Matthew Lincoln: This place has so many different ways to celebrate anything you can imagine. A good place if you want to deck out for any occasion.
Erin Shea: I went in to purchase some things for my classroom (little prizes) and I ended leaving with a squishmallow and one of those mystery micromallows. I purchased them and went out to my car to realize that the micromallow was stolen out of the container. I felt pretty dumb because the container was opened and I didn’t even realize it. I wouldn’t have had a problem with bringing it back but it was the employee that really irritated me. She stated that she felt the container and that it felt empty and proceeded to let me purchase the item. She could have told me it felt empty and checked to see if it was empty before letting me purchase the item. Therefore, I am giving this store a 2 star review. I usually don’t get petty about things but this really annoyed me.

Sims Planet: As the name suggests party city is genuinely full of awesome party supplies and colouful theme decorations for birthday, Halloween, baby shower, lots of ballons, disposable stuff for celebrations. Found it to be little over priced as per my pocket. But love to visit it frequently.

Kristen: What a horrible experience! Especially when the balloons were for a memorial service.. I pre ordered $140 worth of balloons to be delivered to the service I had. And even called the day before to confirm and make sure everything was in order. Mind you I'm burying my brother... well not only were they not delivered to the service, she was 2 hours early from the time slot you have to pick. So she brought them to my apartment! 100 balloons now for me to find people to help make trips to the service. No body needs that, no matter what their for. What a headache to add to the sorrow. Will never use Party City again! And DO NOT RECOMMEND
Kortnie S: Yesterday 12/09/2021 I came in to the store after an OB appointment. I wanted to be surprised and do a mini gender reveal but had nobody but myself to plan it. I asked the woman working for help and expressed what I wanted. I wish I got her name she was wearing a blue shirt. She went above and beyond for me and helped put everything together so I could be surprised. This meant the world to me. You can tell she really values her job and actually puts care and effort in. So very happy with this experience and thankful. The world needs more people like her!

He showed up in the allotted time, stayed the entire time, played games, sang songs and took pictures with all the kids. Barney looked and sounded just like tv. Barney brought a bouquet of balloons for the birthday girl too. Would recommend this company. Owner was very helpful and easy to work with.

Angie Stephens: This place is always changing it up on the inside so ur basically lost everytime you walk in which sux BUT, and it's a big but, the staff here is awesome! I wish the person that helped me had on a name tag because they deserve recognition. So to the twenty-something yr old caramel skinned masculine, facial haired person that checked me out very patiently and then ran out to help me keep the cart from blowing away into my car (while I was busy getting my babies in their carseats) I am super appreciative of you leaving your line to help me save my car from a huge dent. The winds were no joke that day! Thank you for your help, and thank all of you for making it to the end of the longest run-on sentence known to humanity 😀 😊 😄

A customer was completely berating her, accusing her that she was lying about the card declining and then asking why. Of course Katie wasn’t going to be rude and say “you have no money” so she just said she wasn’t sure. She turned around the monitor to show her that it declined. This woman then went on to say how “rude” she was to her and “no wonder why no one can find any help”. Katie said she could speak with her manager if she would like. Katie handled this Karen with grace. Everyone in line was getting so upset that this Karen was being so rude. Kiddos to Katie!!!!

Ron Denig: MASS Moonwalk Rentals & Party Services is the best party rental company with awesome moonwalks/bouncy houses to rent as well as tent rentals, party catering, magicians and caricaturists. Anything you need for your kids party, these guys have it. Great prices too. Way cheaper than renting out one of the kids birthday party facilities in Shrewsbury or Oxford.

Andrew Rossi: Needed a bunch of folding chairs for a party. Thought I'd have to buy a bunch of folding chairs for the party but thanks to Central Mass Party Rentals I was able to rent them for a very reasonable price. Pick up and return was seamless. Location conveniently off the highway.
Shannon Latour: My husband and I hired Central Mass Party Rentals for our wedding which was in the peak season of events in October. We came to them very last minute and they were more than helpful and accommodating. Even though we were outside of their typical service area they made it work and couldn’t have been nicer about it. They came out three separate times for us for the site survey then for setup and break down. All of the staff were friendly, especially Ken, who oversaw the entire thing. Ken helped us pick from all of their options and was able to figure out a way to attach two of their tents so we could fit all of our guests under without an issue.The tent was perfect for our outside wedding reception. It was definitely cold outside the night we had it, but you’d never be able to tell when you were in the tent. There were two separate heaters that you could actually control the temperature of with a dial. The inside of the tent was very well lit with multiple different lighting options and the tables could easily fit up to 8 people at each.If you’re looking for a tent company that will get you exactly what you want plus more even under a time crunch then I highly recommend Central Mass Party Rentals.

