Thomas Geneva: I'm always in and out quickly. Staff is pleasant but a female employee told me they could print labels. I come back a few weeks later and a male employee tells me no they cannot print labels. Had to go to the library. But it all works out in the end.
Jussara Batista: Poor customer service.
Mike H: Worst post office ever!! Wish I could give no stars..lost my mail..got a late payment on a credit card due to them. Terrible place poor customer care!!

United States Postal Service: what do users think?
Nancy Smith: When ever I have a problem Angel is quick to solve it. She is very personable and is a great fit for the Leicester post office. Thank you Angel.
Tyler K: Never had a bad experience here until the Miserable Indian woman started.. oh and I like Indian people! Now I go out of my way to deal with more pleasant personnel.
Valery Salas: I was treated courteously and with patience. I also observed the same behavior with the customer before me.
Mitchell White: I live between three different post offices and this time I chose to go to the Leicester one. I went there to drop off a first class package but I had it packaged up in a priority mail envelope (Didn't know this was an issue, but now I do). The lady named "Becky" totally freaked out. She said I couldn't have the priority mail packaging with a first class return label. She then went on and criticized the way I taped the package. I told her I could have taken the package back and re-did it. She insisted on doing it herself, so she rips open the package, tape comes off along with the label, causing the label to rip. This was such a terrible experience and I will not be going there again. I hope Becky does not work there anymore!
John Oneill: Absolutely the worst way to ship anything cant get any info on package and best part of all the uspa computer phone routing system refuses to send you to a real person then hangs up on you tax dollars hard at work lol
Jennifer Carlson: Just went to drop a package off. Sign on the door says open until 5, USPS website says open until 5. Got here at 4:40 and the doors are locked with the entire Post Office Box and front desk area being dark. Way to go, and thanks for now making my prepaid package late. Just another reason why I’m getting very sick of using USPS for my business shipping.
John Scotia: Hello, My family are residents in Leicester, MA and at the same location for 22 years. We've had a dog 25-30 lb pug /french bulldog mix for the past 6 years. During this time we've had two consistent mail carriers. For the past 1 week we have a new full time mail carrier. While my dog is inside the house and notices any mail carrier, he barks incessantly, until we let him outside and he immediately stops barking and greets the mail carrier happily. Today our dog pushed the screen door open by himself, with other family members in the front yard to "greet" the mail carrier and my dog was greeted with 3-4 spays of either Mace or Pepper spray. I do understand that mail carriers are at risk and he didn't know our dogs behavior, I assume he had to act quickly to defend himself, but was his initial action necessary? Could he have blocked my dogs path initially with his carrier bag, and if my dog was still aggressive, then spray? If he was able to not react the way he did he would have found out that my dog only wanted to greet him. I've only seen him around twice from a distance otherwise I would have informed him of what to expect of my dogs behavior. What is the official U.S.Post office policy for these situations? Other than a PO Box, what are my options to prevent the mail carrier to not have to access my property and still receive my mail?Thank You. John Scotia
Kathleen Daly: Third time in 2 weeks that the door on my mail box was left open with mail in it. This was a problem a couple of years ago & when I complained I was harassed with letters in my mail box that my mail box was not up to standard code WRONG, it is an approved mail box and the door closes securely.Kathleen Daly169 White Birch St.Leicester, Ma. 01524
Chris Trombly: Quick and politeness from the workers I'm usually in and out in under 5 minutes.
