Gab D: I never write reviews, but this Subway is the worst I've ever been to in my life. Our sandwiches were subpar at best. I did not care that they do not accept the Subway coupons, but when I asked for olives and only got MAYBE 8 tiny pieces, I knew I was going to be disappointed. I asked for green peppers and got 6 or 7 little, tiny slices, too. The other vegetables looked dry, especially the lettuce. Save your money and go to the Lincoln St subway where you'll get much better portions for the cost.

Bev Peña: My first time at this Subway. The young lady working at mid-day was amazing! She had a few people in line, an online order and she was helping someone who ordered 4 sandwiches. She was so calm under all that pressure. I felt the anxiety for her. She continued to help everyone, so cool and very polite. She maintained proper food handling and cleaning the work area. Jason Passell: I ordered online with delivery thru DoorDash from the Subway franchise in Fair Plaza on the Worcester/Auburn line. The order (2 bread less bowls) arrived promptly but both items were totally wrong, with ordered veggies not included in both bowls and unwanted items included. I called the store to attempt to rectify matters but the woman who answered just argued with me as to whether the order was in fact wrong (hint: it was). So I won't ever order from this Subway franchise again. There are too many restaurants who welcome online orders and who either get them right the first time or make them right upon notice...
AWOL /exc: Rude female owner she yells at a customer because they asked if they take coupons and she responded with “NO THROW IT AWAY OR GO” the store smells like a dirty bathroom no wonder no one was in the place. I’d never go back in that subway ever again.

And ESPECIALLY NOT put your hands over it and transfer it to the green sheet!!! Talk about messing the aesthetics and everything falling apart when you open your sandwich to eat. Why do you do this, man? It makes no sense. Put everything with the white sheet on the green sheet and then pack it.I haven’t talked to him directly because I think they might be mentally impaired. I don’t want to hurt their feelings. But I hope someone from the franchise have read this review and are able to re-train them. Juan: Sorry Subway. You need to work on your employees attitude problems. Customer service is an issue here. What happened to the slogan of "Have it your way" when I can't have it my way? I asked for my wrap to be heated with the cheese. Simple right? Employees almost jumped over the counter and hit me. They said that they can not do that. I had this done in other Subway's with no issues. Very disturbing and disappointed. The matter of not having the wrap my way didn't affect me but the amount of anger and attitude that came with it, OMG. I wish you can go undercover and see for yourself what I am saying. I am not the first to complaint. Not buying from here again. Competition is strong. Jersey Mike's is really good but sometimes a Subway is better my way . Best of luck. I'll check back for any company comments.
