Rocco and Antonio are amazing to work with. I went to them looking to get a suit for my wedding. At first I didn't have high hopes. Because of my size I have never had a suit that fit me well and that I was comfortable/confident in. From the very first consultation with Rocco I knew I was in good hands and for the first time I was actually excited about how I was going to look in a suit. He took one look at me and had no doubts he'd be able to get the job done in time for my wedding and that I'd look fantastic. He was absolutely right! He hooked me up with everything from top to bottom - jacket, pants, vest, shirt all custom made to fit me. I even bought shoes based on his recommendation and they were the most comfortable dress shoes I've ever worn. The finished product was far above and beyond what I could have imagined. Not only did it all look good on me, but it was so comfortable to wear. I didn't even think about changing out of any of it during the reception. I'll absolutely be back again when it's time for my next suit. It's not cheap getting a custom suit made (especially in my size), but it was absolutely worth every penny.

John Nash: I am absolutely blown away by this place! Rocco's is a dying breed of local authentic, family run Gentlemens clothing store with absolutely incredible employees. It has an old time feel to it, reminiscent of the 1950's and 60's. Antonio was the salesmen I dealt with and he, as well as his father were exquisitely dressed and extremely knowledgeable. He took his time with me, helping me get what I needed and helped me stay within my budget. I was not rushed and felt extremely comfortable asking as many questions as I wanted. Please save yourself the time of going to a chain like Men's Warehouse and come here, where the staff know what they are doing and will get you exactly what you are looking for.

Sullivan Roberts: Impeccable service, craftsmanship, and selection. Rocco's custom made my wedding suit, tie, and shirt, with beautiful results. Their consultation on measurements/style was very informative and comfortable (particularly for a beginner) and they kept us up to date with timely process updates/delivery notifications. I'm a large man (6'4, 350lbs) who typically has issues finding suits/formal wear that work well, and they did an excellent job with the fit of my suit, lengthening my tie, and getting the custom shirt's neck and french cuff lengths just right. Can't thank them enough for making me look so good on my wedding day, I highly recommend Rocco's for all your suit/men's fashion needs.

Had to listen to him and his son have a somewhat heated argument while I was looking for a suit in front of the whole store. The owner told me a certain price on the phone; after having me try multiple things on and finally select a suit. He tells me the price is $200 more than what he said because of xy&z…just a very unpleasant experience. Go somewhere else.

My 20 year old sons went there to look for suits for my nephews wedding and came home and raved about how nice the family is and how they got exactly what they needed at a great price. I stopped in the following Saturday to see if he could accommodate me(6'8" 285 lbs.). OMG...nicest people evah !! If you want great customer service and to come out looking amazing, come to Armando's.

Waited for over 3 hours for an appointment we booked same day because none of the staff told us we needed an appointment in order to be helped. No signs, nothing. While waiting AFTER being told we needed an appointment, multiple customers left upset due to similar reasons (this man being very rude). After waiting for hours, a new sales clerk who said she was new and shadowing was kind enough to make sure we were able to work with the other young gentleman. I forget his name but he was younger (I believe still in highschool). Luckily we got to work with him or I would have walked out. Answered every question thoroughly and was very nice. Asked to talk to manager about rude worker who could care less about customers but apparently she had left for the day. Anyway, this store needs to get their act together or they will be losing a lot of business. Oh and don’t rely off of appointments, your response will be nothing short of rude if you interact with tall darker skinned man with blonde hair. — you shouldn’t be working in retail

Julia Victoria: DO NOT GO HERE FOR YOUR WEDDING ATTIRE IF YOU'RE THE GROOM! Do yourself a favor and go to Bonardi’s instead! WE HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE AT MENS WAREHOUSE IN AUBURN MA! My husband, who was the groom, rented his reception suit here. He is over 6 feet tall. He tried the suit at the store and everything was fine but during the wedding reception, when he tried to change from his military uniform to his reception suit, he realized they packed him a suit that belonged to someone else and was about 5’7”. He couldn’t even fit his leg through the pant leg because the suit they gave him was many sizes too small. They also forgot his vest and his bow tie. After the event, when he went to complain about the mix up, they told him that there is nothing they can do for him. The manager said that a high schooler was the one to bag his suit and he must’ve mixed them up. No apology and no regret about how badly they messed up. No customer service! The manager was unprofessional and clearly incompetent. We’ve been telling people not to go here if they want things done right on their big day. I’m glad my husband had his military uniform to wear during the reception but the fact that the store took no responsibility and displayed such poor management just shows that clearly they don’t care about their customers (even on their wedding day!). Never again!

