A B: This place is far bigger on the inside versus the outside and absolutely beautiful. it has two floors to navigate the different services but no instructions posted on how to find what you need if you're new here. I have zero complaints about the workers here, they seem short staffed which would be a management issue. I had to ask a hairstylist in the middle of a haircut for help on where to check in and what to do.Everyone was friendly and trying to be helpful and welcoming, from sitting in the waiting area I could hear a few apologies from massage therapists to clients about the wait, turnover and how busy its been. Massage is a laborous job, maybe I only saw a momentary snap shot, but I suspect the massage therapists are being pushed to work beyond whats best for their own health and stress. They need breaks to recuperate, we're all human. Not machines.The message I received was great, I think my MT had some pain herself, she didnt say so, but it seemed she was trying to push herself and she seemed to wince but suppress it here and there and I felt very sorry. Upon check out, I overheard from someone else behind me that another MT had to run to their second job. With how massive and intentionally ornate this facility is, I cant help but wonder why theyre unable to pay their staff enough to make ends meet, let alone enough staff so that they don't have to be stressed and rushed inbetween clients. Personally speaking, I'd rather a less visually impressive place that takes care of their workers. But again, maybe I just saw one rough snap shot. Though still, I feel no one there should have to work and rush between two jobs unless that excites them-- which I doubt.4 stars for the dedicated massage therapists doing their best. -1 star for whoever decided form and aesthetics over function and humanity. If MTs can sincerely vouch otherwise about this place, I'll update my review.
Heidi Ann: My first time ever getting a facial and I was a little disappointed. The facility was super beautiful and clean but the girl who performed my service didn't really explain anything that was happening. I didn't realize she was going to target my blackheads which was very very painful. I also had a lot of product in my hair and eyes which ended up burning for most of the day. I would be willing to go back for a different service such as a massage but I don't think I'll be getting a facial again 😟Service:Facial treatments

Alicia M Castilla: My son's wedding was to take place in Worcester and the bride’s mother recommended Tu Moda to get my hair blow dried. I scheduled an appointment for a blow dry about a month in advance. (I tried to also schedule makeup but they no availability.) The Tuesday before the Saturday wedding I received a voicemail cancelling the appointment. On Wednesday they sent a text message cancelling. I called back and was told the hairdresser wasn’t coming in and no other hairdresser could accommodate me. They were aware this was for my son’s wedding. Since I was coming from out of town I asked the receptionist if she could recommend anywhere else. No, she couldn’t she said.I guess since they knew I was from out of town and therefore, perhaps, not a repeat customer they felt their business would not be affected. It is extremely unprofessional as well as inconsiderate to cancel an appointment on such short notice without making any attempt to provide any accommodations. It is also short sighted to not treat a new customer, even one from out of town, with respect. Of course, I will share this bad experience with my son’s new family who are all from Worcester.

Everyone was complimenting it as we were walking out and my daughter was over the moon happy with the entire experience. The inside and outside of the salon is beautiful and clean. Jacqueline Savageau: I had a great massage. But when I went to get my hair colored the stylist informed me that the treatment would be a full foil and longer than she was expecting. Rather than rescheduling she rushed through a great deal of the process leaving lots of Brassy spots that were only bleached for a short period. The overall hair color was bad and not at like the multiple pictures I showed the stylist. Really not satisfied with the price or my experience here.

It was a deep tissue sports massage.Pros-#1 no check-in required, masseuse was waiting for me at the reception.#2 masks were required and practiced for the whole time.#3 the towel was very hot.#4 the bed for like a sleep number, with various adjustments.Cons-#1 - masseuse was not presentable#2 - she mentioned deep tissue, but it was not all around, just a back and may be for 5 minutes.#3 - it was kind of like when I moisturize my body every day, without pressure.#4- the masseuse did not know how to use the numbers and was constantly fidgeting with the remote.#5 - I do not carry cash, when I asked the receptionist to charge my card, she charged me $2.50 as a cash back.

When booking the appointment I asked if they have experience with curly hair. Was told they do. Want to say that the place is beautiful. Everything is top of the line. From the moment you enter you feel welcomed; but they do not know how to work curly hair. First, they did not allowed enough time to the hair stylist to work on my hair. In no way this is a bad review on her. I think she tried her best, but at the end, my hair was not done right. It looks so dry, looks like the hay given to the horses. My ends are completely dry. I had the same experience at another salon which I guess don't know how to work Latinas curly hair. I always go to a Dominican woman who leaves my hair so shiny and straight. I will have to go to her to correct my hair today. She charges half of. what it cost at this place, and does it better. Even when I do my own hair looks better than today. Was so embarrassed to be seen with my hair down that I put it up immediately before coming home.This is a bad review against the owner. He is from Puerto Rico and should know what it takes to work hair like mine. There should be at least a hispanic hair stylist who knows how to work with our hair. I still have a balance on my gift card. Was planning to get more services, but will have to go buy some products. Will never go back to have my hair done again. Ann Capone: So they charged 75$ makeup and then said to my mom oh just watch YouTube to learn makeup and didn’t bother to do Caplin why it cost 75$ to do makeup. And let alone she is elderly and dismiss her . I saw photos of all gelled makeup and they did t even line up eye lashes and or properly lengths I was quite distraught she was charged 75$ for make up !!!!!! Sephora not that expensive ulta is expensive they make you buy stuff but 75$ ? And they refused to allow her even buy product telling her oh just go online and buy the stuff really lissed off and should consider refund or fighting charges with the bank ridiculous how greedy this place is !

