Gregory Maynard: Awful experience. Set up a delivery of vinyl fencing and posts, delivery truck brought the incorrect items. Called, spoke with the customer service manager on duty and someone in the delivery department. Politely inquired where my delivery ended up seeing as it came from this location, was cut off multiple times trying to explain the situation. Delivery called me rude and "indignant" and transferred me to customer service, where the "manager" also lacked customer service skills. Understandable that the delivery department lacks customer service skills, but wasn't expected to be called "indignant" over a delivery mistake I was trying to solve. Also floored by the disrespect from the "customer service manager." Asked for a manager multiple times and was not transferred to a manager to solve the problem. Showed up, was also told not to speak to a manager regarding the delivery issue. Luckily it was all figured out by another associate in customer service and I was able to retrieve my items.

He was on his way to break but like i said he went out of his way to help me before he left. He knew where everything i needed was and was able to tell me what my best options were

ll ll: Worst Lowe’s store ever, I purchased a washer and dryer came back to pick it up after 30 minutes the customer service people refused to help me even tho I show my receipt, this happened to me before at this location 2nd time. Better off going to Home Depot where customer service is better

andrew pappas: Don't buy appliances here. They won't take them back if defective. You have to deal with a third party for multiple failed repairs. Home Depot is not helpful, not apologetic, and generally useless. Go to a proper appliance store for real service.

Asked if they carried any 4/4 hard maple, he said " I think so, let me check...". He picks up the phone and tells me they have hard maple. I asked what sizes, lengths and widths. He couldn't say, so I drove in to check it out. Walked in with my son. Looked to be the owner and man with gray hair behind the counter, with his wife and maybe daughter - none of whom were wearing masks (COVID?). Asked if he carried any rough cut hardwood, he said "nope, only pine!" Fine then, I thought to myself 'what's that stack of live edge Ash in the driveway for?'. So I said, "you don't carry any oak or maple?", "nope, we don't have any of that." I asked him if he knew who does, "try The Woodery!" ok then...

Greg Koulisis: Visited the place for the first time as a local resident and was not very impressed with the customer service at this establishment. Firstly I am a new woodworker and wanted to gain an understanding of what types of other places there are out there to buy lumber at other than a Home Depot. Was greeted by an old man that basically told me what do I want? and because I didn't have a finite answer for him was basically turned aside like I meant nothing. He pursued to tell me that they did not have any cherry or walnut woods. He didn't understand what I meant by if I had to buy lumber in bulk or not. Left the store only to return because I needed to buy wood for a desk that I have been building and wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. Immediately upon arrival the same man was there and I asked him if I could see the pine lumber he said he had. He asked me what type of wood I wanted and I did not know exactly what size and grade woods I wanted, which he asked me again making me feel like he was implying that I was not good enough for their business if I didn't know, so I asked him if there was a way to at least see what wood they had. The gentleman said I will figure something out after this customer. My entire experience changed after this initial encounter. The young gentleman that took care of me after brought me to their shed and I was able to learn about the grades and select a few boards that I wanted. I even saw some cherry boards in there that I didn't end up buying but at first was told that they had none. He didn't have a definite price on boards but that was fine. The young man drove me up front cashed me out and I was on my way. I'm torn between giving them another chance or just sticking to my Home Depot endeavors. In all the years I've had in running restaurants I would have never spoken to or treated anyone the way this man treated me. Every person that walks through the door is a potential customer and should be treated as one and if you have some sort of old man pride that pushes people away from your establishment then at the end of the day you will have a sinking business. I understand that I am in my thirties and may seem young and naive at times but I would rather spend my thousands at a local business than a box store. I like others, am a firm believer in local businesses and I wish them the best and hopefully my next experience with them will not be my last.

He also provided us with the cost for granite steps and provided us with three contractors to have them installed. this is not a typical lumbar yard - they do not have building lumber but customer panels and or rough cut boards.

When we last ordered a product from Lindgren there was a mix up and instead of working with us to make it right - first we were ignored and then given a huge attitude. It was a bad way to treat a customer. I go out of my way not to shop there and would recommend against it.
