Called them to take a look at our pizza oven, the guy showed up, stepped foot in the building said he doesn’t know what’s wrong with it and left by himself. We get an invoice saying that we owe them money when they did nothing. I called to call the appointment and they still charged me. When I called to ask about the invoice politely the lady went off on me and hung up. This is ridiculous! This is how they test their customers! This is a shame!

Shirley Wong: Horrible company! Does anyone even work here? I placed an order for an adcraft pm-20 mixer that was an amazing deal on their website. Everything went smoothly and I got the order confirmation email. A few days pass and I am still waiting for a shipment confirmation email but never receive one so I figure they are just delayed. I go check my credit card statement and see that they refunded me my money. Then I check my order status online and see that they had cancelled my order without ever sending me any kind of notification or email. I called them probably over 10 times within a span of a few days and no one ever picks up the phone. I sent them an email asking them to explain why my order was cancelled, no response. I go to their website and use their chat function and no one responds!! And mind you their chat function says “responds immediately”. That’s a joke. I went on their website and see that they had increased their price for the mixer by $500! They probably cancelled my order realizing that their price was old/incorrectly posted. But that is on them and not me, they should honor their price and mistake! This company is a scam, no one picks up phones, answers emails or respond to their chat. STAY AWAY!
