They have their favorites. I had to get a order of protection for my son and me. This agency Is supposed to service everyone. Not sure of a Racial Issue. Stay aware. The client that that did this to us was an adult and tried to have a sexual relationship with him and he was a minor . Ayanna Pressley Is on the board of directors.
Belinda Bussey: Oh the people who work there are very caring, loving people. They have a listening ear for all that need their services. The Director and Deputy Director are hard working people. Not only that, the staff , from the receptionist to the interns are wonderful.

Pam Burkley: Hey Bill Henning...was just chatting with Betty L. We were remembering all the butt we kicked under your leadership! We were good, really good, all the years we worked together! Just wanted to say Thanks for all you taught me and all the guidance and support you selflessly shared with me. I'll never forget you my friend. I am a better person because of you. Thank you for all that! All my best to you and your family! Say hey to my BCIL friends and super advocates!

Bay Cove Human Services: what do users think?
Lindsey B: Great discreet location, easy access to public transit, walking distance to many Boston landmarks and neighborhoods. Excellent programs and services and respectful, knowledgeable and truly caring staff. Cannot recommend it enough. Bay Cove has been truly life-changing!
Kristi Harris: Great staff and safe place to begin recovery.
Kristen L: Tried to get help for my daughter in crisis, this place only helps those on masshealth or no insurance! So much for being a hard working American paying good money for health insurance only to be turned away in a time of crisis! The woman who I spoke with hung up on me when I asked why they offer help but aren’t helping. F^€K this place!!!!! 🤬🤬🤬 NO COMPASSION HERE!!!!!
kathy gaito: I have had emergency service when my son syc breaks only made it worse when they sent someone who wasn't even from there someone who shows up and had no comparison and new my son was hereing voices said she would have someone call him for 3days and the time before that's to many police and she's not even making things better I'm a mother who was trying to get my son help go to the emergency room you would have some results.
Emerson D: Nice women, but completely useless and force clients to stay in Emergency Departments for days to be assessed and often pack mental health patients in with the Mass/Cass ex-felon homeless population, ie. Arbour Quincy Inpatient.
Robin gabriel: They pay my rent and other monthly bills late! And sometime not at all! I was almost evicted once, and had to come up with the money all by myself on a fixed income!! They are horrible as a payee service!! The worst!! If It was possible to give them ZERO stars...I WOULD!!!
Luis Santiago: Helpful nice people
Leann Jones: To whom it may concern:Good afternoon, I would like to address a concern I had when recently visiting your Hyannis Emergency Crisis Location for mental health services. The first thing that was brought to my attention was the lack of privacy the staff have. While I was waiting to be seen, I could hear the conversations of multiple staff members on the second floor discussing client’s personal information along with hearing staff members over share private details of their own life. I could also hear animals in the building and heard multiple dogs barking which was very distracting to me as I was being met with for an assessment. As I was leaving the building I noticed multiple bags near the front door and upon further inspection realized they were doggy bags filled with poop. While I am very pleased with the services I received, the environment was very unprofessional.Thanks,L.J.
Amy Harris: I am very grateful to BayCove for a 39 year career in addictions. I was saddened when and how they closed the program which I directed and was very saddened when it was told to me that they said "I ran the program into the ground" however I forgave those who said that and recommend the company to anyone considering working there
Julienne Mattie: Would love to see reviews on clients success stories but not offered on the site. Program could of done better during the pandemic.
DOWN FIVE: Kind people. Your Kind of people.
Melissa Haletky: Have yet to ho.
MS. A. Ranks: Under Construction incomparable interior rennovations to the nearby properties included in town zones. 😀
Susan Gotimer: Employees are very friendly and recommend them highly!!❤️
Keith Encarnacao: Very unprofessional, rude staff, offers no resources to help better yourself
Yolanda Moore: Baycove is a medical facility that gives there client's methadone to help them with cravings for opioid use. At baycove they make you feel welcomed, and very comfortable. Some people who try methadone for the first time are nervous and overwhelmed, but the staff at baycove take all of your fears and anxieties away. I recommend baycove to anyone who is struggling with opioid use and want to get clean, and you can always try it out and if you don't think methadone is right for you they will help you find another alternative that you can try and see what works best for you. Give baycove a try, I don't think you will be disappointed...
