is one of thee worse. Staff are rude. Place went from pretty decent. To straight up rude. Call all day. No one ever picks up. Got screenshots of call duration over hour wait. Multiple calls. Corporate might want to seriously try contacting themselves. Thru customer number. See how long their duration is so glad questions regarding life saving medicine can wait til they decide to answer. Seriously totally unprofessional

Lisa K: Horrible experience. The employee, who is a black lady, is horribly rude and arrogant. I received a text that they received my prescription around three o'clock. I went there around 5:30 on my way home after my work. The black girl act like I owe her thousand dollars and told me that the prescription is not ready and I need to wait one hour (it is already more than two hours). I was just asking for a prescription and indeed was not too early to pick it up. She doesn't need to show me that bad face and try to kick me out of the store. The ridiculous thing is that right after I walk out of the store and get on my car, I received another text saying that my prescription is ready. I need to get in line again to pick it up, which means another half hour waiting line.
Yvonne Melendez: Absolutely poor customer service, especially the pharmacy. No one comes to the window. They told talk to you over an intercom with no person in front of you then she’s completely rude. Speak to the manager of the pharmacy and she just completely patronizing as if this behavior is acceptable. Can’t wait to move locations.

Adam Benjamin: You have a fraudulent cashier at this location who bragged about being employee of the region/month. He was using “coupons” he shouldn't have during my checkout. I was confused, but thought his suspicious behavior was an act of kindness. Turns out, 15 months later I spot a $5 "CVS CarePass" charge that's been reoccurring every month and started at this CVS location. No wonder he’s been such a valued employee of CVS!
Carola Roman: Everytime I come here there is a problem in the Rx Department. I came to pick up my husband's prescriptions. He received a text message saying he had 4 medications to pick up. They only gave him 3 and said there are no more prescriptions for him. We show them the text that says 4, and as soon as they try to check the computer the system goes down and they close for lunch in 2 minutes, so I have to come back later. This is not an isolated incident. Employee was not rude, just having an issue EVERYTIME is not acceptable.

tyler wills: Both me & my younger brother just got our Covid-19 Booster literally under an hour ago, the nice young men you who administered the shot was very kind and quick and attractive . We came like 20 minutes earlier than the actual time . My appointment time was at 7:30 pm & my younger brother was 8 pm we arrived at C.V.S. at 7:11 P.M. & browsed around for just a few minutes, out at 20 of 8 pm( " 7:40 am"), super fast and quick. Denise Loconto: I’ve been going to this CVS for years and I love their staff; always upbeat, friendly and helpful. It’s clean and organized and everything is very easy to find. Ive saved a lot of money in that store with their coupons and extra bucks rewards program and also because the manager is awesome and always helps her customers to save more. I had a run in with one of the pharmacists once and after I complained, Idk what happened but I never saw her again. I wish they sold jewelry like other CVS stores but maybe that’s a good thing? so I don't buy jewelry every time I go there which is pretty often, 2-3x a week. The jewelry by the way is actually very nice, long lasting and inexpensive in case you want to check it out at the CVS on Gold Star Blvd.

Marissa: My go-to cvs. All the employees that I have come across are great! Very helpful and friendly. Even the employees in the pharmacy are very helpful, knowledgeable and fast with filling prescriptions. I also love the text feature of getting a text when my prescription is ready. I’ve also scored many great coupons by email like $4 off etc. I love when the cvs coupons line up with other coupons like 4$ off total order, $2 off two packages of product and earned extra bucks. It’s not everyday but every once in awhile it’s great! :)

Sean Jameson: Had surgery today. During the procedure, my doctor called in my prescriptions, including pain management, which is crucial after a surgery. Well, almost an hour after my prescriptions were called in and I arrived to get them, the rude pharmacist gave me an attitude and lied, claiming that the prescriptions were “only JUST called in”, when I know they were called in almost an hour prior. I was then told that they would need “about 20 minutes” to ready the prescriptions. I decided to go home and wait for them to finally be ready. FAR less than 20 minutes later, when I hadn’t even gotten home yet, I get a text that they’re ready. My girlfriend drove back and was told that the snotty pharmacist was a “student” and that the prescriptions were actually ready as we were walking out the first time, so I guess the 20-minute estimate was a lie as well. As soon as I am in less physical pain, I will be getting in contact with Cvs’ corporate office and giving them a choice: I file a lawsuit, or they fire the rude goateed liar.

I called to speak to someone about my prescription and on top of being unprofessional and talking over me, they proceeded to hang up on me. At no point did I raise my voice or make any negative comments to warrant that response. I was calling to verify that the prescription would be available when I arrived later that same day, because I received an email saying they had canceled my pick-up order, despite still having another 24 hours to pick it up.This is only the most recent issue, but I consistently am given poor customer service by the pharmacists. I will no longer be using this location because of this unnecessary behavior.

