Though the store was busy and packed with only him and a co worker, he was able to assist multiple customers. On top of that, was able to assist me on finding the best suitable battery for my car and if that's not enough, assisted me on replacing it! Service he provided was top notch!

Bruce Willard: Needed a right front wiper blade that no one seemed to have. Finally, went to an O'Reilly Auto Parts store. They searched an searched throughout the store and could not find one for me, even though inventory showed 2. They called the next closest store and found one. I purchased the one from their other store and the person waiting on me put it on the car.Thank you to O'Reilly's again for helping me. You guys are the best!

Debby Haglund: I went to the O’Reilly’s on Grove Street yesterday morning at 8AM. I went in and told the guy I had snapped my windshield blade the night before and needed new ones. I asked if he could put them on for me. He told me he could not do it, in case another customer came in. I was literally parked right outside the door. I said, if someone comes in while you’re doing it, I can wait while you assist them. He said”I can’t do that”. I went to Auto Zone and they were more than happy to help me. I will not go back to O’Reilly’s.

Joseph Bagnell: Went in to get something similar to liquid rubber that hardens once it hits the air. I asked an employee to help me and he was very friendly and eager to help. I explained my situation and he pointed me to the right place. There is no such thing as liquid rubber I don't think but epoxy, the next best thing. Thank you for the help sir. The epoxy did the job.

just “KiaNes2” here: You can't just go in to see what's available. Which is what most people going to a salvage yard prefer to do. They want you to specify what vehicle and what part you want. If they didn't inventory it in their system, they'll just say no we don't have it. Yet, not everything is inventoried.

Edgar Ortiz: Import autopart is the place you need to go to get what you need! Ordered brake pads, HID’s, oil filter, oil and paid hundreds less than online stores or your regular autopart retailers. They beat anyone else’s prices and delivery time! You’re stupid if you go anywhere else!