Maria Cassarino: Bay cove is a mental health/methadone clinic that has been providing services for many years and saving lives in the process.
Lala Angel: Its great place
Tara Chartier: Most helpful on the planet
Elizabeth Hanscom: ALWAYS Opened too Help.
YIKES KAT: Every Clinician has been let go or has resigned. Security Staff run the place really. And most of them have been there less thsn 2 years. And nursing. Dont bother learning names just get and get out.Canal Street location.

Boston University Center for Psychiatric Rehabilitation - Clinic Services: what do users think?
David Copernhart: This center is informal research setting, with a limited capacity of running social surveys and nothing beyond. The chief psycho is the mama-rosa E. Sally Rogers. The others, such as Dori Hutchinson, Zlatka Russinova, Marjory Jacobs, are mentally sick as well, and they actually do not deny it. Glad to find about their positive outlook on the fallacious concept of "recovery." There is no such a thing as "recovery from schizophrenia" but these peer-providers with schizophrenia, these psychiatric patients with malice, these masters of false accusations and suspense drama fabricators (E. Sally Rogers, Dorothy S. Hutchinson, Zlatka Russinova, Marjory Jacobs, Marianne Farkas, Marie M. Mesidor) keep fighting to convince to themselves and to others that "recovery is possible." The good news is that their groundless hope may actually keep them in peace for a while, so they will not harm others as they always did and do.
Galaxy and friends :D: I have had the privilege of working with the Boston University Center for Psychiatric Rehabilitation on project for about a year focused on training Vocational Rehabilitation Staff members in WV. I have found them to be incredibly resourceful and knowledgeable. They have been willing to go that extra distance to ensure the technical assistance they have provided is not cursory, but instead really hits home and will truly be of benefit, including learning about psychiatric issues we encounter in the provision of services Great State of WV, our own cultural considerations, as well as our Opioid Crisis, experienced by many with dual diagnosis.
Alissa: Several years ago I was referred to the center a bit skeptical of how the program would be able to help me. Prior to starting the classes there I was shy and lacked self-confidence. I was unsure of myself and had very few friends. As the classes at the center began however, I quickly realized how wonderfully unique this place really was! With a bit of time I gained new friends, which to this day I still treasure. I also gained the self-confidence I so desperately needed. I was taught in my classes how to be a better person, how to improve my writing techniques and so much more! I am truly blessed I was able to work closely with such beautiful people who helped me during a low-point in my life. Today I am happy and successful, and I owe much of it to this wonderful program!
Mike S: This is an excellent program that provides the most up-to-date resources to assist people with psychiatric disabilities to work. Over the course of the last year, several colleagues and myself worked with this center to provide training for my agency ( WVDRS) to assist our counselors to better understand psychiatric disabilities, the vocational limitations / barriers this population faces and the evidenced-based practices to assist these individuals to work and live independently. The staff at BU were professional, understanding and extremely knowledgeable. I am so glad my agency selected me as one of the participants to work with the center. Michael Scott, MS, CRC, CVE
Marina Noble - Shoplifter Hacker ID Theft: Center for Psychiatric Rehabilitation (CPR) at Boston University, currently situated at 940 Commonwealth Ave, NW, Boston, MA 02215, is the pioneer of peer-to-peer approach. All staff members of the center are in fact peer-providers (i.e. former or current psychiatric patients) who endlessly explore alternative ways in alleviating crises and grievance in other mentally challenged (deinstitutionalized) persons through conveying their own experiences and recovery-oriented practices. Most of them are college-graduated sociologists, not even social-psychologists, working in a flexibility model, from 11:00 am to 4:00p Monday through Thursday, on full-time salary, as the rest of the job they do at home. These social-justice-fighters do their best to enter the world of public health or psychiatric medicine through their surveys and semi-structured interviews. Many odd projects, like PhotVoice or PPROC (peer provider recovery-oriented chats) are not yet welcomed by the professionals in the field, but CPR never gives up and still submits proposals for Federal fundings- all paid by the American taxpayer. Even being disregarded by the professional network of psychologists or psychiatrists, these brave peer-providers fight hard to be recognized in a prime authorship of the concept of recovery - which they name an everlasting process.

