Hot Power Yoga Center: what do users think?
Zach: This is my first yoga studio and I couldn't ask for a better starter experience. The classes start off slow, but the instructors casually suggest harder alternatives to the poses they have you doing. I've worked out for years, but I've never sweat as much as when I take a class with Ashley! All the instructors are top tier, but she's definitely up there in intensity.Update 2/21: Google asked me to update my review and nothing has changed. Still an excellent studio!Update 4/25: Still the same Google! Nothing's changed 😁
Emily Anderson: You don’t realize how incredible your yoga studio is until you go to a different one. I had been out of my practice for a couple years before coming here and I wasn’t fully aware how amazing the studio and teachers are until I went to a yoga class elsewhere, and left feeling so lucky to be able to practice here. There’s a reason 30+ people pack themselves in to a hot room 6 inches from the next mat. The vibes and guidance are 10/10.
Mary Chalino: I’ve been so impressed by this studio from multiple perspectives. The teachers have extensive experience, the class pricing is affordable, and the studio is clean and up to date. Really great energy during class. For someone who has tried many workout studios in the heart of Boston, we are lucky to have this studio in Worcester!
Briana S: Love this studio! Kristin and her staff are amazing. From providing towels, cleaning supplies, and yoga blocks, I totally recommend her studio. Be mindful that the studio does have taped off areas for mat placement but classes can be very full and therefore sometimes you can be on top of your neighbor. Other than that, I highly recommend this studio’s work!
Hannah Flynn: Awesome place! All the staff is super nice and makes everyone feel welcomed - no matter how long you have been doing yoga or if you’re just starting.Highly recommend 🏼
KateandJeff Oliver: Such a positive and welcoming vibe 🙏🏼Mostly vinyasa flow classes, all ages.
Lilia Bush: Amazing candlelight class! They're very welcoming and have everything you need
Jennifer Richards Procopio: After most studios moves away from Bikram, I wasn’t sure I would find a studio I might enjoy as much. This studio has surpassed all expectations! Immaculate. Clean, Friendly.
Agent 21: Ashley and Christin are amazing!!
Bobbie Stivers: Lives up to it's name! I love the opening prayer and setting intentions. Instructors are very knowledgeable and the studio is spacious and hot!
Dynosaur Motorsports: Absolutely fantastic yoga place with a great mix of instructors. Each class is different, and the place is extremely clean.
Parisa: I absolutely love going here. A friend of mine recommended this studio to me and since the first class I have been hooked. It has done wonders for both my physical AND mental health. If you are a beginner to yoga or hot yoga, definitely try it out, I promise you won’t regret it! All the teachers are so kind and truly experienced. The environment is so uplifting, and Kristin the owner is a queen. Enough said. Just do it.
Giselle Lopez: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,Quality
Cheyanne Frosti: Honestly words can not describe this studio... you really need to go check it out! They have an amazingly warm and knowledge staff. Just the atmosphere is amazing. Not only are they the best hot yoga but just best yoga studio around!! I wish they were a chain! I moved 40 mins away and still make the drive from time to time because they are so great :)
Rachel Buckley: Incredibly friendly and accommodating staff. Classes are structured for all levels to succeed. Studio is very clean.
S K: First time there and Stephanie is a great instructor. Cant wait to go back again
Alicia Haddad: I’ve been taking classes here for years and absolutely love how I feel after!! Kristin is patient, kind and a wonderful instructor!! I highly recommend checking this place out! It’s changed my life! Thank you!
Michelle Paton: The studio space itself is great for yoga, it's simple and clean and provides a great atmosphere to practice. The instructors are great and the owner is extremely passionate and involved in her business. I chose to do my teacher training certification at Hot Power because I connected with the studio and I appreciate the way it makes the Yogi lifestyle relatable and approachable to the majoratly of people.
Jessica Caforio Loel: The best hands down. Just trust me
Gina Bello: I was never into yoga, but I attended hot power yoga center and it truly changed my perspective on the practice. I always found yoga studios unwelcoming and clique, but at hot power I felt right at home!! This place is amazing and would highly recommend it to anyone.
Elizabeth Keefe: I can see why this studio won the best of Central MA award. The instructors are excellent. Their attitudes are so positive and encouraging. They remind you that yoga is not just poses, it is also breathing and setting a focus for your practice. I'm also grateful that they believe in making yoga affordable. Comparatively, this studio is very reasonably priced.