I called all day today 4 times and I was on hold for 15-20 minutes with none picking up, why did I call cause since last night they didn’t have the medicine for my son and they stated call before com to see if it came in, so driving all the way over there to be told nothing still . They need a new system on picking up calls 15-20 or more is crazy, when calling different times you n a day.

Corey Lefebvre: Clearly has thievery issues (lots of cabinets requiring calling an associate). Minimal go-to freezer grocery selection. Otherwise, normal selection, plus 24 hr pharmacy is a huge plus.

Salama M: If I could rate this pharmacy a zero I could've loved to do so! The staff is very rude and irresponsible. They are unwelcoming they roll their eyes as you speak and don't seem to pay attention to details regarding meds due dates for patients or what meds have been requested. I attended the pharmacy to pick up my husband's medicine at 5: 15 pm I walked out at 7:20 pm. they made me wait for the medicine I had told them is not due until the 30th of the month however one of the staff insisted I wait to get so I did. 40 minutes later I go up and ask if it's ready, this lady acts forgetful then the Pharmacist Matt steps in to yell at me to "go home and rest" as if they weren't the ones keeping me on hold waiting for them. The assistant he seemed to support seemed just fresh out of college or still doing her internship, she made beginner mistakes of not checking the patient history then work. He then states the medicine is not due until the date stated previously. I explained to him the situation he kept speaking loudly and yelling at me in a bad manner although it was his staff's mistake and their lack of attention to detail that led to this. I hope this pharmacy gets it together and learns how to do its job right. I am transferring to a further pharmacy than dealing with these rude staff, who have zero customer service experience!

Lyn-Del Wistaris: Their response time answering a phone is insane. Needed to verify some meds I have, called, because I was working from home, I was able to leave the phone down till someone answered. I was on hold for 19 min 35 seconds. It took 25 seconds to get my answer. This is not the first time this has happened. Time for a change.

Jason: The staff could care less about helping you. They give you the run around for hours sometimes days - they say they are going to follow up, or check on something and they never do. You eventually call back or go back to see whats up and they have no idea who you are or what you need so you have to start all over again. If you are in need of medication the same day its called in good luck. This place needs a visit from corporate. Were changing our pharmacy because of how awful the staff is at this location. They are rude too, completely unacceptable!

Rosalyn M: I just had the worst experience with the night manager Paul at this CVS. I am a couponer, when I went to the register and advised that I had multiple transactions (3) he became rude, snarky and mean. He stated that CVS now has a policy that they will only complete one transaction per customer per night. When I am in store, I always offer to complete one transaction and then get back in line if there's someone else behind me. I've not ever had an issue with this. I purposely chose to complete my transactions during off peak hours so I would not hold any line. Mind you, I am the only person in the store at this time. I attempted to run the transaction and my coupons were not going through properly and the total was well over what it should have been. I then asked to cancel my transaction and Paul became even more mean to me, I offered three times to put the items back myself and he kicked me out of the store. Who gets kicked out a store for offering to do the right thing and put the items back on the shelf? He told me to leave and stated that I was the one leaving a cart full of items.. to which I replied, I will put them back. I frequent this location often and have not ever had this experience with a cashier or manager ..ever.

Michael Downs: Had my Covid vaccine at CVS. There online sign up and check in was quick and effective. Very little wait time. The intake staff and cashier were friendly, the nurse giving the shot was professional but kurt.
The Missing Niche: The pharmacy always has a long wait and they never apologize. Today I spent 20 minutes on hold after being transferred by the automatic agent. Called again last and waited another 15 minutes before I hung up. They are horrible. Staff appropriately, pick up the phone and learn about customer service

Im a 36 year old mother of two, and a very immature and rude cashier was acting like I might steal a 4.99 pair of lashes. She however allowed two young boys to roam the store saying nothing to them while she left them alone in the store to follow me to my car after I said I won't be shopping here anymore where she continued to make weird faces at me and give me the peace sign. I went to a different cvs where they mentioned everyone comes there after dealing with very rude clerks at the stafford st branch. I was beyond shocked and I've never in my life been treated like I might steal. Shame on this cvs for treating your customers this way.

