Sushmita Nayak: Worst experience ever! I went to the RMV to renew my license today (5th May). They took all my documents , even took a picture and said they can’t renew it because my license expires on the 31st of May and I have to come after it expires or on the 30th of May because they can’t override my current active license. I asked does everyone in MA drive with an expired license to come to the RMV then? And they replied yeah?!!I do not believe this. Absolutely ridiculous. Avoid going here. Staff doesn’t know anything.

I walked out prior to cursing him out letting him know he is no one. Very hostile and racist. Highly recommend all transactions made on line. I don't have patience for rude uneducated people.

TheLeGeNdPvE: The rmv's phone line is an absolute disgrace. It's disgusting the time it takes to answer calls. Zero callers ahead of me at 10:05 am. It is now 11:25 am and still on hold. Absolutely horrible and it needs to be fixed. I bet I'll be on hold for another 30 minutes at least. Just to ask a license question that they do not provide online.

Ryan Clark: RMV has always intimidated me in a strange way, but Worcester's new location next to Chuck E Cheese was great. I just registered a new motorcycle on a Friday afternoon without appointment in just less than an hour. I wish I had gotten the name of the lady who'd helped me. Nice lady with dark hair and St. Patrick's Day nails. Shout out to her helping me get my bike on the road. The security guy at the front was doing more than his job and helped every person who came in find the right line.

David Boughman: Do not visit Massachusetts unless you have to. People in my group were visiting Worcester and Boston for educational courses that lasted 2 to 3 weeks and they are now being forced by taxatchusetts to register dual registration in both the state they live in and the state they don't even stay fir 30 days. Very sad. We're to get the word out asap.
Erik Lerdal: Terrible online system and it doesn't give you any indication or not whether you can actually renew online, you just have to submit your information and if you can't renew online guess what? It's way more than 7 to 10 days to get an appointment so you'll be driving illegally for a while just because of their incompetence I hope this place gets completely overhauled and everyone gets fired.
Jennifer Rainville: I had a very pleasant experience at the RMV this morning. I had a 9:20 appointment for a license renewal. I arrived at 9:05, and was just told to wait five minutes before I could check-in. At 9:10, I got in line to check in. By 9:15, I had a ticket, which was called just a minute or two later. The person at the counter was very nice and the process was very quick. I walked out at 9:25 with my temporary license In hand. I am so glad I was able to make an appointment, I remember the days of waiting for hours to get seen.

Naga Veerasamy: Contrary to some of the reviews here, I just happen to have nice experience. Scheduled my appointment online for DL renewal a few weeks ago and I got a morn appt. I showed up 10 mins early and put my appt no on the screen, got a ticket with a number. They sent a text also to my mobile which I used during online application. Was called within 5 mins and the job was done within next 5-6 mins at the counter, before I knew, I was out with my new DL. I do understand RMV/DMVs can be a hit or miss. But it happened to be great experience for me today.
Oxalis Peranxoly: I was there this morning with my brother, andd the old guy who did not gave us the name was the rudest person i have ever seen .” Mean old guy” cause i have no other names he did not say his name like every normal person does … introduce himself .. normal things likee hi my name iiiss .I would say just stay home and choose retirement before going to work and acting like crazy , being nervous and shaking all your body cause of your nervs .. that’s humiliating yourself rude man. He failed the test cause my brother was being toooo carefullll ( thats what he said to us during the test) in a school area and no other mistakes …. better extra than not caring enough. It is a shame for RMV to have the man there. He needs to stay home and do nothing. Shame shame shame . No pride at work at all and i guesssss he will leave this world with no respect or good memories from people he meet at rmv. Just fire that old man . He gave us anxiety and he just signed the paper without explaining why like he should have done it andhe said no good bye at all. I would love not to see that guy ever again and noooo body should see him. Not to show hate at all but when you get old … you either be nice orrrr you act like you should never act and decide to keep working. If he was like this all his life …. I feel really bad about people around him. I I do not want to sound rude buttt yes he was very rude , mean , unproffesional. Gray hair, not tall. I would love to find his name.

Particularly the lady dressed up for Halloween as Maria....such warmth, and dedication excuded!How is it possible that they offer so many services and still remain so pleasant?! I got what I needed to get done accomplished yesterday. But i do remember that I'd gone there previously and was not able to get the thing I needed to get done because of some restrictions with the RMV but I definitely remember walking away with a positive experience because the person also explained exactly what I needed to go to the RMV with and they were also really pleasant...Ps.....tons of parking.... Honestly the membership is absolutely worth it at any level.... Because you also get ID monitoring and a host of other discounts...

The seats are individual armchairs; which are comfortable. The office is quiet. The restroom is clean. I was in; and out; in just one hour. A pleasure!

Stu H: Absolutely terrible experience. 3 windows completely open with no attendants at any given time. Attendants walk away for 10/15 minutes at a time between customers. Customers who don’t come prepared or have missing information are allowed to contact their insurance company, etc. for the right information while everyone else just waits for them. This place needs a huge improvement on their overall process!
Matthew Fierro: Most incompetent state run waste of the tax payers money organization ever founded in the state of MA. Been here multiple times to renew my license have all documents in hand filled out everything online and I’m turned away every time even showing up at the opening of the door. Can’t make appointments online for any local RMV the state website only allows scheduled appointments for branches 2 hours away from your house! Also you can’t call to make an appointment because they never answer the phone. Useless useless useless!