Nicole Ashley: I had to replan my wedding a few times because of the covid and CMPR was wonderful and Accommodating. They were friendly, on time, they picked up they set up, took down and were very respectful of my property. I had to add a tent on two days before my wedding and they had no problem doing that. My husband and I didn’t even have to be here for pick up which was nice because the honeymoon. Definitely will use them again for any event and without a doubt I recommend them.

Jennifer McInnis: I rented over this past weekend for a small neighborhood party. We got several banquet tables and folding chairs. The tables were in rough shape, one of them was even splintering on the side. I covered them with nice table clothes so you didn't notice but I was surprised they were so worn. If you are renting here for a more serious event, such as a wedding, you may want to talk to them about making sure you get newer equipment. No problem with the chairs, they looked great. I ordered last minute and they squeezed us in so that could have contributed to what we received. I can't complain about the price or the delivery. The guys that dropped off and picked up were super friendly and very accommodating. I would recommend them and I would order again, but just talk to them ahead of time for something more formal.
John Nold: We rented linens, high tops, and glass ware for our son's rehearsal dinner for 90 people. They delivered everything as asked, and even got us out of a jam when we realized we needed coat racks for our guests. The delivery guys made another trip back and forth and set up the coat racks for us! Ken was really great to work with!!! He was always on top of his game! We are from Tampa, Florida, and our event was in Worcester, Ma. so if something would have went wrong, I don't know what we would have done, but nothing was ever an issue!!! Fantastic!!!

Jessie Estes: This place used to be Taylor Rental and I have rented from them for many events for over 15 years. Recently, I rented white chairs from them for an event. When the chairs were loaded into the truck, I did not inspect each chair and I regret not doing so. When I returned the chairs, they claimed several chairs were cracked during my rental even though the cracks has dust and dirt in them. They were clearly damaged before. I ended up having to purchase 5 cracked chairs at $25 each and the staff was extremely rude.Needless to say, I will never rent from them again. If you rent from them, rhoroughly inspect each item and take pictures. They seem to be restocking their dump with money erroneously charged to customers like me. Go to Toomey's rentals instead.

Bam: It would be a zero but guess can’t do that sadly. There’s a snotty little four eyed face that works here. She thought she was so tough whispering about a disabled person as if they couldn’t hear. And when confronted they ran into the front room. Whole place needs to be condemned. The management and employees are a disgrace to not only dollar tree but Worcester. Literally takes one person to change something but this whole place is just full of bullies who don’t know left from right!!

Chanell: Usually love shopping here but today had an unpleasant experience when shopping for some supplies for my classroom. Not sure if it was the manager on duty today or what not but whoever it was was yelling and arguing with an employee saying how he didn’t do his job completely that he wasn’t slacking he was sleeping. Then went on to talk about covid and how he came to work as soon as he was fever free so he wasn’t sure why the employee couldn’t. Employee went on to say he was concerned for his grandmother flying in and the manager or whatever his position laughed and said angrily your grandma is more likely to get covid from the flying vehicle than she is from me. The issue here was the whole store could hear everything. I could hear it at the front of the store and it went on for the whole 15 minutes I was there and who knows how much longer after I left. I get having to speak to an employee but at least close the back room doors and maybe not have the employee being yelled at just stand at the open doors having customers watch and listen. Very unprofessional.

Theresa Malloy: Where do i start, i just recently visited dollar tree on Lincoln plaza and was introduced by a young lady female on 11/14/2022 at 830pm who claims she was a manager on that shift at that time. Well she was at door and said my bags must stay up front and i asked, will you watch them she stated “why do you think I’m standing here for “ wow! And this is a manger. On that note, i will never visit family dollar they will not get my business. when i asked for her name she stated “ i don’t have to give it out” I hate to see how this manager treats the workers there. If she is ok to treat customers this way.

You make a you may go one week and see a product and the next week and it's not there yet something else is in this place. And the price is right. Very good store. And well, it is no longer dollar tree, it is now dollar 25 tree. But it's still a good store.

Mark Lauzon: I never thought it was a good idea to put this store here. Theft being a problem. But that aside,I have found the Staff to be really helpful. I just called about Ice Cube trays and the Dude took the time to look. That wouldn't happen in Family Dollar. i notice the Food section getting smaller and smaller but all in all its not a bad neighborhood store.

Joseph Bagnell: The experience wasn't the worst. Found what I was looking for pretty quickly. Was busy when I was there late afternoon and was in line for a long time due to only one register open. Not sure why they didn't accommodate all the patrons waiting in line and open another register since I saw a few employees. Was frustrating since I had only one item. Not sure if masks were enforced as everyone I saw had one on. Not sure if anyone was told to put one on. Sanitizing did not happen after each customer touched the credit card machine. Nor were the baskets or carriages wiped down after each use. The item broke two days after purchase. If you're looking for a quick temporary fix, shop here. If you're looking for a good quality item look elsewhere. No info on edible items or beverages.
