Matthew Hall: Lucas is...the man! Lucas was dispatched to us via a Home Depot protection plan for our fridge dying. Service window was set for Tuesday 8a-5p with the expectation that the service provider would call Monday to hopefully tighten the window. Lucas called promptly Monday morning and gave my wife a better target time window with the possibility to be there earlier based on other cancellations.Lucas arrived and with covered boots (so nice to keep our floors clean) came in the house to check out our fridge. Within minutes he had the issue identified and was on the phone with the parts department. Having experienced many compressor failures associated with our fridge, he was all over it. He requested overnight parts delivery to help ensure we were back up and running ASAP.The next day, 2 of the 3 required parts arrived and with some simple follow up, we were in the loop on the situation. Unfortunately the third part didn't arrive, so on Thursday Lucas acquired the part himself by picking it up at a store and arrived mid-afternoon to start the repair.The fridge is back up and running like a champ, and hopefully stays that way for a LONG TIME! Lucas and his team are prompt, professional, kind, skilled, and above all else, there was a sense of genuine concern for getting our fridge back up and running. I never felt like we were just another service call. If Lucas isn't your repair guy, you're wrong.Hopefully we'll never have to see Lucas again!...but we all know appliances die, or at least try. And if and when that happens, we'll definitely be calling Certified Appliance Care. An absolute 10/10 experience.Edit 8/2022: welp, the left side fridge door decided it had had enough of it's internal wiring working properly and shorted out the ice maker and water dispenser. You know I called Certified, and You Know Who luckily came the check the fridge! Lucas confirmed it was in fact the door and ordered one promptly. Unfortunately nothing was in stock so we had to wait a few weeks for the part to come in. The part arrived, Lucas came back, and swiftly installed the new door and made sure everything was all set.I'm telling you, if you're using any other appliance repair firm, you're doing it wrong!

Bob Weir: This is the second repair Lucas completed for us. The first was an LG dishwasher and, most recently, he repaired our LG gas oven which would not maintain a constant or predictable temp. Both appliances are just 2 years old. (Hint: don't buy LG appliances, they're junk!)Lucas (the owner) is the consummate professional and even had the part required in his truck. This problem had been 'fixed' last year by a repair organization out of Northern Connecticut. That service was a nightmare since, in addition to not fixing the problem, the tech was late and rude to the point I was worried for my physical safety!Our experience with Lucas was the opposite of that nightmare. In addition to being courteous and friendly, you can tell from working with him that he has superior knowledge of his craft and a commitment serving his customers. Certified quickly responded. I was never put on hold for 30 to 40 minutes at a time like LG. When LG did not send them the appropriate authorization and I was dreading having to call them again Certified offered to do it for me. Mon they got the authorization and ordered the parts, by Thurs they called to set up appointment and by Fri it was all fixed. The owner did it himself. He was friendly, knowledgeable and quick! Repair took less time than he estimated and for the first time in three weeks I have a working refrigerator. Then the next was cut short: The right part is on backorder. I think they have staffing issues from what the technician told me and our part being on backorder did not help it. Barbara Merolli: August 2019 - Adam from Revive did a great job. He replaced my ice maker, showed me on the old one where and how it had failed. He had the replacement one on the truck so he could do it right away. He explained that it would take about 48 hours for full ice production to happen. He also cleaned my clothes dryer vent and gave me a discount off the dryer cleaning because I had him do both jobs in one service call. Very pleasant man, explained everything clearly and did a wonderful job. I would definitely hire Revive again and highly recommend them.March 2021 - A year and a half later, I scheduled an appointment to repair my washing machine front lock mechanism and clean the dishwasher trap because food particles were sticking to the washed dishes. Adam came out again and did a fantastic job. The mechanism didn't need to be replaced-- he reset the switch and electronics and the washer is now working. It is 15 years old so I can't expect it to last much longer, but it is working for now. He cleaned broken glass and clumps of dirt out of the dishwasher trap and recommended a product to run through the dishwasher to flush the pipes. Service was quick-- I called and left a message. They called me back a day later, and set up the appointment for the day after that. I couldn't be more pleased. No parts-- all labor, and the charge was very reasonable.