I made my mother an appointment and on the website it said it would be $140 but apparently they did other things to my mom's hair without telling her that it would cost her more money, totalling up her bill to $250. Not only that but a lot of attitude was given to my mother about it. I honestly wished they would have communicated with my mother about the extra charges.I'm honestly very disappointed since I've been very loyal to this place for 2 years. Kates Fam: I came in with hair down to my butt. My hair cut turned out horrible and not anything like I wanted. It was cut way shorter than I initially asked. I wanted my hair a little above the middle of my back and it turned out barely touching my shoulders! And the back underneath is even shorter. so short I cannot even put it up, I have to use clips or it falls down. The blow out was horrible as well. Disappointed!!!

Jeff Brooks: SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS A TOTAL SCAM.I'm updating this review... While the sales experience 4 years ago was great, the service now is AWFUL. My heatimg element went out, spa only heats to 77 degrees. I went through the troubleshooting guide for Sundance and landed at a bad heating element. I called NE spas and had them open a service. Viviana called me. She was not at all interested in what the issue was. She was only interested in getting a credit card number. I did not feel comfortable and got off the phone with her. A few days later a Jarod called to follow up. He was much more caring, listening to my issue, explaining that they send a tech out and $250 fee they charge up front includes an hour of service. I explained that I was ok with that if the tech would have on their truck parts to fix the issue and that this was a heating element. Jarod reassured me that they carried parts with them and could resolve most issue but "IF THEY COULDN'T, AND HAD TO COME BACK, I WOULD NOT BE BILLED THE $249 AGAIN"The tech came out on Wednesday. He did not call me to explain what he found, nor make any attempt to fix it. He simply sent me a quote to come back and replaced the heater at a later date and yup, you guessed it, that quote included ANOTHER $249.I then called the store to discuss and unfortunately got Viviana again who basically just over talked me the whole time and said the original $249 was a diagnostic fee and the additional $249 was for the work. I recounted my conversation with Jarod where I had said I was NOT OK with that and she basically just said too bad. I then asked to talk to a manager and she said "they were all in meetings" and that she would send an email to have them call me. That was at noon. Now it's 6:30 and they're closed. No call back. Absolutely awful customer service.The sales side of this business is good but the service department is a total scam. The parts are heavily marked up- more than 2x what you can buy them for on the internet AND more importantly they absolutely lie to you to get that initial $249 charged to your credit card.PREVIOUS REVIEW FROM 4 YEARS AGO..Great overall experience! We stopped in and talked to Denise Orwat. She helped us work through the options and features that fit our needs and wants. She then put together a detailed quote for us. The price was reasonable so we ordered it. As it was being shipped from the factory Denise quoted us a 6-8 week lead time. At almost exactly six weeks, Denise emailed me to schedule the delivery. Despite a recent snow storm, the guys still showed up as scheduled and managed to get the hottub around the house and into our back yard. They also hauled away our two dysfunctional hottubs. I stopped by the store today to pick up our free chemicals. Joe spent a good amount of time with me discussing which chemicals were essential, which were optional and which he felt we didn't need based on our intended usage. He then showed how to open the filter and fill and treat the hottub on one of the floor models. These guys are really committed to making sure you have a great hottub experience! Thanks NE Spas!!

Christian (crew leader), Shaun, and Nick did a great job removing my 17 year old Optima spa and replacing with a new Optima. Very professional from start to finish. I would recommend NE Spa to all.

We did our research and called multiple other hot tub dealers in the area but no one could come close to matching the price. At the end of the day, it was our salesman (Jeff) at the Auburn office who was the deciding factor that convinced us to bite the bullet. He was helpful and informative without being pushy, just an all-around great guy. Even after the purchase and (quick) delivery of our hot tub, Jeff remains a phone call away. He still checks in randomly to see how things are going, still answers questions immediately and made the seeming overwhelming salt system seem much more manageable than we expected. We could not be happier with our purchase, our only regret is that we didn't do it sooner!If you have been on the fence for a while, go to Auburn and ask for Jeff!

Mike McNally: I was looking to purchase a hot tub from a local dealer so stopped by New England Spas of Auburn and was greeted by Jeff Meunier. Jeff showed us the different spas they offered and all the different options they had. We took it all in and decided on a Sundance Edison 680 and couldn't be happier. They happened to have it in stock so we made the purchase and it was delivered the following week by a great crew that did a fantastic job. Jeff was also very prompt at returning phone calls or emails any time I had a quick question for him. Top notch service!

Brian Gould: We went to Auburn and spoke with Jeff Meunier, his professionalism was incredible. My wife and I had a bunch of questions, since this was our first spa purchase. Jeff answered all our questions and gave us a few options to think about. Although my wife and I were not going to purchase a spa that day, we ultimately changed our minds and are extremely happy that we did. We purchased the Limelight Pulse model and it was delivered within a week. The delivery team led by Shawn was professional and fast. It was easy after that! I had to make 1 call to be sure that I was doing the initial start-up correct and Jeff was able to do that via phone and email. My electrician found one small issue with access panel to the tub (a couple of the screws were stripped). I placed a call to Jeff and David (repairman) came to my house within two days to repair it, while David was here he checked all the jets to be sure they were all secure (he found a couple that were loose) and 1 had popped off. David was here for about half hour and had everything fixed. My wife and I are extremely happy with our purchase and are enjoying the spa daily. Thank you!

There are many different programs to chose from and could be either an individual or a couples' session. The sessions are also very reasonably priced. Michele was also great, makes you feel welcomed and comfortable!
