Sugarfina: what do users think?
zac a: These people have literally taken cheap 7-eleven candies, boxed them in fancy new plastic, and increased the price by 10x. Shopping here is a good consumer IQ test.
Stacy Harrell: We made a special trip to go to this store. It was supposed to open at 11 but didn't open until almost 2 hours later. Selection was minimal as well.
janina messerlian: Meredith was such a big help, I needed a last minute order for 40 cubes of sugar lips and online was going to be crazy for shipping. She put everything aside for me and helped me get exactly what I needed in time. It was a pleasant customer service experience which is so hard to come by today!
Ivonnella Villarroel: Literally the WORST candy I've ever had in my life and that's not even an exaggeration.Candy has one purpose...to be sweet.....these gummies have very little to no flavor or sweetness, I might as well have chewed on plastic. You are truly just paying for presentation. I wouldn't mind paying the overpriced fees for the candy IF it actually tasted like candy. I'm extremely disappointed. I was very excited for the awesome sounding flavors and excited to fulfill my sweet tooth, but I regret spending my money here, I would have been way more satisfied spending $5 for gas station candy. Save your money and get real candy, not this overpriced, plastic tasting, no flavor joke of a gummy bear. This is my review from trying 20 different flavors, I had gotten a bundle in my order, my mistake I should have gotten a tester first, but I genuinely thought it was going to be good candy.Update ; I did send them an email as requested in their reply to my google review (which they were able to respond immediately ) however no further assistance has been provided... again this company is just for show, don't waste your money here
DCS DCS: Nicole from the BX/Manhattan made my Sugarfina experience EVERYTHING. Thank you for helping me with my selection!
Timothy H: Cute store
Crab Cakes: First impressions: Small closet room size shop. Haven’t tried their candies yet. Limited selections and pricy. Only one clerk. Nobody came to assist me. Poor service. Not wasting my time and hard earned money here.
Mark Sun: Looks cute, but don't let that deceive you. Most of the candy tastes blisteringly average and some tastes like cough medicine. It costs 9 dollars for a 2''x2''x2'' box of chocolate covered almonds. All in all, it's overpriced average candy packed in a cute package. Spend your money elsewhere.
kathy chou: Review for its online service, bought a sweet and sparkling 9 cube bento box gift via Macy's site, but it was fulfilled by sugarfina themselves. Initially Macy's emailed back saying Backordered and asked if I want to wait or do nothing and they will cancel the order. I chose to cancel the order, then I got a message from sugarfina that they shipped it one week later..ok. why not. Then I got the holiday edition instead of the sweet and sparkling edition. Big difference! The only similar item in it is one box of champagne gummies bear. Everything else was not to my favor. I wanted peach bellini gummies and rose sparkle rose not eggnog candies and coffee martinis. Refund as I asked would have been preferred than substituting something totally different.
Mi ching: Good range of chocolates. My dauther loves them.
Ki Oh: Unique candies and nice packaging :)
April Cardoso: Excellent customer..and friendly staff..
Brice Cook: What can I say it's just great.
Siobhan Mccall: Fabulous
MOE PARADISE: Sales associate had a attitude when my little brother asked for a another samples he was only a excited 8 years old excited to eat thinking that we were only going to eat the samples and leave but I have money and made my little brother sad I know that if they lose me as a customer wouldn’t me a different but ever take your attitude on a children whose done nothing wrong to you it was the worst experience hope they get better employees and at least have better customer service skills cause that was disrespectful and she made it seem like we didn’t belong here like we were below her I would NEVER shop at sugarfina again ever hope she gets fired
Dave Bedard: Nice upscale candy shoppe
Uzi Harpaz: חנות סוכריות מקסימה וצבעונית
Azulena Royer: This is my favorite candy store! They have an incredible selection of gummies, chocolates, hard candies and more. The store is bright, well designed and very appealing. The candy cubes make a perfect gift for any occasion. I recommended the champagne bears and the baby whales.
Elda Lopez: Me encanto los dulces
Zach Albert: Amazingly creative candy store with unprecedented gummy selection and cute chocolate gifts and boxes available. Superb product. My favorite: champagne gummie bears.

Natalie’s Candy Jar: what do users think?
Mr H: Pricey but Nicey
Grace F.: The candy is fine but even for an airport this place is crazy expensive. 0.65lbs of pretzels should not cost $16!
Cameron Tylek: Great selection of candy. Price is expensive, but that's expected at the airport
K Ortiz: I visited the store at BDL, Bradley International Airport, and the store is extremely clean and well-kept and features a great selection. The manager, Courtney, is very personable and helpful and friendly. She was awesome with my daughters too. I will definitely visit again!

