Worcester Animal Rescue League: what do users think?
Alisha Clark: Called. Emailed and went in.Asked about getting my cat fixed never heard back. They only took my info when I went in and said someone would call in a few days.Nope. Nothing. This place has gone down hill
James Hanson: Friendly staff and helpful
Ed Alley: Quick call back. Staff very helpful.
Lori Hillier: After taking the time to fill out the long adoption form. I and my family waited patiently for an acknowledgement that never came.
Gary Brown: We've adopted 2 dogs and several cats over the years here and have been very happy with them. We would like to say that Rochelle has been especially kind and helpful. She is wonderful! We feel like she is family, she's always there to help!!
Jane Dymek: The experience of fostering a dog was horrible. The dog’s needs and my willingness to do everything humanely possible to adopt a dog with special requirements did not satisfy the “manager” of WARL. I went home without my dog which stayed in a loud, poorly run environment instead of a loving large fenced in yard. I told the “manager” to call if there was a reconsideration. I fostered for a week, technically it was not “my” dog but was more than willing to adopt him and take on the “liability “.I can’t imagine what more were they looking for? I did not feel heard, welcomed or recognized. A sad experience with a sad dog left behind.
Maximum RobespierreXVII (Max): Very nice staff. Got a great spunky little black kitty from them.
Geraldine Rossi: Great place adopted. My precious there she's 13 . Nice quiet cat they gave me food and cat carriers grr
Mike Thebodo: They were very friendly and I nice clean environment
Larry Folz: Absolutely the Most Disrespectful, Rude, Condescending, Gaslighting people I’ve ever encountered!!!Do yourself a favor and don’t waste anytime trying to deal with anyone at this business!!!They are So Self Absorbed in Their own self importance; I feel sorry for the animals under their care 😞😞😞
Sarah: I adopted my cocker mix from them many years ago. They were awesome and made everything seamless.
Jennifer Salmonsen: Regarding the reception I received at the rescue league, the team must be overworked, underpaid and unappreciated. I had tried unsuccessfully to speak with a member of the team about a pet I really wanted to adopt. Via email, and phone , answering machine. Never an answer from any staff members. I am an animal lover. Very disappointed.
Mikhail Zagalskiy: Thank you so much!
Nick Lecuyer: Worst place to go to. Tried to get one dog and offered to pay the fee twice and was told no that they want to let more people see the dog first. Then they let another family adopt the dog even tho I was the first one to see the dog and give a application before everyone. Owner is not friendly at all and will never go there again.
Jennifer Mastromatteo: Great people..
Tina Josephson: Love this place and the staff. Always helpful and kind.
Paul Kenny: Hi , a neighbor left his 2 cats an he wanted to just let them run away an you can't do that to indoor cats, so please can someone please call ok T/Y
Leslie Marie: They were very friendly. Peteys owner was found!
Joel Calderon: 💕💕💕💕
Nahani Meuse: Great local shelter supporting animals in our community
Arthur Blodgett: They are ok

Willy's Kitty Angels Rescue, Inc.: what do users think?
Katalina Tejada: Why the hell am I gonna fill out an application without seeing which cat I’m interested in first that’s just a waste of my time
Bob Vautrain: A great cat rescue organization. We donated some cat food for them for their kitties.
Kevin Labbe: Most willing to help, gave alot of info for his safety!!!!!
Corey Neulieb: I attempted to adopt a cat and the owner or whoever was managing the phones was very rude. In addition I was told I was not able to adapt a cat due to having a dog, despite both me and my partner working from home and being able to spend the whole day with the kitten. She also stated that the cat would never be comfortable around dogs due to him being 6 months old and never being introduced to one (to my experience if introduced properly cats and dogs can get along VERY well). Definitely would not recommend adopting due to 1.) unprofessional/rude staffing and 2.)an apparent bias towards dogs.
Elle: Would not and did not adopt from this organization because 1.) RUDE staffing. Not sure who runs the place but she lacks manners and was rude from the first interaction. I had heard that the woman who operates this establishment was rude through the great vine and through family and friends but wanted to give her a chance anyway. I called and asked about adopting a black kitten and she called back asking me questions about the cat I own and proceeded to tell me "well maybe your cat doesn't want another cat in the house. " I don't think that's how you get customers is by giving out your opinion. 2.) She was rude a second time in an email after I asked if she could let me know when and if they got any kittens. Stating I have to wait and be on a wait list, and then proceeded to tell me that no she couldn't let me know. I understand that they get a lot of people who want to adopt. And I understand it gets busy, but there is a way to go about talking to prospective adopters and I just don't think this was the correct way. She made It seem like a hassle and inconvenience when all I wanted was information. I adopted from community cat connection and had much better luck with nicer staff and better work ethic.
Lady Mustang: Adopted 2 cats from them. They were great to work with and really care about the cats that come to them.
Lovely Gamer: Critical:Professionalism,QualityHorrible customer service .
Kerolos S: My fiancee and I adopted from Willy's about a month ago now. We got an adorable tabby cat named "Poppy". The volunteers at the shelter share great compassion for the cats and you can tell they really care. As for the adoption process, I have nothing but good things to say. It was easy, well communicated, and friendly. We submitted an application, got a call from them inquiring more about us and two days later we were on our way to pick her up from the pet smart where she was located. We got a couple of her toys from the shelter, as well as a bag of the food that she had been fed there. Poppy's vaccines were up to date, she was treated for fleas, spayed, microchipped, litter box trained. We simply couldn't be any happier. We plan on adopting another cat in the future from them! I of course have included some pictures of poppy from when we saw her the first day at the shelter to today!
Kelly Fitzpatrick: Absolutely love this place. They do a great job rescuing the kitties and placing them in the right homes.
Bob Ross: Nice people and cute cats!
