Clay Williams: I visited Cap World last week to get the lights on my flatbed that were acting up looked at. Taylor came over, said within 60 seconds "I know exactly what's going on". In about an hour and a half, he switched a distribution box and fixed some shoddy wiring the installer of the flatbed did making the whole thing function much better.Before Cap World, I asked the manufacturer of the flatbed if they would look at it. They told me they have a $250 inspection charge and $150 an hour for labor. Tyler had me in and out for just over $200 and the truck passed inspection right after. With all the shortages difficulties, they estimated the wait times surprisingly VERY close. However either way actual delivery would have been out of their control. Once in, the install schedule was quick and time to install as promised. The GMC dealer when I mentioned I was getting a cap asked where and when told indicated that is whom they would have recommended.

As df: Thank you Cap World Westborough for shorting my factory truck wiring! Three weekends and $657 dollars later and two blown trailer converters we determined that you figured any ole white wire would do for the cap brake light return wire. This crossed circuits and ruined trailer light controllers but worked fine in the bare truck.At least learn to tap positive and negative from the same bulb circuit!!

Parts for less than I found online and they provided guidance on replacing the old parts and and saving other parts so I wouldn't have to spend as much. They also provided me with guidance on installation and preserving my ancient cap. That's not something you get from Amazon. They saved me money and saved me additional work. Now for about $100 my cap works as good as new. I would even suggest you bring your old cap down to them and see what they can do to help you refresh it. They were extremely patient and understanding. I would not hesitate to recommend them to a friend.

Nate Swan: Hey guys, contacted my closest bullet liner installer last year around this time and got a quote for the standard bullet liner as well as the bullet magnum. Did my research and decided this year at tax time to spring for the bullet magnum on bed and rails. Imagine my surprise when I call this installer in Auburn Ma. to be told that they “ do not spray the bullet magnum “ , I then asked if they knew another installer that does and they said possibly a installer in Connecticut. Another state and not even close to me . So initially I am turned down on the product I want to buy, which by the way they quoted me on last year. So if I can find a place to spray it ,what does that mean for the warranty? The place that sold it last year don’t sell it this year,.Maybe can find a installer in another state? Flip flopping on services and lack of installers has lost my confidence. Think you have a superior product when compared with the rhino but hope to see more people installing it in the future!!!

Kevin Newcomb: I had a Bullet Liner sprayed in and a Lopro cover installed on my 2021 Ram 1500. It only took about 5 hours or so and the installation of both was excellent. Eric had to adjust the rails a bit for the cover to make. It more perfect. I could not be any happier.

The application was done well and they really worked with my schedule to get me in and get it done quickly. To me there's no reason to not go with bullet liner if i ever need it done again. It's my first spray in liner and this is how you built brand loyalty. By doing things correctly and that's always appreciated. And the price was very competitive. Overall i'm very pleased.

They made nice straight tape lines when they masked everything off, and they masked EVERYTHING.This liner looks much better than the factory sprayed liner and almost has a semi gloss kind of finish.Excellent job at a good, competitive price. If it holds up as well as I expect, I well be very happy.

jim bird: Eric at bullet liner of central mass is great? My liner came out incredible as well as my fender flares and vinyl sill plate protectors. The bullet liner is by far the most superior product out there. Great customer service from Eric make for a great one stop shop experience.

Michael Legere: I have never had a bad experience at any CAP store. I have been to every Worcester location and many others. I will go out of my way to go to CAP. I drive a 2016 VW Golf R. I can almost never find a rear wiper for my car. I was on my way home to Worcester from Southbridge when my relatively new rear wiper shredded and literally fell apart. There was heavy rain forcasted the next day. I needed to replace it. I had siri look up the address for the park ave store. I would get there right before the 6pm closing time. I called and Matt answered. He looked it up and he had none in stock. I had a really odd size and he gave me the size number. He could have easily ended the call because he was getting ready to go home and he was out of stock of my blade. He did not do that. He told me that the W boylston st store had one. I barely had time to make it before 6pm. I put it in my gps. I called the store when I was down the street from the W Boylston location. They told me Matt had already called and let them know. I got the wiper. I called the Park Ave store to see if I could leave a message for Matt because it was after 6pm. The store was closed. My homeboy answered! He recognized my number and wanted to make sure I made out ok!!! Even though I did not buy from his store, his top notch customer service left a huge impact on me and reaffirmed my loyalty to CAP. Great customer service and an all around great guy!!!
