Dot: Had been storing my tow trailer there for 3 years & Ken was always very helpful when I needed some minor work & would also have it ready for me to pick up even after hours when I called a few days in advance. THEN after Covid and being in storage for 20 months I called for it to be available on a Friday...(PS While in storage during covid the storage fee went up 40% without notification but Ken retroed a few months whatever) So I went Friday pm ready to go & it wasn't out front or even accessible for me to head out. (I had to pay for campsite cancelation 😖) when I called about my disappointment a new guy said he assumed I would have come in during the day, but it would be ready for Saturday evening. I took off that night the found out I COULDN'T UNLOCK CAMPER. While it was in their possession SOMEONE STUCK SOMTHING IN THE DEADBOLT LOCK!!!I WAS STRANDED Towing my camper to a motel because I had No Way to get inside to sleep. Costly mishap and I can't prove it so can't do anything about it but write a poor review.

I TRIED to get info ( from their 'on-line forms' and even got a 'We've received your questions & we'll get back to you soon' form- about 4 days later ( and after another few e-mails asking if they ever responded to their own form??? ) There are way too many RV Dealers and shops out there and if they don't respond to their own 'I'm INTERESTED" forms... they can't be listed in the 'Dealers that actually CARE' list so that's all I have to say... The RV in question had ( according to them ) the 'battery removed by the owner- of the RV - because it was bad'... That makes sense huh?????
Brent Green: I needed a pintle hook receiver hitch and looked from Texas to Vermont on my way up there…No one had it in stock…TIMBUCKTU RV did! They saved the day and at a fair price too! Totally recommend these guys!

brenda degray: We were in a jamb on our way home on a Tuesday night our travel trailer blew a wheel baring . We pulled over called a towing company dispatcher said they couldn’t toy us but is we could make it to the garage they would fix it the next day … punch line 1 pm the next day that garage told us no way . Finally located a place 12 minutes down the road Timbucktu RV if we get there they will take care of us . 90 minutes away in another state at this point . We got Ted towing to help out and they got our travel trailer to the garage and the next day it was fixed and all the other wheels checked as well . We went and picked up the next day and it went great . They were fantastic !
Neil Henry: On my first visit - a last minute dash to find some parts for my pop-up - I was very happy to see a very will stocked camper supply store with hoses, key/lock sets, and a 12v water pump.I had a good conversation about the budget for a tankless water heater. (they had experience with at least 2 of the common vendors). I was pleased to see a fair number of pop-ups in the yard and some real first-hand knowledge. Even though it is a long ride from West Concord, I will be back.

Tedi Altif: This place is a big rip off do not go they are thrives. THEY tell you one price and charge you triple when time to pick up. They lie like crazy. I don't even want to give these losers one star. 731.84 for two small windows that we purchased. Was told an hr. per window for 300.00 total. Got there and they lied and said 4hrs to cut to small holes an installed. So now it's 731.84. Yelled at them gave my opinion with the reviews I read so he thinks it was o.k. to deduct half hr. an charged us 531.84. Still a big difference from 300.00. PEOPLE STAY FAR, FAR, FAR, AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

I won't deal with them again.

Larry Marinelli: Terribly rude. Do not go there. Apparently, they are online and phone orders only. I made the mistake of driving there to purchase trailer parts. No one acknowledged my presence. I left after awkwardly standing there for some time.

Julio Gonzalez: The manager Bob in this place is the worse manager of a dealer in the world. I ordered 2 times parts for a ultility trailer. The second time he told me Because he ordered a wrong part of $130$, he can't ordered the right part and now he has to keep the part like the can keep a part in stock for a ultility trailer
Mike Lavallee: Parts guys are great. Service dept are hacks. If you need service go to the Seabrook location. That’ll save you headaches and comebacks. 5 stars for the parts guys. None for the shop.

Paul Bridges: I could not have asked for better service. I broke a leaf spring on my 5th wheel coming in to Sturbridge. Called Brian at Spring Rebuilders just as they were closing and he did the best he could to match a spring, but it was an inch too long. He was able to order a direct replacement for me (I purchased 4 new springs) and had them at the shop the next day. A few other shops tried to help me but couldn't when they found I needed a 4000 lb spring. The customer service I received from Brian was outstanding. Thanks you!

Leslie Chao: I had a terrible experience here, it was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Before I could even explain my problem the person that was “helping” me, his name was Jamie was already irritating and lashing out on me, which is no way to speak to a customer. I received the wrong paint and when I asked for a refund he went on a frenzy and tried to talk down on me which is no way to treat a customer. Jamie was a complete troglodyte who doesn’t know how to treat a customer or know his company’s policies. He should not be an assistant manager and I recommend not seeking him for assistant, however fortunately the manager Paul was nice enough to give me a refund without any questions the next day
Aaron Night: I’ve had a not so pleasant experience here I came in the store with my friend coming to buy something for my brother and when I asked for help from a worker that I believe is named Jamie he seemed very irritated and mad at us that we didn’t have the proper information to give him when asking for assistance so when we gave him the information provided he just seemed annoyed at us the whole time we were there seeking help for the item which seemed super unprofessional.

Bruce Willard: Needed a right front wiper blade that no one seemed to have. Finally, went to an O'Reilly Auto Parts store. They searched an searched throughout the store and could not find one for me, even though inventory showed 2. They called the next closest store and found one. I purchased the one from their other store and the person waiting on me put it on the car.Thank you to O'Reilly's again for helping me. You guys are the best!

Debby Haglund: I went to the O’Reilly’s on Grove Street yesterday morning at 8AM. I went in and told the guy I had snapped my windshield blade the night before and needed new ones. I asked if he could put them on for me. He told me he could not do it, in case another customer came in. I was literally parked right outside the door. I said, if someone comes in while you’re doing it, I can wait while you assist them. He said”I can’t do that”. I went to Auto Zone and they were more than happy to help me. I will not go back to O’Reilly’s.

Joseph Bagnell: Went in to get something similar to liquid rubber that hardens once it hits the air. I asked an employee to help me and he was very friendly and eager to help. I explained my situation and he pointed me to the right place. There is no such thing as liquid rubber I don't think but epoxy, the next best thing. Thank you for the help sir. The epoxy did the job.
