Denise Lalashius: We went for my birthday. A party of adults. I ordered some chicken and broccoli with aglio e olio oil. It was completely tasteless without event he slightest hint of garlic flavor. The chicken was breaded nicely but not much for flavor and I needed a good amount of salt and grated parmesan to just eat the meal. My daughter had the family meal and the green beans had stem ends on them. The rest of her meal was ok. My husband had the chicken parmesan but the sauce had a bit of a metallic tin taste. My other daughter and mother in law had chicken broccoli alfredo which they seemed to like. There seemed to be a lack of flavor all the way around. The tiramisu was just ok, the cake was hard in it. Not sure what I'm missing here, but we probably won't be back.

Danielf Ferguson: I’ve heard a lot of good stuff about Russo in Worcester so I thought I’d give it a try . When you walk in it is very nice , down a few steps into an all brick seating area, great for a date or special gathering . There are several rooms and a bar area, which looks very, very nice.! The appetizers of Calamari, fried artichoke and homemade meatballs were very, very good , everyone gave them rave reviews! The meatball appetizer (3) were served in little cast iron skillets which was a great presentation and they were delicious ! Everyone raved about the Calamari. I got the chicken marsala, which had a very nice presentation, but after tasting it, it did lack some sweetness from the marsala wine, and it was kind of a white sauce which I’m used to having a more darker Marsala reduction sauce. The pasta with ricotta, good excellent reviews and look great. The chicken Parmesan looked OK but a little bland. The shrimp francaise looked nice but if came out looking like it was cooked all together and you had to cut out each piece of shrimp from the egg batter . I am a little fussy when it comes to chicken masala but honestly, they could’ve been much tastier yes, a darker, sweeter masala sauce was used, literally very little taste in the sauce. A great place to go for a date, etc. and I would definitely go back again which I will in the future. I also got a draft beer, which was good, but you know my experience, it was a small glass of beer.

That cost our server $10 worth of tip, the fact that we will never return again, and this negative review. FYI… We arrived at 5 PM and I got to my car after being barked at by the server and, after we said our goodbyes, it was 6:30 PM. Is 90 minutes an unreasonable period of time for this restaurant to offer its patrons? I think not. Ridiculously poor attitude exhibited towards us by the wait staff. Eater beware! Owner response seems to indicate that people without reservations are treated differently than those with? We were unexpected cash money that night. We tipped 22% even though we were being shooed away rudely. Owner/server -- you have some kind of nerve.

Woojong Lee: Amazing italian pasta. Not so sure about “tasting menu” with pasta (85 dollars/person) because it is waaaaaay too much. It’s everything from the menu with decreased portion, but if you want to try everything in the menu, go for it. The chef also generously gave additional pasta (!). I will definitely go back for its flavor, as well as pasta. I was not big fan of salad (too much cheese) but loved octopus + rock shrimp salad (omg that was amazing). Despite these minor points, this place is definitely worth of what you pay for and I will definitely come back. 5 stars.

Douglas Koppen: Truly exceptional food and service. If you live within an hour's driving distance of Pasta Mani it is essential that you schedule time to try it. Make sure you get a reservation a few days ahead of time though as there are only 6 seats. The menu rotates on a weekly basis and never disappoints. Check their instagram for the menu.Finally, I'll say that I'm not a big fan of seafood in general, but I tried the octopus appetizer and it was excellent. If you are feeling adventurous then give it a try.

Dana Grandoni: Amazing food! I had the Campanelle and my gf had the rigatoni. Everything was delicious. The pasta was great and the balance of lemon and olive oil and cheese and pasta was just right. The chocolate Panna Cotta dessert was more like a chocolate mousse but it was also wonderful.Gave the atmosphere 4 because it is in what is essentially a food court. There's only bar seating or one table in a nice little nook. Everything is still nicely done though and we were so absorbed in the food you honestly forget about the surroundings.They have a small menu that changes every week or so and I look forward to going back and trying some more dishes!

WS: Pasta Mani is a gem in the heart of Worcester. It is located inside of the Worcester public market. They rotate the menu every week and they make all the pastas in their kitchen. They have 6 seats at the bar where you can see the cooking station through the window if you are lucky to be seated inside of the bar and a large table (6-8 seats?). Due to the number of seats, reservation is highly recommended. We tried one of their appetizers, two of the pastas, and the dessert and could not be more pleasant with the food as well as the service. Since they have the tasting menu, we will make sure to check it out the next time we visit.

Michael Laske: Went there Sunday night with 13 people service very poor started out ordereing apps order 2 sausage ragoons and fried calamari after 25 minutes waitress came out said they only have 1 order of sausage ragoons left started to order dinner she said they are out of scallops and lobster with is what I was going to order asked for water had to ask again in 15 minutes because they never brang it after 1 1/2 hour findly got our dinners was not impressed with food very bad experience paid $600 dollars for very bad night don't recommend them

Sam Young: Went here expecting a great experience after hearing other people say that they liked it. We had a 5:30 reservation and didn't get our food until 7:30. The waitress was great and could tell that she was trying all she could to keep us content. I ordered a makers mark old fashioned that was just makers mark maraschino red cherries and some bitters. By the time we got our food we were so annoyed that we couldn't enjoy it. The stuffed shells were okay but under cooked and the meatballs were okay. My girlfriend got chicken Parm that was okay as well but didn't have much flavor. When we got there there was a larger party next to us that were very unhappy as well that must have been there much longer then us and got there food only shortly before we did. Would not recommend.

Christine Macey: So disappointing. My family of 3 went to celebrate all our January birthdays. To start we were seated in the bar area under a light that was constantly flickering. The bartender got our drinks but brought me the wrong wine, I ordered a Sauvignon Blanc and received a Cabernet Sauvignon, I like reds too so I just drank it. The food was good but I can’t believe an Italian restaurant would only have linguine and penne as their choices. The service was ok but no one asked if we wanted more drinks and we had to pile our plates up so they would be bussed out of the way. When the meal ended the server just dropped the check and was not offered dessert so we had to ask for dessert. My daughter ordered the m&m cookie sundae and they gave her a brownie sundae which she ate anyway. 1 or 2 of these things I can over look but there were just way too many issues. Long story short, we won’t be back.

Michael DeGrange: Well, initially waiter started with am excellent personality and welcoming attitude, unfortunately not sure if it was the kitchen or waiter but the never ending soup wasn't because it didn't come until well, well after I received my entrée and others were still waiting on their soup. I was done eating and her soup finally arrived. So the never ending soup was just a single bowl due to the timing. My food was delicious but even when it arrived it was luke warm at best. We go to Olive Garden alot and know this isn't the norm.

Aparna L: We had a bad experience here on multiple visits. Once, I found a piece of white plastic spoon on my pasta order. On two occasions, they brought pasta with meat sauce by mistake when we actually ordered pasta with marinara sauce. We stopped going to the Worcester location. The framingham location is much better when it comes to service, atmosphere as well as the food itself.

Ellen M. Goldsmith: I came here with my spouse for my sister-in-law's 70th birthday. We were seated in an alcove, which made the eating experience cozy. We had several appetizers. They were all good. The main entrees were chicken Parmigiana (okay), chicken picata (good), shrimp skewers scampi (so so), and other Italian dishes. For dessert, a supermarket cake was sliced for all 8 ppl.
