Timothy Senior: Went in to buy work pants and there was literally no one inside. I stood at the counter with the pants I wanted for about 10 minutes. Literally no one working.
David Roy: Wendy was extremely helpful. She went above and beyond to make sure I found the right boots. This is the second time I’ve purchased clothing from Work ’N Gear Shrewsbury because of Wendy and I will certainly be back for a third time.
Jane Mejia: Very accomodating until you try to return your shoes. I paid 85.00 in cash and tried to return them on 4 different occasions and they never have enough cash in the drawer. They told me to try on a weekend. I called on a weekend afternoon and they didn't have enough cash. This is ridiculous. Why would you take cash for products your selling for 85.00 or more and not start your drawer with at least that. Really poor customer service. They're penalizing people for paying cash. I should have listened to the other reviews hereI will never go back there again and will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau

TJ Fortin: drove all the way from lancaster in a snow storm after work to grab a pair of boots says there open until 6:00pm online and on the door. Finally get there at 5:41pm and the lady is in there with the doors locked already and the lights off! I'm sorry but thats b.s. if you hate your job that much to close nearly half an hour earlier than your sign says and turn away paying customers than you should find another place to work. (Storm was ending when i arrived so there was no excuse) Store employees should not be aloud to close when they feel like going home. You know damn well the store owner wouldn't allow it.
Lord Krantz: Both girls working inside never acknowledged me when I came in, nobody else was there. I'm 6'5 300+lbs so it's not like I'm not noticable. Went right to the shoes to look for steel toe shoes. They were talking to one another at an incredibly high volume...why? No clue. They both went into the back and continued to talk super loudly....stood there for a couple minutes because I needed help ..nobody came back out ...so I left. Guess I'll spend my money somewhere that actually wants customers.

Lirazol Alie: Not enough stock for mefdium petite and large petite. The person working at the desk not once lifted her eyes from her telephone to answer my questions. She answered the questions while looking at the phone but I felt that it was very disrespectful and lacked the customer service that you would think a place like that would give you.while I was in the dressing room I looked up some of the brands on Amazon and ended up ordering them through Amazon because they did not have average sizes.

I had a prescription for compression stockings, a particular size, compression etc..to my surprise Donna was able to GIVE ME A FREE PAIR THAT DAY, ordered me my insurance covered pairs, which she helped facilitate, and then proceeded to call me to ensure I've received everything and even sent me an additional 2 pairs! Free..You can't beat their customer service!
