I have absolutely never been treated this way at Michael’s how I miss Hobby lobby and the southern hospitality I will never return to the store I would rather order online from a store with Christian values and knows how to treat your customers like Hobby lobby and I suggest you do the same if you want good service do not go to Michael’s on Lincoln Street they treat you like garbage the only time they offer to help is to hurry and get you out of the store so they can close on time any other time I left wandering around Angus Lea trying to find something on your messy shelves I’m sick of it I’m sick of it never again

debi mangi: Beautiful place with lots of nice stuff to buy. I brought in paintings to see how I should mount them. The painter was very helpful, giving several ideas, helping me with quotes for different methods, etc. I appreciated his expertise.
David Gates: We recently had a pair of sketches framed here, and we could not be happier with the result! Norman was very helpful in the initial consultation, giving some suggestions that were very helpful and helping us achieve the exact look we were going for with the final piece. The piece took much less time than we’ve experienced at other places before and so much care is evident in the little details of the framing. The materials are all top quality and, well, like I said we couldn’t be happier. We will definitely be back!
Joanne Johnson: After our son died we asked Norman Ringdahl to put together two large shadow boxes that contained his precious toys, medals and other memories of him. Norman took so much care in placing the items in the shadow box. The framing and the glass were absolutely meticulous and perfect! You could see that he was doing it out of great care and thoughtfulness. He did a beautiful job with the boxes! We are very grateful.

Paul Butler: I had an original oil painting, over 100 years old, with a rip in the canvas and so dirty you could barely see what was painted on it. I had seen youtube videos of art restoration and knew it would take some talent to restore the painting. I took it to The Prints and the Potter Gallery where they restored my art work and it is now masterpiece that I treasure. I had no idea they could make this painting come alive the way they did. It is beautiful thanks to their excellent professional work.

Lisa Kretchman: This store is absolutely beautiful the service was attentive and what they have is lovely handmade eclectic forms of art that can be gifts. There are some jewelry pieces at a lower price point but I was looking for a gift for a friend and found it difficult to find something affordable. It is not a large place and definitely high-end but the pieces they have there are top notch.

Stephen Charest: I didn't buy anything from the store because nothing in there was worth more than a dollar. Yet, somehow everything there costs over $20. I saw a tiny glass elephant for $30. Is that owner serious?? Not to mention, he is a slumlord. His building runs off of an old, outdated electrical system, and the building once caught on fire. I heard that instead of fixing the problem, he blamed it on his tenants. It's all good though, because I also heard that his tenants called the MA Board of Health and they slapped him with a heavy fine for all of the infractions in that building. The parking for that store is awful, so I can only imagine what it's like to be a tenant there. No worries though, he doesn't mind if you risk getting your car towed by parking at the Sole. What a selfish slumlord! I will never shop there again.

Gregory Maynard: Awful experience. Set up a delivery of vinyl fencing and posts, delivery truck brought the incorrect items. Called, spoke with the customer service manager on duty and someone in the delivery department. Politely inquired where my delivery ended up seeing as it came from this location, was cut off multiple times trying to explain the situation. Delivery called me rude and "indignant" and transferred me to customer service, where the "manager" also lacked customer service skills. Understandable that the delivery department lacks customer service skills, but wasn't expected to be called "indignant" over a delivery mistake I was trying to solve. Also floored by the disrespect from the "customer service manager." Asked for a manager multiple times and was not transferred to a manager to solve the problem. Showed up, was also told not to speak to a manager regarding the delivery issue. Luckily it was all figured out by another associate in customer service and I was able to retrieve my items.

He was on his way to break but like i said he went out of his way to help me before he left. He knew where everything i needed was and was able to tell me what my best options were
ll ll: Worst Lowe’s store ever, I purchased a washer and dryer came back to pick it up after 30 minutes the customer service people refused to help me even tho I show my receipt, this happened to me before at this location 2nd time. Better off going to Home Depot where customer service is better

andrew pappas: Don't buy appliances here. They won't take them back if defective. You have to deal with a third party for multiple failed repairs. Home Depot is not helpful, not apologetic, and generally useless. Go to a proper appliance store for real service.

He provided us with a detailed history of where the wood came from. I would highly recommend Jarmak for any reclaimed wood project.
Jen S: I would only recommend if you are able to go to their business and hand pick the wood. We purchased reclaimed “premium quality” oak barn fence flooring that was shipped to us. There were many mis-milled pieces and ones that were too rotted or poor quality to be usable. There was even moss growing on one board. (I wish I could post the photos.) Additionally there were 12-20 pieces with damaged/split sides or crushed ends due to the terrible freight company they used (Roadrunner). Our installer had to do major sanding and patching to make it work for us.