Third Eye Yoga Collective: what do users think?
andrea babineau: nice space great instructor makes you feel welcome
Carolyn Alexander: Third Eye Yoga is my favorite studio in Worcester . The style of classes tend to be slower and more restorative, which is great if you're looking for a healthy activity to de-stress! The community is very friendly, welcoming, and down to earth and the ambiance is very calm and relaxing.
Dan Mullen: This place is the absolute GREATEST. Very basic and small studio, but it's pretty much all teachers who taught at MetroWest Yoga in the mid-late 2010s, and they are all fantastic. Classes have very little to no added heat, which is nice. I used to do nothing but hot yoga which felt great, but I was constantly getting headaches from the dehydration, even when I pushed the fluids hard. But yeah you should totally come do yoga here and tell your friends!
Bill A (WalthamVlogs): Best Worcester Yoga studio. I am glad I found this place. Very welcoming atmosphere.
George Jones: Nice pace good instructors. Thank you.
John Plouffe: Wonderful experience in a nice tranquil setting. Excellent staff. Very relaxing.
Vesna Mihetec: Positive:Professionalism
Richard Poole: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,QualityGreat yoga studio. The instructors are extremely knowledgable and offer a variety of levels for experienced/newbies. Sara-Grace is my personal favorite. They know offer online classes for those who dont feel comfortable with the COVID situation.
Flow Exponential Exponential Flow: Third Eye Yoga Collective is a very cool place to practice.
Kate Shea: Great variety of teachers and classes! Warm and inviting studio space with wonderful props too. Every class I've gone to has been wonderful!
diane4d: I have loved every class I've taken ! Teachers are just awesome. What an asset to the neighborhood.!If I had one negative its a tad warm in the no heat classes., other than that its perfection!
Doralice Ferreira: Opened last week and each session and instructor has been absolutely wonderful!! So grateful to have found this yoga studio!! 🙂
Nikki Andrews: My first class at third eye yoga was just perfect. Great environment. Great teacher. Third eye yoga is such a wonderful addition to our neighborhood!

Kula Yoga & Barre Studio: what do users think?
Tara OLoughlin: I love Kula, There's a wide variety of classes for all levels and the studio is very welcoming. I've recommended Kula to many of my clients who were nervous to start their yoga journey as I had no doubt they'd be comfortable there.I've primarily taken classes with Kate (owner), Jordan, and Gabrielle. Their classes are some of the favorites I've ever taken, from both a physical and spiritual perspective.
zihan ma: Just had my first yoga class here everything was so good.Kate teaches really great, really like her style.Try yoga here!
Tom Ciras: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,QualityI couldn't wait to find a 5 Star yoga studio in our beautiful Worcester to stretch out in. Do yourself a favor and check it out...esp if you skate, awesome hip openers
Amanda May: I have been attending zoom classes at Kula Yoga for a couple of months now and it is the best part of my week! I take the Blissful Flow class with Robyn Lilly on Sundays in the comfort of my own home. Her sweet and encouraging voice guides you through gentle poses that build strength in both body and mind. She always offers ways to modify poses to find what feels best for you. My boyfriend has been attending some classes with me with no prior yoga experience and he loves it! Robyn’s classes are very warm and welcoming to everyone and she is truly one of the best yoga teachers I have ever had.
Joe Dolen: Kula Yoga is such an amazing studio and Kate and her staff are the best! All of the instructors are kind, caring and always willing to work with you in order to achieve your mindfulness and fitness goals. Kate has put her heart and soul into helping people and her devotion to her practice shines through. The atmosphere at Kula is beautifully designed and inviting, and the people who attend are truly the nicest you would ever meet. We are so lucky to have this yoga and barre studio in our community! Thanks Kate for all you do!!
Suzanne Waldron: I have been attending Kula yoga and Barre sessions for a year now. My experiences at Kula have been wonderful. Kate and all the instructors are just great.
Laurie Moran: I discovered Kate from Kula at the sprinkler factory doing Sunday classes a year ago. I fell in love with her and quickly joined her studio at Tatnuck Square. She is one of the best yoga instructors I have had in 25 years! She has an unbelievable calmness to her and such a natural teaching ability with gentle, loving guidance... I give Kula my highest recommendation. All ages and genders! Beautiful, clean studio, natural light & lots of classes to choose from. First floor studio is easily accessible with lots of parking. Also try Rachel‘s barre class! Enjoy!
