Erin Souza: We were there Saturday January 28th 2023 at 3 pm looking for supplies for my daughter's shop for school. Walked in not knowing exactly what we were looking for. The sales associate was amazing, very knowledgeable, friendly and super helpful!! Would definitely go back!!

Em Jay: Franklin has expert knowledge of the products and of selecting colors. I thought I was limited to the swatches but he asked questions and created a custom color. He was very patient and nailed it. As a result I bought paint for two projects instead of one.

Although I had to buy another double roll a few weeks later because I didn't have enough when I got the other roll it was $30 more thanthe 1st exact one. Apparently it was order wrong and they charged me $20 more for the wallpaper and $10 for shipping. So needless to say done shopping there

ALISON NADELL: Horrible customer service from some kid. Opened at 10:05. Not the problem but I stood at the counter with 3 other people behind me waiting. No eye contact at all. He starting shaking a can up, fooled with the registers, started counting money while we’re all standing there. No “good morning” No “I’ll be right with you”. It was like we weren’t even standing there. There is still such a thing as customer service! I left and won’t go there again. A waste of 1 hr!