Truffles Fine Confections: what do users think?
Dimitra Triantafyllidou: Tasty chocolates and very good costume service!!
Jennifer Lynn N.: The chocolate does not taste like the flavors. I got 5 different truffles expecting orange, hazelnut, peanut butter, etc, they all tasted the same! 🤔
Symone Smith: So I'm going to say is... Chocolate covered gummy bears
Matthew Standland: You know for 20 bucks for four pieces I can honestly say I'm not too impressed. The hazelnut truffle did not smell or taste like hazelnut.
Cruzn1: Chocolate Strawberries, Cashew turtles, Wow! Your one stop for AMAZING SWEETS!
Daniel Jerome: It's rare to find customer service this horrible. I was shopping with my younger son, and we tried to stop for a sweet treat. Unfortunately we never got to even sample any chocolate. The staff simply ignored us while stocking the shelf. When I called to one for help, I was rudely told to wait while they finished. At that point I decided to cut my loses and leave.
CJ Twitchell: Little on the pricey side but overall good
Michael B: I liked what I got. The dark chocolate covered lemons are okay (kinda hard). The chocolate cover ginger is amazing (100% would buy it again). The lady at the counter was very nice. Basically, the same as Godiva.
Nayeem: Great collection of chocolate
Damian Allen: The products are high quality and very tasty. The service is subpar and for a place charging premium prices for candy, I wouldn't expect the people working there would give customers attitude. Nothing egregious, but the counter woman was very curt and clearly annoyed that my order had two components to it, so when she gave me attitude, I decided not to buy the rest of what I was going to get (but hadn't picked yet) and closed out my order. I would have walked away from the entire order had I not been there to get a treat for my daughter. Get it together TFC.
BEN LEVY: WHAT A RIPOFF!!!They tried to charge me $15 for 3 pieces of chocolate and when I was surprised by the price the girl that worked there gave me a nasty look.WILL NEVER EVER BUY FROM THIS PLACE EVER!!!
Cassandra Santos: This was easily my favorite place to get fudge. For the last 10 years, I looked forward to my trips to Boston and picking up some of their fudge. My most recent trip, I immediately noticed a change in the texture of the fudge when I picked it up. I decided to try it anyway. I'm deeply disappointed. It's no longer the best fudge and I'm really going to miss that.
Ivan Calle: Muy rico todo
Anthony Craig Evans: Wife loves it. Pecan turtles
Robyn Bunch: Need more people working. Painfully slow service.
Marwan Khalifeh: Got these as a gift. I am a picky chocolate lover and these truffles were absolutely delicious.
Rashidah Lawson: Buyer beware. The candy was delicious. The service was horrifically awful at best. After watching her bark at a couple (who was surprised she’d given them so little change out of their large bill—this place is killer expensive), I spent 5 bucks and a quarter on one milk chocolate pecan turtle. The woman at the counter was a pill. But the candy was delicious. That said, there is a first (and last) time for everything. I won’t be purchasing anything from this little stall ever again but my tummy is certainly happy.
Sandra Richards: If I could give negative stars I would! Once I finally got this guy working at counter away from his Ipad after saying hi 3 times, I requested 1/2 lb. of chocolate peanut butter cups and 6 walnut turtles. It came to $50! And he was oh so annoyed with me and kept sighing when I reduced my order.
Mary Glanden: 3 pieces of chocolate for $8+ and the lady was not helpful at all. Will never buy from this place again
Corrie Hermans-Webster: The woman working was so rude that I decided not to buy any candy here. It’s way overpriced anyway.
Jacob Vetstein: Mall candy stall

Phillips Chocolates: what do users think?
Joanne Collupy: Great experience. Delicious chocolates
Nick Gerrs: If you go here to buy chocolates and candy, better stop at the bank first to take a second mortgage on your house. Wow, this has to be the most expensive chocolate in the world. I’ll stick to my Hershey and snickers bars thanks.
Kristy Johnson: This place has some damn fine chocolate! Gotta say: impressed! It’s not the best chocolate I’ve ever had but it was delicious and I’d definitely come here again! Curious about the thick trading practices for the chocolate, as I usually choose my daily chocolate supply based on that, but so glad such good chocolate is right next door! And the selection is impressive! The place is stocked and quite large!!!! Sugar free and Vegan options too!!!