Sophie / Fawn / Lannon: So far my experience at this studio has been great! Everyone has been so welcoming and the classes are not too overcrowded where you feel like you're stacked on top of each other. As someone who gets nauseous in heated environments it's very welcome to find a place that doesn't have almost all heated classes. There is also lots of parking, which is great.
Jessica Rao: Very nice yoga studio. Instructors are thoughtful and make sure yogis of all levels are comfortable. The rise and shine vinyasa is a great way to start the day.
Anabel Gutierrez: Great teachers, yet give it two starts because its very noisy! theres like a church or something in the same building and you cant fully focus because it can get that noisy at times. and the space is a bit small and not easy to see instructor with the all the poles on the place.
Terri Guetti: Today was my first class at KULA Yoga. I’ve taken classes in other studios but the moment I entered I knew I’d found a place that I would return many times. The atmosphere is clean, welcoming and Kate radiates peace and light which made me feel comfortable immediately.
Amanda S: This is the perfect, sweetest studio. Victoria who leads the early morning classes is amazing and strikes an amazing balance with both centering and challenging. Kate and her team are VERY accommodating and have made me feel very much a part of the community. I'm so glad we have a studio on the west side. You should check it out- even if you have never tried yoga before or even if you are expert level! Amazing place
Sara Campbell: Kula Yoga is an amazing studio right in the heart of Tatnuck Square, Worcester. The space is serene and peaceful, with the lighting and sound perfectly paired for an exceptional practice. The owner, Kate, is an extremely knowledgeable professional who listens and aides any student who may need adjustments or questions answered. I have experienced almost all the classes by now and feel that anyone can find a class to suit their level of skill - beginners all the way up! I highly recommend this studio - the best in Worcester!!

Hot Yoga Auburn: what do users think?
Shamaila Khan: I feel like I finally found my space! After COVID started, I quickly gained weight and for the last 3 years have been feeling very negative about my body and body image. I have tried various gyms with fancy equipment, personal coaches, and even a virtual class style workout you can do at home. I don't have the self motivation to go to those gyms or virtual classes. I knew I needed an in-person class, with really supportive and inspirational instructors to get me going again. This is what I found at Hot Yoga Auburn. Really kind people, welcoming community and instructors, and really good workouts (pilates + barre) and Yoga.I never did Yoga before - and after the first class I was a bit sad that I didn't do all the moves that well. But I came back and felt more comfortable. I was made to feel motivated to come back, and was told that it's ok to be learning something new.I am so happy I found this place. Thank you Rick, Robin, and Sam. You guys are awesome!
Teresa Murnane: I love going to Erin’s Buti classes at 6 am. Gets my day started right. Thanks for leading us on a morning journey.
Kate Pickett: I absolutely love this studio and I cannot say enough good things about the place, the staff, and the community. Sam is passionate about his teachings and guiding everyone along their own individual journey. He makes you and the entire class feel truly welcomed each time. He has guided me along some ailments and has inspired me to view them in a different light. I am very thankful for this studio and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to add a positive note in their life.
Phoenix Hughes: I tried Auburn Hot Yoga for the first time last week. As a plus sized woman who is just starting to finally commit to self-care, I felt very comfortable and welcomed. I have tried for years to develop routines to help my body and mind to no avail. After just one class, even though it was extremely challenging for me, I find myself excited for the next and hopeful for a future, better me. If you are on the fence about trying Auburn Hot Yoga I urge you to take the leap. They are supportive and inclusive and you will feel amazing when you leave.
