The decor, sounds and atmosphere is very calm and reassuring you will have a good experience. The staff are all really nice and welcoming. Lindsay gave me my first massage ever. She was very kind and asked questions and made sure I was feeling comfortable as she was working through. She definitely worked on areas I never even knew about! The room was set up very well and I was surprised with how much I enjoyed it. I now know the tense points in my body and it’s been a few hours later and my body is so relaxed and calm. My only regret, is that I didn't do this sooner. I chose to have my first Revitalize massage with Lindsay. I chose her because of what she says in her Bio “holistic approach to health and her ultimate goal is to bring you back to a space of deep relaxation, peace, and awareness of your body, mind, and emotions.” She delivered! The brief initial discussion for her to get to know me and understand my goals, was much appreciated. The massage was excellent. Really excellent. Lindsay seems to have an innate ability to find all the stress and tension and knots, and address them. I will be back. I also highly recommend that you visit Revitalize as well. There was one time an issue came up with scheduling (because accidents happen and people are human), but Paris was so accommodating to make sure I still got an appointment when I requested. I am so happy I found this place and have and will continue to recommend it to all I come across!

Personal: Where to start? This was my birthday present from my wife. I had never been there before. Made appointment online through the service they use. The service sent 3 emails to confirm and remind you of your appointment. Apparently this service does not relay this information to these folks.I showed up 15 minutes before my appointment because Vince Lombardi said if you’re not 15 minutes early, you’re late.Door was locked. Called then number twice. No answer.Ok. I figured they had clientele in there. But no cars in the parking lot. Sat around until ten minutes after my appointment and went home.I called the number on the sign again for a fourth time. Finally, some rude woman answers and said I made an appointment with the other person and I would need to call them. Great. Your number is on the sign and online. Take ownership.Then the girl who the appointment calls and said she’d be there in 30 minutes. A full 45 minutes after my appt.All done. You have one job. Show up! That’s how you make your living. And if you know you’re going to be late, don’t make some random excuse and please call your customer before hand. I wasted an hour. Should I bill them back my hourly rate?I cannot comment on the massage, but professionalism does not exist. Needless to say, you will never get me as a client and you lost my wife. And counting.

Geoff Hammett: I had great hopes for this school. My wife needs only 80 hours of CLINICAL work to finish her license, which involves no schooling/classes, only time with massage clients, as a final graduate requirement by the Mass State Board. So I called them with hopes of her finishing in a month or so. Their wonderful admissions director told me the school will make no exceptions, that my wife would have to transfer a maximum of 75% of her credits and then RETAKE basically 120 hours of additional schooling SHE HAS ALREADY HAD!! No wonder the Admissions Director has such a bad reputation. Why would anyone want to deal with a place like this? I fear the school must have an inability to run a reasonable for-profit business. Obviously she, and everyone there are just in it for the money. Instead, I would recommend a better school, Spa Tech Institute in Westboro. At least they will work with you to find a way to graduate!

Adam DeVito: I attended Bancroft this past year and was amazed at the caring and supportive team of both administrators and faculty at the school. The moment I walked in the door I could feel that this was a place where people cared about what they do and wanted to share their knowledge. All of the teachers want you to succeed and will do everything to make sure you finish school and are more than prepared for a career in massage therapy. After interning at a a local wellness center I can say that I feel more than prepared to work as a Massage Therapist.

Rexblogs11: The admissions director Judie Morin is a JOKE to this place. She's one of the rudest and immature people I've ever encountered. What she said the entire time I went to check out the school she was saying to people "YOU THINK YOUR GOOD BUT YOUR NOT THAT GOOD". She said this to people who don't practice enough and said it slow and loud like she was proud of it. How is this encouraging saying this to students is beyond me!!!! She also said many rude things like I wouldn't be able to be a student and do well. When I passed midterm, mcas, and I'm a Tri County grad. Also she talked to me like she didn't want me to get any sleep literally. Told me to practice on my parents, their friends, relatives and the list went on from their. She was seriously saying everything like I'd have no free time or time to sleep which was even more of a joke. Also she was right away picking on other schools saying what they don't do that Bancroft does better. Other things that she was saying right away we were there that I don't recall were totally rude and not encouraging. I could seriously teach her how to become normal, encouraging, and welcoming to incoming students because she's that bad. It's seriously a mystery how she thinks what she was saying was encouraging at all. The owner seemed like a nice guy but it's strange that he hired an admissions person like her. If you will attend this school PLEASE do yourself a favor and ask to meet with the owner or ANYBODY else there except Judie and AVOID her at all costs if you want to be encouraged and successful.

Alexander Korolov: I recently moved to Massachusetts from Texas, where I was a licensed massage therapist. When I applied for my license here, I found out I had to take fifty more hours of training in order to practice massage in this state. Bancroft was very accommodating, and made this process as easy as possible for me. All the office personnel, teachers, and students were supportive, well educated and passionate about massage. I was only charged for the hours that I needed, and I was able to set up a schedule that allowed me to finish my required hours as quickly as possible. It was a great experience, and I would wholeheartedly recommend this school to anyone seeking to study massage, as well as to anyone new to the state who requires a specific amount of hours to receive their Massachusetts massage license.

steve kelley: Yoshiko is fabulous massage therapist whom I have going to regularly for over 10 years. I usually ask for Shiatsu but I also get deep tissue massage and ear coning to remove wax buildup. She is a small woman but let me tell you, she is very strong! The oriental music adds to the overall relaxation. She will be gentle, moderate or strong depending what you want. I recommend deep work for the most benefit. She has a lot of wisdom and she will teach you many ways to stay healthy as we age. I highly recommend her services. She is also generous with her time.