Kelly Lacey: I wish I would have looked at the ingredients prior to ordering. They use the cheapest, unhealthy ingredients....for example, the fudge is made from shortening and partially hydrogenated soybean and cottonseed oil! Those are all TERRIBLE for your health. For the price, you would think it would be made with real butter. Very disappointing, but I should have looked before purchasing
Kristine Murray: Delicious chocolates, REAL quality! Pre-packaged boxes, or choose your own. Other candies, too. These would make a wonderful gift, or a nice holiday treat. Expensive, but so good! Cute shop with pleasant staff, too.
Edna Hayes: Fabulous as usual
Jethro Ellison: Wonderful and nice
Katherine Nguyen: Great selection of yummy chocolates. The store has a huge variety of many different types of candies. These make for a fantastic gift. They even ship!
John Smith: Ok chocolates. Worst customer service. Are the chocolates really good? Maybe not. Can find the same taste elsewhere every where. Overpriced and people working here have no smile. A simple plastic or paper bag will also cost you money. PLEASE CHECK THE BILL WHEN LEAVING. THEY WILL CHARGE MORE.
Frank Connolly: Today, I was greeted by two very beautiful lovely ladies. One of which was very helpful in helping me in my selection. Now, the important part the chocolate. Phillips Candy House has the best chocolate around. You must experience this for yourself. Treat yourself to an amazing indulgence. Thank you to the young ladies who helped me today.
Bill Dougherty: An old school and very traditional Yankee chocolate shoppe, NOT like the hipster/ 'artisanal' foodie joints in the gentrified downtown areas. The clientele has been coming here for generations. This is the chocolate from your New England childhood.
Judith McCone-Ryan: Have gone here since I was a little girl. The smell of chocolate smacks you in the nose as soon as you open the door. It's hard to choose from the variety of items that are available. I was just going in for 1 lb of fudge and ended up with so much more. The fruit slices are delightful, the hash addicting, the fudge mouth watering. I try to stop in any time I'm in the area.
walid makouk: Friendly and clean
colin rowe: We came in with a very large order that we needed at the last minute. We needed to get gifts for 60 people. I walked into Phillips Chocolate hoping they could help us and I was pleasantly surprised. We ordered 60 custom boxes of chocolates and the team jumped into action, with a unique sense of urgency that you just don't see everywhere.Olivia, Maria, Ngan, Kevin, and Caleb (sorry if I misspelled anyone's name!) all jumped into help and quickly formed a very efficient assembly line. All while still helping the customers that came in after me. These staff members were wonderful, and I highly recommend everyone go to Phillips for any holiday party or gathering you have coming up. However, I'm sure they would appreciate more advance notice than I gave them! Also, just as importantly, the chocolate was delicious!
Deborah Sandonato: Been going here since age 18, know 68yrs old and still go, from Duxbury to Dorchester to get the BEST CHOCOLATE ANYWHERE.
Jerry: Polite and friendly people work here. Chocolate is top shelf!
Erin MW: I could not be more obsessed with a chocolatier. I have not had better chocolate than this since I went to Europe 4+ years ago. They have perfected chocolate making and it is worth every penny. I especially love the milk chocolate covered cherries and the milk chocolate truffles. The customer service is also excellent. I only wish that they would open up a store in NY local to where I live! Next I plan to try their fudge and I plan to eat their milk chocolate cherries for as long as I am alive.
Steven Lahey: Bought sweet chocolate
Kirstie Miles: One stop Christmas shopping!!! Oprah was right about this place!
Chris McKenna: Best chocolate! Try the salted caramel turtles and the hash. ... And the toffee. If you're lucky enough to find the cookie, grab them!!
Kelly Holly: Best Chocolate in the World.

Lindt Chocolate Shop: what do users think?
Ahmad Jamal: First time trying them in Boston. The candy variety can’t be found here n stores, might be a little pricey but totally worth checking out.
Mikaelly Paula Oshea: I would give 5 stars ⭐️ for the ice cream BUT SERVICE IS VERY BAD , this is the second time I drive 40 min just to have ice cream because I live in Quincy and traffic is awful but is always busy and always just one person working in there and they don’t I was standing on line for over 10 min waiting to buy ice cream and the girl that was working in there said that she had no TIME to make ice cream because was too busy!!! I mean she was pretty rude and didn’t care that I was in line waiting the hole time and I asked like is the machine broke? She was like no is not I’m just too busy to make ice cream. Seriously 😳
Naiana de S. Nascimento: Was just there, they are having good deals, and the clerks was very helpful & sweet.
Tiffany Pelton: Amazing deals going on right now. Such friendly associates. Love this store. Got easter bunnies for the kiddos, including a white one.