I asked to be called when it was back up, and I was told “it will be working in the morning” and “this happens all the time”.So now instead of traveling to my event I have to wait to drive out of my way to pick up my tux. I don’t understand how nothing could be done for me or someone else in this situation. Paid for in full as well.

Hexy Boo: First, we went to a Men's Warehouse in a nearby mall and the experience was terrible. They had us waiting almost 45 mins and I went through multiple people trying to find what I needed. I was done with it, so I went to DXL instead. That isn't a decision I regret. They found what I needed quickly, it fit perfectly, and the material was quality. We ended up spending almost 3 times less than what I would have spended at Men's Warehouse. Seth was really nice and I'll probably come back as when I can.In summary, go to DXL's first. It's almost unbelievably better than other options.

SUITS WERE READY DAY BEFORE WEDDING THATS TOO CLOSE THEY HAD PLENTY OF TIME TO ACCOMMODATE US.One lady very rude if you questioned anything on phone. The suits measurements were off the grooms shirt was so small.They did help with getting another but it was a battle . The rental shoes were worst than bowling shoes horrible falling apart at the soles.I say it's time for new ones they definitely looked like they were fixed multiple times. I had no time to bring back .I would not recommend A large wedding party to go here .Seek another formal wear.

Ali Cormay: Everything seemed fine when my fiancé and groomsmen went and got measured for their suits. 2 weeks before our wedding they called my fiancé and said his suit is ready to be picked up. When he went they said his suit isn’t ready. They had the wrong date for our wedding even though they had a sheet filled out with all our info on it and was put in a binder sorted by wedding dates. There shouldn’t have been any confusion. Then a few days later they called my fiancé and said you missed your drop off date for your suit. We hadn’t even got married yet and hadn’t picked up his suit! Again, another mistake on their end. After that we both were stressed about the suits not being ready, which we didn’t need a week before our wedding. I had to call multiple times to make sure everything was correct. When we went to pick up my fiancé’s suit the lady there, Gina was very rude toward me but not my fiancé. I was asking questions and confirming when the other groomsmen suits would be ready because only a few were. She said “don’t worry, there’s a huge note on your account because you called about 100 times.” I tried to explain the only reason I called twice was because they kept messing up and called us with wrong information!! She walked away when I was trying to explain. The suits we’re ready in time but one of the grooms pants had cigarette butts in them which is absolutely disgusting! You don’t wash the pants? Or check the pockets at least? So gross. I couldn’t believe it. One of the other groomsmen suits was the complete wrong size. When my fiancé dropped off his suit he let them know and she responded “did he lose weight?” Like are you kidding? She didn’t even own up to the mistake or apologize. The reason I gave 2 stars is because my husbands suit was perfect and he looked very handsome. Terrible experience, I do not recommend. This was the Worcester location.

Stephanie Toporowski: We had a bit of a unique situation and despite being in the height of prom season, they were extremely accommodating!!!!! I highly recommend this place!

Zachary Thomas: Great Place to rent a Tuxedo and very friendly employees, I’d recommend them for Junior, Senior Proms, or a Formal Wedding. The one thing that I have an issue with was that the location of this one is pretty tight, even parking on Severs St in Worcester can be a hassle!! But overall a great place you guys have. Keep up the good work!

Andy Pierce: I have gone to Bonardi’s since I went to my Junior prom a million years ago. They took great care of me for both of my proms, and my wedding, as well as several friend’s weddings. Each time they were fast, patient, and a pleasure to deal with. This weekend I brought my son for his Junior prom tuxedo rental and the service and experience was once again top notch. I cannot say enough about the customer service that they provide.

My husband & I got married at Lord Thompson Manor in Thompson Connecticut on 7/31/21 and Gina, and everyone at Bonardis (Worchester, MA) was truly AMAZING during the first moment we arrived!Our venue works super close with Bonardis and rightfully so. Gina was our contact and went above and beyond to make the process so easy and seamless for us. With all the tools and resources to get all the correct measurements, to orders, timleslines and advice on when to order during the pandemic, extra fittings whenever my husband and father could get in, coming to our venue to help with the fittings of all the groomsmen- we truly cannot say enough. Bonardis prices are so incredible reasonable (both to buy and rent,) they have every selection/color (and the color of the tie matched PERFECTLY to the bridesmaids’ dresses!) All pieces of the suits were in such great/tip top shape, they were tailored to each groomsmen perfectly and the pick up process after the wedding was so simple. Everyone felt and looked their best. My husband said that he wanted the suit process to be so easy for his groomsmen and Bonardis delivered above and beyond to achieve this goal. This portion of wedding planning was such a breeze and we thank Gina for truly bending over backwards for us and everyone that needed a suit from Bonardis. RUN don’t walk to rent/buy from Bonardis!
