Matt Dziczek: I said I’d do this weeks ago, sorry for the delay! I moved from Worcester to St. Petersburg, FL in 2015 and since moving had heard about this shop that opened and liked a lot of what I saw. Went up over the holidays and wanted to check them out, so I drove over between Xmas and the new year and was greeted to a locked door. They were closed till the 6th of Jan according to the sign on their door. I began walking back to my car dejected but heard a door open and a woman’s voice asking if she could help me. Making a long story a little less long, she let me in to look around. We talked about her shop (she was the owner) and how much the city had changed since I had moved 30 minutes later I left a happy customer. Great selection, great location, great ownership. I plan on getting something new every time I’m back up to visit,

Heather Pierce: I just love this gift shop. They have a wonderful selection for a small store. You can find cold beverages, candy/other snacks, stuffed animals, flowers, decorative items, collectibles such as beanie babies, clothing, trinkets, & jewelry too! Truly something for everyone. Prices range from fairly cheap to on the pricier side, depending really on what you buy. Stuff for kids & adults! Perfect gifts for hospital patients or anyone! Employees are always friendly & welcoming every time you visit. Just be careful if you've got little ones with you, there are some breakable items here! A must see for all. Good way to spend time if you are early for an appointment, or with someone who is in with the doc. Also nice variety of teddy bears & balloons for birthday, get well, etc....check it out!
jillian cobat: The convenience of being able to send personal care items and gifts to patience’s bedside in the hospital is wonderful. In times you cannot physically make it to St.Vincents, but want to brighten a friend or family members day, this gift shop helps same day.The personal care items range from chap stick to pajama pants, super helpful when a loved one unexpectedly goes to the hospital. And their gifts range from games to stuffed animals to beautiful flower arrangements, something for every occasion.I wish more people knew about this service !

Anonymous: I just purchased 2 pairs of shoes for a wedding that im in along with my daughter. It's true what they say, " you get what you pay for" these shoes BOTH. Looked like they have been worn. NOT TO MENTION, me trying them on. The material was literally falling apart! They said no returns. Thats fine, because i dont feel the need to spend anymore money sending them back. Im going to drop them off at my nearest good will. Lesson learned. Please ppl. DO NOT BUY ANY SHOES FROM THIS PLACE. HORRIBLE. IF I CAN POST A PIC. I WILL. It's not a deal your getting. It trash your getting!!!

Lind Podmostka: I can’t say enough about Wedding Factory Direct. These people care and go above all expectations. I purchased several items and they came on time and the quality was perfect. My daughters veil was absolutely stunning she had so many compliment the jewelry was beautiful and matched perfectly with her pocketbook and veil. I would recommend Factory Direct all day long. You won’t be disappointed.

Maureen Landau: Purchased 3 supposed crystal drop earrings, for my daughters wedding. I opened the box and was shocked. Mind you I did not expect Tapper's quality but I did expect Kohl's. I got Dollar Store earrings. They were plastic and glued. I called and they informed me of their 'no return policy'. Which in many states is illegal. It is the only thing honest on their web site.
Athena the SheWolf: We bought the bride a comb, bra, and cake/pen/book set that at check out shipping was a reasonable cost. However, the next day we received a notification that it'd be $34 just to ship these three items because it weighed 6 lbs- about 1 lb over the limit. I had not choice but to pay of course, I'm not going to ruin a wedding because these people don't calculate the shipping correctly during check out. Be forewarned though, their shipping is subject to change- it might not be what they say during check out.We definitely won't be buying from them again nor would I recommend buying from them online. The prices are good but they hit you with that shipping cost later. No respect for costumers or their money.
