Jose Goldo Ramos: Great place!!! As a kid I went there and its great for getting homework done and tutoring if needed. Not sure how its going now but im hoping they are at their best. When I went they had a recording studio and hosted talent shows. If im not mistaken they once hosted the auditions for the Worcester latin festival. Needless to say these guys are actually doing something for the youth.

Liv: I went here a few times between 2010-2013 and if I could give a zero I would. I was a long term stay. The “schooling” is an absolute joke I was an honors English student going through hard times, and they were giving me multiplication table worksheets and cursive worksheets. I was in middle & highschool… my school wouldn’t even accept the work they were giving. They claimed i would receive school work from my school but was never given them… I saw a clinician once a week while they played around with med combos and misdiagnosed me. After leaving one of my many times there I had a staff (Izeek - I could be spelling it wrong) reach out to me on social media saying inappropriate things and I did bring it up to luk and nothing happened with it. I was then placed there again with the same staff 🙃 and obviously I had a problem with that and was vocal with what happened, where they would lock me in the blue padded room while I drove myself insane trying to understand why somewhere that was meant to keep kids safe was siding with a grown man. I was called a liar and made to look crazy. Don’t send you kids to luk homes. I’m 25 now and I finally feel at peace enough to write reviews Like this HOPING if one person reads this and not send their kid here that’s enough for me. F this place and F luk!

Tiffany Scott: This place is pure hell, they need to start making horror movies after what this place does to children, I can't believe they have not been shut down yet,
tamaya pisani: Its unsanitary and the shower is mostly never cleaned at all. The staff treat the clients like animals plus they give you a hard time when you get up to use the bathroom after room time. The clients get shifts for not going to school when they don't feel well. Multiple client's have reported that they have had multiple bruises from restraints with staff.
I hate on my name: The administration of Key is horrible most employees don't stay because it's so poorly run. Many employees are on a power Trip and the rules of the house are inconsistent. If you have a choice please don't send your adolescent in crisis to Key there are better choices.
tia lucarelli: This is such an awful place. They have mild on the ceiling and FOOD! They treat you horribly. I was really sick when I was there and they didn’t help me at all! The staff hurt you and restrain you for no reason