I made a photo order through the app. My order was completely lost, I never received a confirmation email or order number or anything, but I was charged $70.11 I called 1-800-shop cvs and 1 person claimed they reversed it and I would be refunded. After over a week I called back because I did not receive a refund. I had to call back 4 times because every person I talked to “couldn’t find it” because I didn’t have the order number which I never received in the first place and refused to look it up by my credit card number and amount and date like the first person I originally spoke to did. I was told I had to dispute it with my bank. Moral of the story is my bank will not refund me for 10-45 days if it even gets approved. This was literally the worst customer service and experience I have ever had and will no longer use CVS for ANYTHING
D Diaz: Going back and forth with trying to get my son's prescription for over a week. Tech said everything was all set and it would be in on Wednesday and now that has come and gone. Called to get it and a tech now saying we sent something to the doctor last week the same day the other tech told both the doctor's office and myself it was all set and nothing else was need but the PA that was handled and verified everything went through.. The doctor's office never received anything from CVS and now the doctor's office and I are trying to get though and the phones are down and no way to get through. This is a medication that is very much needed and he doesn't have it and who knows when he will get it.

Mariah Fleming: As a woman living with a chronic disease my entire life, coming to this CVS for help was one of the worst experiences l've ever encountered. A male pharmacist whom I do not know the name of, was extremely disrespectful and rude. It was insinuated that I abuse my pain medication and that I was a drug seeker. I use strong pain medication to manage my daily chronic pain and to be able to live a somewhat normal existence. He was not consistent with the criteria needed in order to obtain my medication. Never had I had to call my doctor and have him write a letter of approval. I was never told that under the law he could deny me medication. It was obvious that this man was clearly giving me attitude and treating me with racial discrimination. You could hear the condescending tone in his voice and body language. There is no doubt in my mind that he was making it difficult for me to obtain my pain medication. I was in the hospital not too long ago with pulmonary embolisms, where 10-30% of usually end up dying. I could have been gone from this world but thanks for excellent healthcare professionals I was able to survive. The way this man made me feel was absolutely humiliating, forcing me to share personal health information in front of other customers with no care to discretion or my privacy. He questioned as to why I needed pain medication for my Sickle Cell Disease - one of the most painful diseases known to man. I work hard everyday and refuse to be viewed as an opioid abuser. The prejudice and discrimination people of color receive is truly disgraceful. This man needs to have his license revoked and hopefully the community of Worcester would be better off for it.
Jamie B: Came in to get my flu shot and watched the PHARMACIST administer several vaccines in a row without changing her gloves or washing her hands. My boyfriend confronted her about it and she even admitted to using the same gloves to give multiple vaccines. DO NOT come here for a vaccine. I wouldn’t get prescriptions filled here either, this girl did a lot of nasty stuff with the same pair gloves, and we sat there waiting and watching her for over an hour.

She continuously followed me from aisle to aisle, very obvious that I was being watched as a hawk as if I was intending to steal, so I then extracted cash to make it seen that I was purchasing the products and no intention on stealing it. I completely felt inverbally interagated, judged for as a lower individual, intimidated and very uncomfortable so much I started having anxiety as if I was doing wrong. I asked if she would feel better to walk with me or possibly hold hands to try to loosen the tension but got evil looks so I then put my products back and left the store.
Brittany Jane: i think the manager, an owner should know that the young man named lucas is a wonderful amazing guy!!!!I have called 47 stores and pharmacy's12 different towns, and the whole city of Worcester to find enfamil neuro pro sensitive baby formula for my 3 month old son, and lucas was the only person to actually care and look for me instead of just telling me no and not even bothering to look!Anyone that has an infant will agree that when there is no formula available anywhere that your baby drinks it is very stressful, an giving your baby a different formula hurts the belly for a baby. This guy genuinely is a caring person that is very hard to find these days, an i would love to thank him so so much an for his bosses to know what a great guy he is an how lucky you are to have him as an employee!!!!Thank you i hope the very best for you!!!

Keith Cross: The pharmacy at this location is very helpful and responsive. Not once have I arrived and had to wait more than a few minutes to get a prescription or get an answer about over the counter medicines that I needed help with. The woman who is the head pharmacist is extremely polite and pleasant as well, even when the pharmacy is slammed and there are three or four assistants working at peak hours. Thumbs up!

Lisa K: Extreme rude pharmacist. This happened around 4:30 to 5:00 pm. Mar. 3.My prescribed medicine was out of stock. I ask them to send my prescription to other store, the pharmacist told me that I can directly pick them up at another cvs because their CVS network is connected. I end up waited in line long time being told that the prescription has to be transferred.Fine, I call the pharmacist to transfer it, before I finish telling her that she need to transfer it, she directly put me on hold, which is extremely rude. After waiting for a while, she came back and told me that she put my prescription on hold and can pick up in any store again. I know this is not going to work and ask if she can transfer it to a specific store. She refused to do it. So I waited for around another hour hoping another pharmacist can pickup the phone. Yes, the other person did the transfer within three minutes. This whole process Wasted me more than three hours going back and force, waiting, and making calls. No matter because of my race or what, I can easily tell from the first pharmacist’s attitude and behavior that she treated me with discrimination.
