Charlie: If you're looking to make a Passport appointment, this is the place to go. My girlfriend, my son, and I, have all come here to get our passports, and the customer service is Excellent! Very friendly, very knowledgeable, and truly happy to help.

Tanya Lake: These "workers" are so careless, lazy, rude, and insensitive!!!! Another item I've ordered, got transferred/switched to USPS and probably GOT STOLEN by one of my so-called neighbors. That happened before, and the regular mailman told me that he left said package on the floor. I had to call a certain company to send me a replacement, and had to make sure to look out for the mailman!!!! Although I have a tracking app, I wasn't expecting that specific item, I've ordered a few days ago, to get switched through USPS and also wasn't expecting it to today. A few minutes ago, I went downstairs, and did not see that package!!!! Ugh!!!!!! I wish USPS was similar to UPS that if a person isn't around to receive their package, the first or second time, hold said package at a/the main post office!!! As a matter of fact, big items shouldn't get transferred/switched to USPS from UPS. USPS, obviously, won't have a UPS tracking number!!!!! I have to call customer service at HSN to let them know that package got stolen and need a replacement!!!!! I don't want to keep going through this, and SHOULDN'T have to, especially with USPS leaving big items out in order for people to steal!!!!! I've also gotten other people's mail in my mailbox. I already know they're not going to fix these issues!!!! UGH!!
Wynter Oakland: Honestly I wish I could give negative stars. The manger was rude and even made completely unnecessary comments such as when I handed her my drivers license to prove my identity (it’s out of state have not had the chance to go to the DMV to change it to MA yet) she said to me “you’re from the south?” To which I replied “yes, I am I haven’t had a chance to get to the DMV yet to update it.” She then proceeded to said “it looks like it.” I asked her what she meant by that and this was her response “because you look like white trailer trash.” I asked to speak to her supervisor and what her name was because no one should be treated to or talked to like that. To which she responded “I am the supervisor, and I’m not telling you my name.” (She wasn’t in uniform and had no name tag on like the rest of the employees there) completely unprofessional, and unnecessary. I’d rather go the extra distance to go to another post office then back to that one.

Melissa Li: Possible Thieves working here. Ordered package from amazon, it said delivered on DATE and TIME when I check tracking. No package to be seen. Initialized a request through the website to find missing package. 3 days later, I get an email notification marked as SOLVED saying that according to the GPS and RECORDS the package was delivered.I checked all the cameras 2 hours PRIOR to 2 hours after the delivery time. Took me a couple of hours to check this at X3 speed.There was no delivery personel here at the given time, which means the package was scanned, not delivered (stolen) according to their GPS tracking this would be accurate.
Mantas Balciunas: This location is staffed by some of the laziest post office employees I've ever seen. It's the prime example of why the post office is going out of business. The employees would refuse to help patrons and start packing up and saying their goodbyes a whole hour before closing time. I'm still disgusted by what I've witnessed today. Garbage.

I’ve tried two times to mail out something express mail with guarantee delivery date and they still never deliver it on time and then give me a hard time when I go in to ask for my refund since the delivery date was missed! Hire people who will actually do the job correctly and not be lazy and rude!

Virginia Norford: Never had an issue at this post office. Just beware of major lines. And you need to have appointments for passport, or they won’t see you. Overall people are friendly. Passport staff help me twice with my paper work. They were helpful.
Beija Ruiz: More than month ago these people marked a package delivered to my mailbox that was never delivered. I called the main phone they created a case saying they would resolve the issue within 1-3 business days; never contacted me again. So my package was lost. I wasn’t reimbursed and the company I bought it from won’t do anything until USPS gives the case a resolution with a final answer. I’ve called this office and I’ve left several voicemails for several people, nobody calls back or responds. To get anyone on the main customer service number is me waisting 45 minutes that I do not have. And I’m guessing your delivery people don’t read as about 3 weeks ago they left a package for somebody else inside my mailbox. I’ve left the package in there as I can’t make it to the office in time because of my work schedule and NONE of these geniuses take the package back. READ the addresses on people’s mail. You don’t know if it’s important stuff like medications in there. Irresponsible, that’s how I would catalog this whole institution. Hire people that can do their job well.

When I call a company I expect a human to answer!!!! Oh and yes I still don’t have my pack that was allegedly picked up by me when I was sleeping.

Sak Boun: I was denied international shipping on Saturday because she, the women on station, was "by myself today and you should go to Chandler location" because she didn't want to process my package.At Chandler location also has one person is working, and the man on duty processed me through under 2 minutes.
Rebeka Mehmeti: Management need to escalate the behavior towards the customers from the lady that works on Saturdays, very poor customer service she always has attitude. I would never go to this post office again even if it is the closest one to me.
Deb McTigue: Horrible! I brought a package in to be mailed, handed it to a clerk, it was sealed with a label, priority mail, it was never scanned, received or mailed. I went through a lengthly process to investigate, and it was never found, the correspondence was very sparse, and "we're sorry, but there's nothing we can do" the tracking number does not even show it was received - do not trust this facility!

Joshua Angell: Do yourself a favor and go to the post office on Chandler St if you are disabled.Was told the label that Mercari automatically gives me to use for shipping electronics was not correct. Informed the clerk that I am hard of hearing. So I confirmed that I 100% could not use the label, even to pay for a new one or if there was no other option - no there isn't; and when I said "can you still get this shipped out for me today, please" then asked if there was a way to get out of hand-writing a new label (arthritis + bad handwriting lol), the clerk acted like I was holding her at gunpoint, hands up and everything. *I* had to calm her down... How do you work retail with that kind of reflexiveness, especially to someone who already told you they are (partially) disabled? 🤣🤣 Then she wrapped it up by being super rude. Got a good laugh at least.

Eric Diaz: I went to pick up a package and was told it was not there. Although the system said the package was there, Courtney said she couldn’t find it. So, she sent me to the main post office downtown to retrieve package. I went and they called Courtney to ask why she did that because they don’t have the package and the system clearly showed that she had it at her store. By the time I tried to drive back up to this post office on Webster Square, they were closed. Have to wait until Monday. I feel like she was just trying to get me out of her store so she could close and not have to help. Horrible experience.

Carlton: The employee at the counter was friendly and efficient. They have counters with pens if you need to write or stamp things. It is also very clean and neat.
Dori Stoja: I have never in my life have experienced such horrible customer service. I usually go to the post office in auburn to send out my packages but I was near by this one so I decided to go to it and the guy at the front desk has a miserable look on his face and told me I couldn’t send out my packages because my label isn’t correct but yet Ive always used he same labels and never have I had a problem and instead of him helping me my find a solution and mimicked what i said as if he was a child. I said “I literally always send my packages like this” and he does “well I literally am not gonna send them out” and then tells me to go some where else and laughs as I’m walking out. I’m beyond disappointed and think that no one deserves to be treated with such harsh words. And don’t worry I will literally never come back to this place!
Jacqueline Perryman: The gentlemen who works there has a very smug attitude. Instead trying to find a solution to the problem, he has an "I don't care attitude". It is better to talk to the main lady who is there most of the time.

Pre-taped boxes makes my job A LOT easier, so I definitely try to ALWAYS come to Lincoln St. He's just seems like a nice guy, have never seen him in a bad mood!
