Miriam Lebron: The store manager is very good and professional. I was looking for some tortillas and I couldn't find them, I asked her and she was very nice to help me, we couldn't find them at the time because there were many boxes on the floor and I continued doing my shopping. Apparently she continued looking for the tortillas and when I was at the register she very kindly brought me 3 packages, exactly the ones that I needed. In these times when people are going crazy, and many employees of these places have to put up with people's attitudes. Before she helped me, she tried to help a man and the man just gave her an attitude and she still helped me. I just want to recognize the store manager of the store since these days people forget that hard-working people who love what they do are human beings like everyone. It shows that she loves her job and her store. Very good work.

Carl Carbonic: What can you say, the price is right, the variety of products that they have, always rotates, so therefore you have to be a regular in order to see what new products are there. You make a you may go one week and see a product and the next week and it's not there yet something else is in this place. And the price is right. Very good store. And well, it is no longer dollar tree, it is now dollar 25 tree. But it's still a good store.

I just called about Ice Cube trays and the Dude took the time to look. That wouldn't happen in Family Dollar. i notice the Food section getting smaller and smaller but all in all its not a bad neighborhood store.

Joseph Bagnell: The experience wasn't the worst. Found what I was looking for pretty quickly. Was busy when I was there late afternoon and was in line for a long time due to only one register open. Not sure why they didn't accommodate all the patrons waiting in line and open another register since I saw a few employees. Was frustrating since I had only one item. Not sure if masks were enforced as everyone I saw had one on. Not sure if anyone was told to put one on. Sanitizing did not happen after each customer touched the credit card machine. Nor were the baskets or carriages wiped down after each use. The item broke two days after purchase. If you're looking for a quick temporary fix, shop here. If you're looking for a good quality item look elsewhere. No info on edible items or beverages.

A customer was completely berating her, accusing her that she was lying about the card declining and then asking why. Of course Katie wasn’t going to be rude and say “you have no money” so she just said she wasn’t sure. She turned around the monitor to show her that it declined. This woman then went on to say how “rude” she was to her and “no wonder why no one can find any help”. Katie said she could speak with her manager if she would like. Katie handled this Karen with grace. Everyone in line was getting so upset that this Karen was being so rude. Kiddos to Katie!!!!

I reviewed my receipt and was double charged for items , my refund was crumpled into my hand with no apology . I get home to realize I was charged multiples of other items as well . Theresa Malloy: Where do i start, i just recently visited dollar tree on Lincoln plaza and was introduced by a young lady female on 11/14/2022 at 830pm who claims she was a manager on that shift at that time. Well she was at door and said my bags must stay up front and i asked, will you watch them she stated “why do you think I’m standing here for “ wow! And this is a manger. On that note, i will never visit family dollar they will not get my business. when i asked for her name she stated “ i don’t have to give it out” I hate to see how this manager treats the workers there. If she is ok to treat customers this way.

Michele A: Had to have a document notarized and faxed. When I arrived at the store, it was packed - Saturday at 4:30 pm (they close at 5 pm). I was blown away at how the staff hustled and the amount of customers they took care of in the short amount of time I was there. Well-oiled, pleasant, efficient staff. Highly recommend.

Suzanne: There is a very boxy parking area on a very busy main street but the shop is quick to get uou in and out. Prices to use the computer and pri n t labels are very expensive , like 3 $ per page or for use of computer so if you can pre print whatever you cab and or lookup what you need to. Other than that the UPS store does sell merchandise such as sharpies, tape ,envelopes, bubble wrap but obviously at a mark up. BYO supplies. .I invested in a printer and am much happier. But there are some items that must be returned via UPS. All I n All the customer service there is good . 👍

Bam: It would be a zero but guess can’t do that sadly. There’s a snotty little four eyed face that works here. She thought she was so tough whispering about a disabled person as if they couldn’t hear. And when confronted they ran into the front room. Whole place needs to be condemned. The management and employees are a disgrace to not only dollar tree but Worcester. Literally takes one person to change something but this whole place is just full of bullies who don’t know left from right!!

Chanell: Usually love shopping here but today had an unpleasant experience when shopping for some supplies for my classroom. Not sure if it was the manager on duty today or what not but whoever it was was yelling and arguing with an employee saying how he didn’t do his job completely that he wasn’t slacking he was sleeping. Then went on to talk about covid and how he came to work as soon as he was fever free so he wasn’t sure why the employee couldn’t. Employee went on to say he was concerned for his grandmother flying in and the manager or whatever his position laughed and said angrily your grandma is more likely to get covid from the flying vehicle than she is from me. The issue here was the whole store could hear everything. I could hear it at the front of the store and it went on for the whole 15 minutes I was there and who knows how much longer after I left. I get having to speak to an employee but at least close the back room doors and maybe not have the employee being yelled at just stand at the open doors having customers watch and listen. Very unprofessional.
Roberta Bush: Everything I picked up was still a dollar. Needed some containers for my second home to keep the mice out. Went in and found what I needed. The shelves were very empty. Employees were nice and helpful.

Jamaal Gilbert: They had a lot of good product and it was available. The costumer service was good. Had an issue with them stating masks are required and 80% of the store except for workers did not have on mask. Would love for them to clarify.

Jared Thresher: Decent dollar store however they lack freezers (which I'm not sure if thats temporary)which leave out many potential products. Also the floor looks like its currently mid construction as it's not at all visually appealing but it is a dollar store after all. They got some good products for great prices like all dollar trees but lack some because of the no freeze situation. But other than that it's a good store.

Diane Garoulis: I absolutely love this dollar tree. It is always clean and the merchandising is to perfection. Angela the manager is amazing. She leads with her staff and you can tell by the way they all communicate and just by the way the store looks I love this store and I will always be coming to this one only great job, Angela.

Anyways, found all that I was looking for and the cashier was friendly.Update: much improved! Store is clean and stocked (on shelves). Staff remains consistently friendly and helpful.

dbmnfinity: I would not recommend this place to anyone, the service is absolute garbage; I went to this store to grab a few items real quick, and when I got to the register I asked the cashier to give me a double-bag and put everything into one bag.She looks at me and says: "I refuse, I will not" and then proceeds to put everything into separate bags. I did not argue or escalate due to the long line and I didn't not have time to address this with management. I would stay away from this place, the customer service is very bad.