Chang Yu: I have a terrible experience of the store. The milk was bad the milkshake I have no cream and the service is terrible
doris lopex: Mis chocolates favoritos me encanta los de chocolate negro y unos que son con mango una delicia y el helado ni hablar 😋
Shiran Soholitsky: Love it! Small but cute Lindt store. I took some chocolate by making my own bag, which was really fun and cheap!
Alex C: Amazing store. Go for the smell alone. Excellent selection and the gentleman working the counter was extremely pleasant. Gave us a sample and genuinely seemed excited to work there and interact with people.I've never seen the Neopolitan truffles before, but they were to die for.
Hi Mi: 日本では売っていないリンドールだけを袋に詰めて貰い、お土産にしました♪
Kayla Dixon: Delicious hot chocolate, not too sweet, very rich and creamy. The pastries were very flavorful and delicious, highly recommend try their cakes.
mani agg: This place is awesome, if you love chocolate like me, you will definitely love it! Great selection and good service!
Pujan Patel: Do you guys have hot chocolate here?

Anthony McAlpine: It's chocolate!!!!
Sara Villegas: I love this place. Is perfect. They always have season products, the ice cream is delicious and off course they have the best chocolate 🍫
Pippa Jones: What happened to this store? It was so good the last time I was here. It’s Messy, staff is unprofessional. Where is that friendly lady with the sweetest biggest smiles underneath her mask? The best prettiest gelato cone ever made.
Maria: Great staff. Delicious Ice Cream. Nice treat. Hoping they have this at More stores.
Mee K A: delicious classy chocolates!
다정: I love Lindt chocolate and especially, here's staffs were super nice! Thanks!

Au Chocolat: what do users think?
K. Rogers: The smell of fresh chocolates and truffles are so appealing to my nose and stomach that It is a must to make a purchase at such a fine chocolate establishment!
Nicole Conlin: Very unhappy with what I purchased. I bought a box of chocolates for $80 this Valentine’s Day and I am so disappointed.I look forward to purchasing these very year but this year I am sad to say that it tastes not better then the CVS brand. Usually the chocolate has a very rich and creamy flavor but this year there is just no zing to it. You can even see a noticeable difference in the past years (I have taken photos). In 2021 the chocolate was dark and this year it’s very milky. Safe to say that you are wasting your money if you buy from them.
Eamon Aghdasi: Excellent place that I have been going to regularly for gifts for the past few years.
Daniel Castillo: Best chocolate shop in all of Boston. Range of options is as wide as it is delicious - which is very. High quality. Excellent service. What more could you ask for?
Anna Johannes: Staff was super helpful. Great chocolate obviously. A bit expensive for sure. But a fun treat!
Jessica Grant: Au Chocolate has wonderful service and an outstanding selection of chocolates and truffles. If they offer you a recommendation, definitely listen to them! It's a great spot to get a treat to satisfy your own chocolate craving or for buying gifts. My favorites are the chocolate covered nougatine, chocolate toffee, and spicy chocolates drops (dark chocolate with cayenne pepper).
N N: Does nobody think it's weird that a lone candy shop in the middle of the financial district is still in business all these years let alone during the pandemic when everyone is working remotely? 👀 😬🤫
Elizabeth Rockwell: Excellent selection of fine chocolates! Friendly staff.
Benjamin S: A great place! There's a huge choice of chocolates of all kinds!Really recommended!
Christian Terrio: Friendly staff, impressive selection despite the small space! Prices are what you would expect for a nice chocolate shop in the heart of the financial district. Will definitely be picking out some chocolates for Valentine's day coming up!
Caroline Olsen: Such a cute store and very friendly staff!
Shawn Preston: Amazing!
Sarah Roemer: Incredible selection, great service, and very informed staff. Picked up a sugar free set and there were 13 varieties in stock. Would highly recommend!
Emile P: Best place for breaks from work
Steve Fuller: Great quality chocolate, really helpful and friendly service. Happy to have this place a just a few doors away from my office.
Sean Padden: My go to chocolate spot. If you're in the area you should really stop here. They have this piece I believe it's called the "Diane" and it's one of the things that has made me go back every time after eating it. Very friendly staff, not open on Sunday.
Tareq Afaneh: Too expensive. I don't recommend for gifts
Lucas Servideo: Great atmosphere and knowledgeable staff to help you pick out the right gift.
Ken Boostrom: Au Cocolat is the chocolate and candy store in Boston. The selection of caramel and double chocolate treats is amazing. You purchase the chocolate by the pound or purchase a presorted bag candy. The people that work there are the sweetest people you can meet.
