Third Eye Yoga Collective: what do users think?
andrea babineau: nice space great instructor makes you feel welcome
Carolyn Alexander: Third Eye Yoga is my favorite studio in Worcester . The style of classes tend to be slower and more restorative, which is great if you're looking for a healthy activity to de-stress! The community is very friendly, welcoming, and down to earth and the ambiance is very calm and relaxing.
Dan Mullen: This place is the absolute GREATEST. Very basic and small studio, but it's pretty much all teachers who taught at MetroWest Yoga in the mid-late 2010s, and they are all fantastic. Classes have very little to no added heat, which is nice. I used to do nothing but hot yoga which felt great, but I was constantly getting headaches from the dehydration, even when I pushed the fluids hard. But yeah you should totally come do yoga here and tell your friends!
Bill A (WalthamVlogs): Best Worcester Yoga studio. I am glad I found this place. Very welcoming atmosphere.
George Jones: Nice pace good instructors. Thank you.
Julia Nguyen: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,Quality

Vesna Mihetec: Positive:Professionalism
Richard Poole: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,QualityGreat yoga studio. The instructors are extremely knowledgable and offer a variety of levels for experienced/newbies. Sara-Grace is my personal favorite. They know offer online classes for those who dont feel comfortable with the COVID situation.
Flow Exponential Exponential Flow: Third Eye Yoga Collective is a very cool place to practice.
Kate Shea: Great variety of teachers and classes! Warm and inviting studio space with wonderful props too. Every class I've gone to has been wonderful!
diane4d: I have loved every class I've taken ! Teachers are just awesome. What an asset to the neighborhood.!If I had one negative its a tad warm in the no heat classes., other than that its perfection!
Doralice Ferreira: Opened last week and each session and instructor has been absolutely wonderful!! So grateful to have found this yoga studio!! 🙂
Nikki Andrews: My first class at third eye yoga was just perfect. Great environment. Great teacher. Third eye yoga is such a wonderful addition to our neighborhood!

Transcendental Meditation: what do users think?
Ray Iandry: I can’t speak highly enough ablut my experience with Dale. TM, while very simple in concept, takes a certain type of teacher to make sure it’s excecuted correctly. Dale knows all of the right tips & techniques to be sure you are getting the full effect of the meditation.Regarding TM, I lead a life full of stressful situations. I’ve tried countless medications, standard meditation , the list goes on. As soon as I introduced TM into my routine, my whole world completely changed. I can now truly enjoy life!!
Marcus Monserrate: This center is the real thing and so is the Director and Teacher Mr. Dale Friedgen. I can't say enough, so what I will say is, that; I was welcomed, supported and encouraged through every step of the way. In the end I was more than satisfy, I was shown and realized that a real Meditation Practice in not difficult or complicated. The simplicity of TM is one of its kindest gifts...

Flowforms Yoga: what do users think?
Asim Iqbal: I have been doing yoga with Danielle Gaglini for over three months I should have reviewed her services a lot sooner but better late than never! I’ve found my sessions with Danielle have helped my stress and anxiety and after the session I feel relaxed and refreshed! Danielle and I grew up watching the same TV shows so we share a lot of laughs and Danielle has gone above and beyond and helped recently on a personal level. Danielle’s character is generous compassionate and caring and if you want a relaxed and refreshed feeling for stress and anxiety I would highly recommend Danielle for weekly yoga sessions! Five stars is not enough to describe Danielle Gaglini unselfish kindness and understanding! Danielle deserves a hundred star rating if there was a hundred star rating! I’m so grateful I found Danielle Gaglini for yoga! I plan on being a permanent client for the rest of the my life!
Kill the Ball Media: I recently became aware of Flow Forms Yoga on Lake Avenue in Worcester through a friend. I'm not a massive yoga person but visiting Flow Forms Yoga may have turned me into one.The owner's name is Molly and she treats everyone like a guest in her home. So friendly and inviting! Her manner is very professional but at the same time you really get the feeling that she is thrilled that you are at Flow Forms.Like most Yoga studios, Flow Forms offers a variety of classes and styles. Unlike most studios though, Flow Forms has an INCREDIBLE studio surrounded by large windows looking out over Lake Quinsig. It was actually one of the most beautiful studios I've ever seen. It really makes you feel like you are on vacation taking a yoga class. After class, the instructors were very attentive asking each person if the felt like the class made them feel better, more relaxed, etc. Everyone was encouraged to please come back and take another class soon.A great experience in a great environment at Flow Forms Yoga!