Kellie Hamilton: I don’t write a lot of reviews but this place and Sam the owner in particular deserve to be written about. First off let me say I am a icu nurse and holistic nutrition coach. I know the body in & out and help many people but when my own structure started to fail me last fall my world started to crumble. Medical doctors, chiros and other specialists couldn’t help me. The pain I was in in my back and hip/groin affected all areas of my life. Never having done hot yoga before I stumbled in one night to Sams 6pm class and I wish I could say I was healed! But that’s not how yoga works. Sam taught me that. You do your best on that day and you keep coming and you keep trying and you put in the work. So that’s what I did. The difference in one year my body has made coming to his classes off and on is amazing! No drugs, no physical therapy, no injections, just good old fashion heat and stretching (I don’t go religiously but when I feel off, sad, chilled to the bone or like I over did it at the gym I get my tush in there for a good heated stretch and his wonderful teaching style).Sam is a wonderful human. He is kind, compassionate, beyond helpful, approachable and his dad joke humor is on point for enthusiasts alike. If you have been on the fence please come and expose yourself to the wonderful community he has built in auburn. You won’t be sorry you did.-signed one happy customer
Tamara Bourget: Have been practicing yoga here for many, many years. I have several family members who also practice here. Great studio, great instructors. The space is always being improved & expanded. The classes are always evolving. Highly recommend making this YOUR yoga space!!
Shaquiria Santiago: I just walked out of a class at this place (6pm yoga class, jan 31st, 2023) and unless you want someone to embarrass you and make inappropriate comments about your race, I would highly recommend finding somewhere else to go.This was my first experience here so I can’t say the same for everyone who teaches here but this review is specifically for the male teacher named Sam.I hope he is embarrassed for his behavior and I would never recommend anyone attend a class here.
Domenique Page: I signed up for a class on a whim with a few co-workers never thinking I would actually enjoy it and I LOVED IT. The way Sam runs a class made me feel so comfortable and able of doing anything. He offered modifications so everyone could feel proud of their body. If I could give this more than 5 stars I would! Already signed up for my next class.
Greg Abrams: Hot Yoga Auburn is the best around! I have been practicing yoga for over 30 years and I love this place. The teachers are awesome and the studio is clean and welcoming. With 2 showers and private changing rooms it’s easy to go from class to your next activity, no matter what it is.
Desirae Freedman: I’ve been going to this studio for 10 years doing Yoga and now some Pilates. I feel like I get an amazing work out and a therapy session at the same time. All the instructors sprinkle in positive and inspirational focus on mental health, nutrition, and self care things to think of as well. If you go regularly, you get to know classmates and build friendships. I love the community feel and forever grateful the amazing impact the studio has had on my life. I feel fit, flexible, empowered and motivated. Thank you Sam and to all the instructors ❤️
Tracey Hathaway: This place is amazing. I had several injuries that limited my mobility and thought I would always be in some type of pain. However since joining Auburn Hot Yoga and attending buti yoga and the 60 minute Pilates over a year ago, my ailments are starting to fade. My core is much stronger and I’m able to move in ways that I haven’t in 15 years.More important, the classes have a variety of people (ethnicity, age, gender, and body type), instructors are knowledgeable, and the owner is extremely welcoming. This place is a diamond in the rough.
Michael Matton: Auburn Hot Yoga is the perfect place to improve your health and well being. I practice yoga to offer me the best chance to live a pain free life, it is amazing how these classes can heal muscle, joint, back, and hip issues over time. Hot yoga and pilates is also amazing to clear your head and reduce the everyday life stresses and anxiety. The owner and teachers are passionate and so helpful and the studio is extremely clean and safe. I highly recommend this yoga studio if you want to improve your life, and strengthen your mind, body, and spirit!
paul barry: 90 minute hot yoga has changed my life. It has helped my balance, my self esteem, my sleep and my ability to relax. It has saved my life.
Neal Sullivan: I have been practicing yoga for many years, and I just love this studio. Sam is an excellent teacher, and the facility is clean and comfortable, as well as being very conveniently located. Sam has lots of different yoga styles available, and has an excellent, experienced teaching staff. I would recommend this studio to any experienced yogis, or anyone trying yoga for the first time.
Lynn Rushton: Started Bikram yoga 17 yrs ago in this studio because of a knee injury I got training for a half marathon. I'll admit after the first class I felt like I hated it , it was really hot and long . However for the first time in over a yr my knee did not hurt so I kept going . A couple months in I was acclimated to the heat and it started going by faster and faster. Here I am 17 yrs later going for the amazing benefit on my body but also for the benefit on my mind. It truly is a "moving meditation" . I also love the changes in the studio over the years but my favorite is still the 90 min 26+2. I really can't say enough good things about it.