Tashi Lhamu: Great place. Amazing customer service. Excellent quality. Wonderful selection. Would highly recommend.
Michael: Great store, and service!!

Beacon Hill Chocolates: what do users think?
カイジ(魁士): お土産に買って喜んでもらえました。小洒落た綺麗なお店です。味は分かりません。店員さんの話すスピードが早く、あたふたして恥ずかしかったです。
shobh raj: Bad customer service
Kyler M.: Cute chocolate shop - on a cold day, grab a hot chocolate and sit a while.
Exposing fake fuckery: I would NEVER go here ever! Me and my friend where the only ones in the store he was on an important phone call on speaker because his phone ear piece is broken where about to order and the girl goes can you take that phone or speaker so we don’t hear!!!!!! Stuff your over priced chocolate up your yuppy behind your rude gross and disrespectful!!
Michael DiBona Sr: Really appreciate great Chocolate ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Mary Ellen Tucker: Great chocolates. Recent visit revealed serious staff shortage. I would have purchased more if the store was not so crowded. I hope they are able to resume full service. The truffles are splendid!
Nicolas Depauw: (Almost) the best chocolates in Boston, maybe in the US...I'm originally from Europe and American chocolate is not quite the same honestly... but at Beacon Hill chocolates they improt truffles from all over the world I believe, or at least a lot from Europe, and that's always been my go-to place.I've tried many shops across the US and thus far its always been my favorite.I said "almost" at the beginning just because there is one local chocolate shop that I may like better, but chocolates in the US are already very pricey and that place is twice more per truffle than Beacon Hill, which is just nuts. 😅Beacon Hill also offers truffle classes (never been myself) and they have those awesome handmade boxes that can be bought (for a premium) which makes it a really really neat gift for any occasion!Highly highly recommended!
Sam Russell: Huge selection of chocolates and truffles. I was a bit surprised at how few were local chocoaltiers though :( . Friendly staff.
Sandip Patel: Delicious artisan chocolates. Bought some and shipped some to share this delicacy. And then visited again for more. This store also has varieties of chocolate bars from across the world. I also bought a Mexican hot chocolate bar made by Seattle chocolate company. It definitely had a kick of cayenne pepper. The store also sell gelato and ice in limited flavors. Not a large selection of ice cream flavors but I have to try it next time. They do serve their famous hot chocolate that I wish to try in winter. Staff was polite and assured me the chocolates shipped will be kept cold during shipping to avoid melting in this sweltering summer. If you like to gift chocolates, they have many gift options that fits many occasion and is personalizable. I definitely recommend this place. So many flavors to try, you will definitely love some.
Elaine Smith: Good selection of chocolate
ilike3tacos 117: Best selection of luxury chocolate and speciality gifts for the holidays great for anyone
Katherine Anthony: Pretty steeply priced chocolates, but there are a lot of them! I wish the prices for all of the store items were more visible. Same for the truffles, it would have been helpful to know which ones are cheaper and which ones are more expensive. I got a hot chocolate and was pretty hesitant when I saw that they use powdered hot chocolate, but was actually very impressed! It was strong but not overpowering and served at the perfect temperature. Very cute store to go in around fall-winter time.
Neretva a: Tourist trap - better off drinking puddle water than whatever they're trying to pass off as hot chocolate. Swiss Miss is a gourmet option compared to what they're serving. The chocolates are hit and miss ... well mostly miss. It was $40 worth of disappointment. Do yourself a favor and just go to Burdick's.
Tyler: Great customer service and fun selection of chocolate. We're going to make this a must stop shop next time we come to Boston.
Youri H: One of the ladies at the store was rude. I didn’t stay any longer. I saw other reviews complaining about the employees. Still the same attitude.November 5th, at 2pm.
Miles Hicks: Wonderful little shop. Lots of great options, I highly recommend the stuffed fig.
Deborah Sampson: Stunningly beautiful chocolates. Outrageous prices
Todd B. Vick: My wife and I were in Boston last week on vacation. We were quite fortunate to discover Beacon Hill Chocolates. I purchased a box of personally selected chocolates. These were the best chocolates I've ever had, and we've bought chocolates from all over the U.S. from California to Massachusetts. I highly recommend this shop. Their customer service to top notch and their chocolates are fantastic. I'll certainly be ordering from them via their internet site for years to come.
Sheila: My mom just bought these little wedding themed boxes for my brothers wedding here. Each chocolate was an absolute DREAM. I just finished the boxes I got my hands on and now I'm planning a trip tomorrow! I can't live without now!
Yue Li: I had pistachio gelato. The best I’ve ever had, even better than the ones in Italy!