Kula Yoga & Barre Studio: what do users think?
Tara OLoughlin: I love Kula, There's a wide variety of classes for all levels and the studio is very welcoming. I've recommended Kula to many of my clients who were nervous to start their yoga journey as I had no doubt they'd be comfortable there.I've primarily taken classes with Kate (owner), Jordan, and Gabrielle. Their classes are some of the favorites I've ever taken, from both a physical and spiritual perspective.
zihan ma: Just had my first yoga class here everything was so good.Kate teaches really great, really like her style.Try yoga here!
Tom Ciras: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,QualityI couldn't wait to find a 5 Star yoga studio in our beautiful Worcester to stretch out in. Do yourself a favor and check it out...esp if you skate, awesome hip openers
Amanda May: I have been attending zoom classes at Kula Yoga for a couple of months now and it is the best part of my week! I take the Blissful Flow class with Robyn Lilly on Sundays in the comfort of my own home. Her sweet and encouraging voice guides you through gentle poses that build strength in both body and mind. She always offers ways to modify poses to find what feels best for you. My boyfriend has been attending some classes with me with no prior yoga experience and he loves it! Robyn’s classes are very warm and welcoming to everyone and she is truly one of the best yoga teachers I have ever had.
Joe Dolen: Kula Yoga is such an amazing studio and Kate and her staff are the best! All of the instructors are kind, caring and always willing to work with you in order to achieve your mindfulness and fitness goals. Kate has put her heart and soul into helping people and her devotion to her practice shines through. The atmosphere at Kula is beautifully designed and inviting, and the people who attend are truly the nicest you would ever meet. We are so lucky to have this yoga and barre studio in our community! Thanks Kate for all you do!!
Suzanne Waldron: I have been attending Kula yoga and Barre sessions for a year now. My experiences at Kula have been wonderful. Kate and all the instructors are just great.
Laurie Moran: I discovered Kate from Kula at the sprinkler factory doing Sunday classes a year ago. I fell in love with her and quickly joined her studio at Tatnuck Square. She is one of the best yoga instructors I have had in 25 years! She has an unbelievable calmness to her and such a natural teaching ability with gentle, loving guidance... I give Kula my highest recommendation. All ages and genders! Beautiful, clean studio, natural light & lots of classes to choose from. First floor studio is easily accessible with lots of parking. Also try Rachel‘s barre class! Enjoy!
Sophie / Fawn / Lannon: So far my experience at this studio has been great! Everyone has been so welcoming and the classes are not too overcrowded where you feel like you're stacked on top of each other. As someone who gets nauseous in heated environments it's very welcome to find a place that doesn't have almost all heated classes. There is also lots of parking, which is great.
Jessica Rao: Very nice yoga studio. Instructors are thoughtful and make sure yogis of all levels are comfortable. The rise and shine vinyasa is a great way to start the day.
Anabel Gutierrez: Great teachers, yet give it two starts because its very noisy! theres like a church or something in the same building and you cant fully focus because it can get that noisy at times. and the space is a bit small and not easy to see instructor with the all the poles on the place.
Terri Guetti: Today was my first class at KULA Yoga. I’ve taken classes in other studios but the moment I entered I knew I’d found a place that I would return many times. The atmosphere is clean, welcoming and Kate radiates peace and light which made me feel comfortable immediately.
Amanda S: This is the perfect, sweetest studio. Victoria who leads the early morning classes is amazing and strikes an amazing balance with both centering and challenging. Kate and her team are VERY accommodating and have made me feel very much a part of the community. I'm so glad we have a studio on the west side. You should check it out- even if you have never tried yoga before or even if you are expert level! Amazing place
Sara Campbell: Kula Yoga is an amazing studio right in the heart of Tatnuck Square, Worcester. The space is serene and peaceful, with the lighting and sound perfectly paired for an exceptional practice. The owner, Kate, is an extremely knowledgeable professional who listens and aides any student who may need adjustments or questions answered. I have experienced almost all the classes by now and feel that anyone can find a class to suit their level of skill - beginners all the way up! I highly recommend this studio - the best in Worcester!!
