Alex Ingram: Cost me $4.25 to print 4 pages. Of course the guy running the place doesn’t say that beforehand. The board behind him clearly says $.xx per page. And he adds a $3 service charge. Avoid like the plague unless you like getting scammed.In response to the owner’s reply: I brought a usb stick in. He ran over, grabbed it out of my hand, and put it in the machine. I did not send an email. So again, more evidence of lying and scam
Anne Sutton: Postal Plus 1 helped me resolve a problem that FedEx couldn't fix. I'm impressed with their expertise in troubleshooting and personal attention. I'd send my packages with them any day.

Fernando Villanueva Jr: I've owned a security box at Postal Plus 1 for a year now. It saddens me that I am moving away but I enjoyed the camaraderie I have with the owner Patrick. He is very welcoming and never seems to be in a bad mood. I always enjoy the conversations I have with Patrick whenever I go in to get my packages. He keeps his packages safe, organized, and protected. The service is top tier and he offers a lot of the normal mail services that Fedex/USPS/ UPS/etc offer but at a more competitive price. He also has a printer in case you need to print some documents or letters. So take advantage of his services and prices. Overall, I would recommend this place to anyone.

Michele A: Had to have a document notarized and faxed. When I arrived at the store, it was packed - Saturday at 4:30 pm (they close at 5 pm). I was blown away at how the staff hustled and the amount of customers they took care of in the short amount of time I was there. Well-oiled, pleasant, efficient staff. Highly recommend.

When I requested him to correct it, he said the delivery staff would figure out the street name, and the item category wasn't important. If you don't care, then why do you ask?

Today, although there were two employees each helping a customer, a tall gentleman with a beautiful smile called me over to a third register. He was so polite. When we were done, I said: is there a manager here. He said I’m the manager/owner. I said well, you’re doing a wonderful job and we laughed. Highly recommend UPS on Park Avenue!!
SBunny Jaffe: Had me pay $3 to print and $5 for a tiny shipping bag just to tell me I couldn’t ship the package through them AFTER I already payed. Other places a shipping bag is far cheaper. Awful customer service too.

Suzanne: There is a very boxy parking area on a very busy main street but the shop is quick to get uou in and out. Prices to use the computer and pri n t labels are very expensive , like 3 $ per page or for use of computer so if you can pre print whatever you cab and or lookup what you need to. Other than that the UPS store does sell merchandise such as sharpies, tape ,envelopes, bubble wrap but obviously at a mark up. BYO supplies. .I invested in a printer and am much happier. But there are some items that must be returned via UPS. All I n All the customer service there is good . 👍

Digi Mortal: Services are just fine, it's the parking that's crazy. It is nearly impossible to pull in and out of the lot on a busy day and even more difficult to ninja into and out of the very few spots.

Manasa Krishnan: A not-so-great customer service at the Fedex onsite. The responses to customer queries were not helpful at all.
Amy Clarke: This FedEx should get 10 stars!!! I was struggling to return a large 📦 box and a kind man who was an employee offered to help me! He came to my vehicle and assisted me to get it on the dolly. Once he brought it inside, the other pleasant worker quickly labeled my box 📦 and said I was all set. The process was smooth and even though it was a little busy they didn't seem flustered and maintained a great attitude!! I hope the manager sees this review. Every place of business should emulate FedEx!! Great job and I would definitely recommend this place for shipping 🚢 needs and printing, etc...
Suzanne: Walgreens at the photo desk allows you to send back pkgs to FedEx free of charge as long as the item is wrapped in the original packaging and tapped. Usually FedEx will email you a prepaid label to print. Don't go to the UpS store they charge about 3 bucks for a copy and the email label in black & white .
Paul LeRoy: This is a Walgreens with a very small FedEx on site service center. Bring your own box, packing material, printed label and tape or better yet pre-pack it before you get there. They have no supplies other than what empty boxes they may have in the back from Walgreens. Very friendly and helpful service people, just not set up like a full service on site FedEx center.
