Paul Smith: EDIT: April 2023. This Walmart location was OUT OF BAGS when I visited. That's right--the largest retailer in the world was so incompetent that they had absolutely no bags whatsoever for customers. Who doesn't love just throwing their groceries in their trunk loose? Or juggling on the bus? Bafflingly incompetent.This is by far the worst Walmart I’ve ever visited, and I’ve been to dozens all across the country. Filthy, disorganized, and the staff is rude and lazy. Never go here. There’s a Walmart about 10 miles directly south—take the time and go there instead. Simply awful.

J. M.: I guess it's just the times but I'm having issues with items I bought previously are not on the shelves anymore. I hope it's not Walmart using this time of product shortage or delivery interruptions as an excuse to push their own brand. I can get my shopping done here (even if I have to purchase some Great Value instead of my brand) and this is actually the only place that I will purchase my meats. The selection is excellent and I always find it fresh. I’ve purchased meats elsewhere and they seem to go bad quickly. The produce is very good as well. The deli department needs to beef up the staff, hop to it. I hate getting deli meats here because they are so slow and when there is more than one person waiting, they need to add another staff person, and they always seem so put off filling your order. Smile a little it won’t hurt. They also don’t have Italian meats. I end up getting the deli meats at Shaw’s or Price Chopper. Too bad because this store could be my one stop shopping place. The prices are what you expect today, I can't seem to get out of the store without spending over $300. In a time where everything is in such an uproar, and I can completely understand this may not be your ideal employment option, but this is Leicester, be kind, it’ll come back to you.

Corrine Manuel: My family and I visited this Walmart which was a little chaotic but this location is known to be this way. My family was easter shopping and spent a nice amount on their items in which for some reason did not agree with the registered and the cashier had to call on the help of others to assist with the transaction to get it completed. Three individuals and a easy ten to fifteen minutes later they were able to get the items checked out however after arriving home my family noticed that they did not receive all their items. Some how they did not receive a bag nor after some investigation they determined they did not charge them for the missing items. Even though they did want the items no one really wanted to spend the money to return to the store since we took a ride share to travel to the store nor did they want to try to determine what items they needed to reshop for and purchase. Word of advice just be mindful if you spend more than $900 at Walmart you may have issues.

Lisandra Pagan: Today I stopped in to pick up a few things I needed. One last thing on the list was a door hook and I had no clue what dept. So I notice a gentleman with a blue vest and asked him if he could direct me. Well, to my surprise, he walked me over to the area, showed me a few of the hooks, and asked questions, e.g., size of hook I needed. I picked one out and he went to go measure the width and began to give me insight that I had no idea of. I was so moved by this man showing interest in making sure I had the knowledge about the product and the suggestions he made were all welcomed. I picked out the one he recommended. As I drove home I thought of how we live in a world where few people go out of their way to be kind, caring, and professional in their jobs, so I wanted to post this review. Mr John Norborg, thank you for being so helpful today! You were truly a real professional! This Walmart is lucky to have you.

Kristy Sigstad: My family shops here 3 - 4 times a week. They have adorable clothes for girls, and boys. Such a great selection of dresses, and tshirts, and my kids think the socks are really cool. Also, we're always stocking up on school snacks, sanitizer, veggies, and other odds and ends. Walmart is great for one stop shopping.

She ran it through again. Still no good. That’s 50 bucks I spent for nothing. She acted like it was my fault. She just says it will go back on your account. It has not. I think they are stealing gift cards. Calling corporate and reporting them. The new kid said it canceled. The woman training him said it went through. She lied. April 21,2023. The only really bad thing about this one is that the store manager thinks 10% reduction for a clearance item qualifies as ready for "clearance". Not falling for it, that's just a sale 😂.

Alex Rosa: Checkout lanes are almost always closed. There's always merchandise in the aisles, and nobody wants to help you when you ask for help. They tell you, "It's over there," and point and / or say, "That's not my department". Nobody wants to work and are lazy at this location.

Lynne Pelletier: Update 3/29/2023.Was told I would get a call within 3 days from store manager. 7 days later and still nothing. Called 800# again and they said wait another 3 days. JUST CRAZY...So let's start here. My boyfriend bought me a clearance fitbit for $30 and bought the warranty for $4. That was the 18th. I finally decided to sit down and set up the fitbit today (the 24th). Opened the box and the fitbit was missing. Go to the store to service counter, stand in line for a 1/2 hour. Explain to girl at the counter what happened, she when to to electronic and came back without the fitbit (box). While she was gone we talked with the team leader, he was very nice. The person from electronics then came up and told me because it was bought on the 18th and it was now the 24th he would NOT give us our money because of the time span and said we stoled the fitbit (very rude person). We asked for a manager and a person came up and her badge said "coach" and she gave us the same thing that we were not getting our money back. Then called the 800 # and after talking to him, he was contacting us with a supervisor and the phone hung up. Called the store and asked for the store manager by name, connected to his # and it rang and rang, bounced back to someone who took our name and # saying we would get call back. Nope, no call. I called the 800 # back and finally had someone who helped and took a report to be sent to corporate and to the store. If I do not hear back in 3 days I have to contact the 800 # again. Right now it is a matter of principle and not the $30. I was treated like a criminal and had wasted more then $30 of my time today. I will be back in 3 days to follow up on the outcome.