The Brookline Center for Community Mental Health: what do users think?
Stuart Kurtz: The Brookline Center has always been there for me. Someone alerted me to The Safety Net, and I decided to see what it was all about. I was moving, and the person said it could help with first month's rent. It/they did! The landlord expected first, last, and lock fee. It was a steep fee, but Safety Net and Maryam gave me the boost I needed. And she was so pleasant. Look into this service if you are moving. And other services at the center are top of the line.
harry Legendary: This is a shady business with practices that I will be reporting to the bbb and taking to court. It has been 2 years since I used their services and I get a surprise collections mark on my credit report. I have always paid before meeting with anyone here so I was very confused. I can not reach ANYONE and it’s been weeks. Furthermore, they sent it to collections which I could not understand as they never contacted me via telephone nor email. They must be hurting for money to charge me over 400 when they don’t even let you meet with a therapist unless you pay first. Shady practice. Be forewarned
Priscilla O'Reilly: Wonderful, caring people who are doing their best to help so many people during these tough times. The Center has helped my family tremendously over the years. As a teaching center, there is planned turnover with therapists that is obviously hard, but all of the therapists and nurse practitioners with whom my children have worked have been incredibly caring and helpful. I feel that Brookline is so fortunate to have such a resource. Thank you, BCMH.
Christina Soto: Safety net has been Extremely helpful, informative, and friendly with me. I'm extremely grateful I came across this program. Thank you Maryam, and Kristina!!
Wayne Megerdichian: So far they have been very helpful. I'm going to ingnore the bad reviews . I have only had great experiences with the people who work here and I hope they can continue with the help they have given me
Jillian MacDougall: I reached out to them for help during a time when I was struggling with homelessness and was told their services are reserved for residents of Brookline. I felt completely defeated because the reason I needed help (homelessness) was the reason they refused to help me (I did not have a Brookline address - or any address at all - which was the main issue). I would not recommend reaching out to them if you are struggling because they will likely make it worse.
Dylan Zobel: Nice people. Decent space. Maybe not perfect but everyone’s trying their best.
Nannette A Shenk: Does anyone work here?!?!
John Ranco: The therapists here were fantastic and really helped get me get a footing in recovery. It’s been a few years now but am always incredibly grateful this option was available.
Hector Meneses: An incredible place with a great staff. They are very passionate about what they do and ensuring that thier clients have proper help they need.
Alexander: I have severe anxiety, depression, and PTSD. No substance abuse or any history of self harm. I was here for 4 years. In total I had 4 therapist (indepently at different intervals) within those years and 4 psychiatrist/NP's. My insurance in the begining was better due to my earlier coverage. My insurance coverage changed, two of my therapis left within two years, and psychiatrist or NP's rotate or leave. It is a rotating door of CSW and trainees and insurance dictates quality of care for who you are assigned to. (Warning) Psychiatric Clinician Christine B. is extremely confrontational and has her interest to protect herself over her concern for her patients vs their dire need to be honest and open up in the process of client to psychiatrist confidentiality. I will say, the office staff and Dr. White are very decent and helpful. For more groups services; the center primarily focuses on female support groups and children/adolescent peer support. This is great. But for those who are 20 or over... It's lacking or non existent. I hope this is helpful and more individuals open up and write reviews or take a chance and speak for themselves as a means to have a voice and platform. YOU ARE NOT ALONE. Insurance should not dictate quality of care, your symptoms and needs of the individual should be that measure.
Ted Griswold: Really disappointing. I called and spoke with a counselor at The Brookline Center three weeks ago. They did a brief interview and said they would follow up with a plan to begin the following week. Never called back and have failed to respond to three messages now. Extremely unprofessional, but I guess I dodged a bullet by not starting with them. Looking elsewhere!
Beverly Holmes: My therapist, Christine Boie, is extremely knowledgeable, insightful, and compassionate. She has a wonderful sense of humor and is very down to earth.
