Gregory Maynard: Awful experience. Set up a delivery of vinyl fencing and posts, delivery truck brought the incorrect items. Called, spoke with the customer service manager on duty and someone in the delivery department. Politely inquired where my delivery ended up seeing as it came from this location, was cut off multiple times trying to explain the situation. Delivery called me rude and "indignant" and transferred me to customer service, where the "manager" also lacked customer service skills. Understandable that the delivery department lacks customer service skills, but wasn't expected to be called "indignant" over a delivery mistake I was trying to solve. Also floored by the disrespect from the "customer service manager." Asked for a manager multiple times and was not transferred to a manager to solve the problem. Showed up, was also told not to speak to a manager regarding the delivery issue. Luckily it was all figured out by another associate in customer service and I was able to retrieve my items.

He was on his way to break but like i said he went out of his way to help me before he left. He knew where everything i needed was and was able to tell me what my best options were

ll ll: Worst Lowe’s store ever, I purchased a washer and dryer came back to pick it up after 30 minutes the customer service people refused to help me even tho I show my receipt, this happened to me before at this location 2nd time. Better off going to Home Depot where customer service is better

andrew pappas: Don't buy appliances here. They won't take them back if defective. You have to deal with a third party for multiple failed repairs. Home Depot is not helpful, not apologetic, and generally useless. Go to a proper appliance store for real service.

We had an issue with a grill I received for Christmas that didn't work appropriately on its first use this spring. So because of that they want to charge us $15.00 for every 3 miles they have to travel. SO needless to say Rocky's Ace lost a $2000.00 sale that day. Horrible customer service.

Store is clean, staff friendly. 4 stars because of the line to check out, 1 register open despite 4 employees talking in front of the other three registers. There was an issue at the register, and that's when one of the "talkers" realized the line for people to pay. Then they called someone else to come up front to open a register. Protocols and policies are great, but when someone wants to give you money, I believe a greater effort needs to be made to make the process easier.