Sarah B: Hot Yoga Auburn is my happy place! I have been practicing the 90 minute Hot Yoga for almost 7 years. I feel amazing. I sleep better. I handle stress better. I’ve added several types of classes into my weekly schedule - like hot Pilates and Buti Yoga. This is the most welcoming place to come and be physically active. When you arrive, there is an immediate sense of belonging and family. I can’t say enough about it. Love it love it love it!!
Jim Giza: HYA is a gem. I’ve practiced yoga at several dozens of studios, gyms, ashrams, etc and this is my favorite! Sam and each of his teachers are Humble and Authentic; no pretense. The studio is well-maintained, modern and spotless. There is a large diverse community of regular attendees. Besides the “26&2” 90 min hot yoga, there’s a 60 min version, vinyasa buti yoga, periodic offerings include yin and Nidra, and daily Pilates. Classes are available morning, mid-day and evening every day of the week. Regular attendance has eased my spinal issues and eliminated need for pain meds.
Bobbi Jean Power: This is a great studio. The instructors are knowledgeable. The classes are are well suited for all skill levels.
Marc Altemeier: I love going to Auburn hot yoga!!!the 90 minute class is exhausting & relaxing!!!
Sandy Lefebvre: I have been going here for just over a year now and it’s just fantastic. Instructors are great and it’s an excellent workout!! Sandy L 😊
Rob Smith: Best place to be for a reset, or backache. Or great exercise. If you haven't gone in a week or two.this is your sign. Need to set up my next class now that I'm thinking of it

Kat: This is the best yoga studio I have found in the area by far
Francis Swanson: I really love practicing yoga here. They have a 30$ for 30 days deal that was really good. They have decent scheduled times for anyone's schedule. Really central location with good parking. Very experienced teachers.
Jacki Libby: Love everything about Metrowest Yoga!!! The staff, the community, the instructors, the flexibility of classes.
Rick Kendall: stay away! they don't honor their coupons and are extremely rude.
Chris LaMountain: Metrowest Yoga is truly a wonderful company! I have respected and liked every single one of the instructors. After having practiced there after three years, I have noticed great improvement in most every aspect of my experience with yoga. Welcoming for beginners and more advanced yogis. Very relaxed, yet focused atmosphere. Would highly recommend to anyone!
Elizabeth Reiser: I am so glad to have discovered Shawn's Sunday morning session. Her classes feel strong and genuine with valuable perspectives on alignment, a very big spirit, and an adorable little dog who seems so happy to enter the space at the conclusion of class.
Eric Jamerson: I don't go to Yoga anywhere NEAR enough any more but when I do, I always consider this place first. The teachers are great and welcoming and very friendly, the atmosphere is great and practice there is intensely awesome and you always walk out feeling on cloud 9.
Liz Nolan: If you want a true Yoga Studio, this is it in the Metrowest area. It offers many different types of yoga, variety of times for classes, and instructor styles. The instructors will rotate around the room for individual assistance but will never push you more than you are ready for. Great for beginners to the advanced level. Metrowest Yoga also offers other workshops to enhance your practice throughout the year. The facility is absolutely clean, something that other studios have left a lot to be desired in that area. It is a comfortable environment and the staff is wonderful from the front desk to instructors.
Ann Brady: I have been practicing at MetroWest Yoga for well over a year now, about 3-5 times a week. It has truly changed my life. The instructors are amazing!. They are all very warm and spiritual, and truly professional. Shawn, the owner, is an incredible person - so positive and pragmatic in her approach. The assistants are a great plus - helping you with postures during class - a big help to my practice. The desk staff are so helpful and they remember your name - not so in other studios I've been to; makes you feel like you belong. You will feel right at home your first time in the door! Do yourself a favor and try it. A great studio, an amazing way to take care of yourself.
Nicole Ryan: I love this studio! I have been to others but this studio is the best. The studio itself is clean and its painted in warm earth tones. It's very serene, The staff at the front desk are friendly and professional. The instructors are fantastic, they are so real in their teaching style and positive in their approach. I have attended workshops at the studio and they were great. I have also done private instruction and it really helped me take my practice to the next level. Shawn is the owner and she is an inspiration. Her approach to teaching is very authentic and genuine. They also have assistants in some of the classes to help you with postures, they have all been excellent. They have another studio in Worcester which has also been a wonderful experience. This studio has made me fall in love with yoga and I am very grateful. Do yourself a favor and try it out, you won't be disappointed.

