tyler wills: We went to our Worcester Burlington Coat Factory on March 28th 2023 , this store is extremely well lit . Nice big large store. Had a decent amount of stuff , wide variety of odd's & ends. Sone selections of this store were really messy & so were really neat & tidy. We "all" got some interesting stuff & left Burlington happy 😊 ! I got a nice Heavy-duty tote - bag with a Gaint Camera 📷 on , as a" Photography 📸 " I had to get that bag ! It was a fantastic price ! I do enjoy shopping at Burlington stores, this store is overall a good store ! The Men's Restroom was so extremely clean , " NOT " messy at all ! That was a blessing to use a clean pubic bathroom. The employees were nice ! I'll definitely go back to our local Burlington store ! Hopefully soon ? Burlington has a lot of unique & unusual stuff here !

Brenda Delossantos: What happened to store, was empty many clothes thrown around and ripped. I used to love this store. Sad part is I still love this place. They have good sales, but some of there clothes are already damaged. Not employees fault they need to get HELP!!

Dawn Chivers: Customer service is wonderful. It's smart to call before you go, they will ask details about your swimmer and can give you an idea of size/style/price before you shop. They are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about sizes and styles and what would work best for your swimmer. The owner also encouraged me to buy the cheaper suit; she is not just trying to sell the most expensive product. I highly recommend this shop.
John Farley: Great customer service. I am a new parent when it comes to the swim world. I brought my daughter into the store not knowing what to expect. They walked us through everything that she needs. And I compared prices after I got home, only to find out that they were actually cheaper than their competitors. Wish every experience was as pleasant as this.
Jennifer Witkop: Drove 2 hours because they said they had the techsuit model I was looking for. I get there and it’s the wrong model...not the suit I wanted. Tell me they can match the price of my team discount only to then say no they can’t bc it’s too much of a discount. I had to buy the suit out of desperation because the other store would have been closed by the time I got back. What ever happened to customer service and making the customer happy after a huge mistake?Won’t be back.

Valerie Price: Excellent guidance in fitting suits and goggles, especially tech suits. Yes, they are expensive and their merchandise can be found at online sites for less but you are also paying for their assistance.

Lizzy Jenkins: Absolutely awful. The lady working there was so rude. (Blonde lady in the Natick mall). I was desperate for a bathing suit and this was the only store that had any during the winter months, but I was so disgusted by how rude she was that I decided not to buy one from her. Terrible customer service. I was the only person in the entire store. Instead of helping me, she took a few phone calls. I clearly was searching for a bathing suit and at one point she paused her phone call to scold me and told me me to stop looking through drawers (probably because she didn’t want to fold all of it afterwards). I left immediately. The bathing suits looked decent but way overpriced for what you’re getting.
Natalya Gud: I ordered two items online. One of the items was shipped from this store. When I opened the package it was clear based on the odor that the item was worn. Therefore I immediately took the dress to be returned. At the register the manager acknowledged the smell but did not apologize. She proceeded to say maybe the scent was from the person who packaged it. Which is ridiculous

Samantha: Great selection of swimsuits. The helpful assistant chose a large selection for me to try. Everything was the right size, and she chose the best looking one for me. I thought the prices were moderate (around $125 for a lot of the one pieces). I would have been overwhelmed without the assistance and would've probably ended up with nothing. Lisa E was wonderful at picking suits most suitable for my shape. They also have great lighting in the fitting room. Awesome experience for an activity that is not always great.
Maddie Conway O'Reilly: Best selection of swimsuits anywhere. The associates are helpful but will also give you privacy to try on. I appreciated that they helped me order a size I needed and had it shipped to my house. The inventory might seem expensive if you're used to buying from Target or similar, but a high quality swimsuit is worth it (especially for more supportive tops!)
