I give the information about my vehicle, and it narrows the search to make my shopping faster and easier.This location was phenomenal. The cashier helped me find brake lights for my car, and I have no knowledge of how to change them. The guy was extremely nice and helped me change both of my brake lights.I wouldn't have been able to do it because I didn't have a socket wrench to unscrew the bolts.I'm very thankful for the cashier going above and beyond to help me with my car. I hope he gets a promotion or bonus or something. Workers like that are hard to come by.

William Dirschka: I was looking for a pressure gauge so I chose one that was on sale. While I was still in that aisle someone came and removed the sale sticker. I told the cashier that it wasn't right that the price changed after I selected my item.
Anekdotin “Anekdotin”: Went here to find a belt for a snowblower. The older gentleman Matt? was hard at work finding me one and went above and beyond. Best autozone ever.

He assured me that they were in good shape and then recommended a great glass cleaner that completely eliminated my problem on this brand new windshield. Mario: Just like any other auto parts store.the majority of the staff is always high and clueless and don’t get paid enough to care whether or not to give you the right part.I just look up the parts myself and just give them numbers because it can really ruin your day when you get the wrong parts.
Chaz Ventura: Staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. Seems like she almost wanted to argue with me about what I said to her when I asked for my parts. She kept looking at her watch. I kind of got the feeling like I was interrupting her. Staff had zero knowledge when it came to parts. Then they were no help at all when it came to identifying a part in my car they wouldn't even come outside and look. I'd stay away from this place.
Sandi M: Had issues with my battery. Matthew checked it and showed me new ones online to choose from. He was wonderful. Installed a new one. Staff at this store are fantastic. Was in and out in about a half hour. Fast and friendly service. Definitely recommend.

They always have what you need and if not their call the other local Auto Zones until they find what you are looking for. And to top things off, very knowledgeable. Do choose your locations carefully because certain locations are rough around the professional edges and come off bothered and rude.

SAHARA AUTOMOTIVE: They have bad communication it will take for ever to do anything with them. I had an issue returning parts and they keep coming back with same issue time frame and ETA is not exist in this place as a shop owner we need things to be accurate and done fast because we have customers that we promise to get there jobs done. I hope they can overcome that confusion in their store because they do carry a nice collection of parts and they have a nice system.