Central Rock Gym: what do users think?
D L: Some of the staff are friendly some of them are very cold and sometimes out of line, it is a clean gym and has good variety. They have team nights several times a week where they let the teams completely take over certain areas of the walls which is super frustrating if you want to work on a problem in that area specifically. I have been to many gyms and this membership is a bit overpriced for the gym you’re getting.Otherwise, never a bad time.
Flaherty Physical Therapy: We just did our quarterly meeting at the Central Rock Gym in Worcester! We were a bunch of indoor rock climbing newbies, but Hank and Duncan made the experience a great time. A lot of us challenged ourselves to doing something out of our comfort zone. Awesome time and thanks again! Would highly recommend this for a team building activity!
Tim Hatton: I showed up an hour before closing on Saturday and found the gym to be ideally active: not too busy, but not a ghost town. 😉The waiver approval process was easy. Clara was super helpful, informing me on proper gym etiquette and how to safely use the auto-belays.Since I am a beginner, I especially appreciated the variety of different climbing puzzles for all skill levels!
Alisa Nurkanovic: Awesome, so much fun. Deff get a staff member to assist you, it will make your first time so much better. Erica was ours and she was great! Thanks!
Kristine Auwers: Nice gym. Good atmosphere, route setting and variety.
Michael Kozlowski: Great spot to meet even greater people. Climbing atmosphere is great, two buildings with climbing and small gym setups. They even have a third building with yoga class 7 days a week! Can’t beat it value wise and quality wise, amazing.
Jonathan Bott: We love this place! My girls ask to come here whenever we're in town. A few hours of climbing does wonders for them. Such a cool activity and CRG has plenty for all ages.Reasonable rates for a day pass (we usually climb for about 2 hours). Clean facilities and a great helpful staff.
Ben Caulfield: Great bouldering and top rope in all styles. Even some autobelay for losers like me who can't find a belay partner.
Molly Kolb: A great place for experienced climbers. And lots of runs for the beginners!
Hb Hb: Goodnice place to work out and have fun
Michael Kane: Great rock climbing gym. Our children have been really interested in rock climbing so we signed up for a membership. The facility is very nice with a wide variety of routes and plenty of space. There is a nice workout area with barbells, dumbbells, kettlebell, and machines. A smaller building has a variety of bouldering routes and another workout area. Friendly staff, and a clean facility.
Matt Last: I have to say it was amazing. Super friendly staff & great time for adults, kids, & familys. Flawless afternoon fun.
Robert Hoyt (Oliver Wendell): Liked the climbing
A D.: Central Rock Gym is awesome! We had the pleasure of working with Erica and John. They helped my wife and I feel prepared and confident on our first visit to the gym. We really enjoyed ourselves and will definitely return!
Nik Carlson: Great and challenging experience. This was my first time at this location and the third climbing gym I’ve been to. This was by far the friendliest and most helpful staff I’ve encountered.I only did the bouldering, and certainly didn’t get bored. Plenty of challenging routes and having two buildings to explore was awesome.Definitely recommend this gym.
Adam Mickey: Great staff and good setters, has a second building with only bouldering and bouldering in the main section with also top rope, lead and auto belay. Not a lot of lead routes, but some good cave climbs if you like leading overhang routes. 35ft walls mostly with 40ft tower in the middle. Small upstairs section with beginner walls for children climbers as well, probably 15-20 ft tall. The best gym in the area, because there really aren't many others without drive 30+ minutes.
Leah Nicole: Had every intention of going but maybe they’re so popular they have to jack up the prices. I went from asking my friend if they wanted to go rock climbing to, nvm it’s too pricey. $25 and nothing is included..... great gym if you have all your equipment.
Chad Chviek: I love Central Rock Gym. Great place to do indoor climbing
Annie Schafer: I’ve been a member for about 7 months now, and I really love this place. The community atmosphere is kind and welcoming. The staff is very informative and personable. Routes are changed often, and allows a diverse range for those of different climbing abilities!
meg sun: Nice rock climbing gym
Lewis Family: Lead climbing with Adam was a great experience. The gym is clean, diverse, friendly and knowledgeable. Climbing here is for all ages, and skillsets encluding the beginner and the expert.
