The client that that did this to us was an adult and tried to have a sexual relationship with him and he was a minor . Ayanna Pressley Is on the board of directors.

The Benjamin Seaport Residences: what do users think?
LYNDSEY O'NEILL: After recently touring The Benjamin, I am extremely impressed with the building and the team. The 24/7 concierge (and door man!) is amazing, and the leasing office was very flexible with my availability for a tour. The apartments have the best views and so many options for floor plans. After looking at the many properties in Seaport, the Benjamin is definitely at the top of my list.
Chris Pell: The Benjamin is the best building in Seaport! The staff is so friendly, the amenities are everything I need, and the location is perfect. I highly recommend this building to anyone looking for their next home.
Cameron: The Benjamin is a beautiful property with high end finishes in the apartments. Their amenities are perfect for working from home or entertaining friends! Im really looking forward to the pool opening.
Tianyu Dai: I enjoy living in the Benjamin. The amenities are gorgeous, and the staff are super friendly. The building stays warm during the winter. The location is also great. Couldn't ask for more!
Gina Christiano: I recently attended an event here and was impressed by how beautiful the facility is, and how friendly and helpful the staff are!
Max Teitelman: The Benjamin has been an amazing place to live. The view is beautiful, staff is caring and maintenance is overall super effective. The facilities/amenities are fantastic and the events that are put on for the building are always really awesome to attend. Excited to be living here!
Barbara Dempsey: I love the Benjamin. It is such a beautiful, well maintained property. The staff is always helpful, attentive and friendly. The apartments are gorgeous and the amenities are great. The location is also fantastic.
Laura Elkman: I have been in the Benjamin for over 2 years and love it! There is no better place in the area with the views, sqaure footage, amenities and location for a rental building. The team at the front desk and the sales managers are the best! Always so personable. They do a great job hosting small pop-ups in the building to get residents engaged and networking as well. And of course, they are pre-friendly for my little pup.
Mary Ann Watts: The Benjamin Seaport Residences is the best! I can't say enough about my "home" here at The Benjamin. I can start with the members of the staff. They are professional and helpful and always have a smile. The cleaning staff does an outstanding job! Gene, the doorman, is always ready to lend a helping hand. If you are considering a move to The Benjamin don't look any longer. The ladies in the leasing office are the best! One more thing -- being located at the entrance of the Seaport is most convenient! Love living here!
Michelle Sullivan: We chose The Benjamin for its location and views - which are amazing - but a real surprise has been the great employees. From leasing, maintenance, concierge and doorman, everyone is very helpful and friendly. We couldn’t be happier with our decision.
Wilson Nguyen: I go out all the time. Seaport is by far the safest neighbor to walk home in the middle of the night. What makes Benjamin stand out is, it has the best location out of any of the buildings. Great view of Boston and by the station. Other than VIA, you have to make compromises between the two. Also the leasing team is the best in Boston, always hosting events and popups. (Today they are in the lobby giving out candy for Valentine's Day @ 6pm) If that isn’t commitment, I don’t know what is.I can't imagine leaving here.
Trent Esker: I cannot say enough good things about the Benjamin! From the beautiful lobby & amenity spaces, to the extremely helpful, welcoming, and accommodating staff, to the stunning VIEWS, the Benjamin is truly a premier building to live in Seaport and all of Boston. Moving here from another state was stressful, but the Leasing Office made it an easy and seamless transition. Special shoutout to Jen and Lyndsey who helped me throughout the leasing process and continue to make the building feel like home.
Dr Reeves: Great service, including concerge and maintenance staff. Very attentive and professional. Excellent location, terrific gym, and outdoor firepits. Residents and staff are all courteous and friendly - a great environment.
Shivani Patlikh: Clean building with a gym and pool, attentive staff - Lyndsey and Jen are quick to answer emails/calls and helpful. Great views as well!
John Dolan: I am a real estate agent based in Boston and I always recommend The Benjamin Seaport to my clients looking for a luxury living experience in Boston's hottest neighborhood. I have worked closely with Jennifer Herrera, she has always delivered the highest level of service to my clients and residents alike. I highly recommend the Benjamin!
vez z.: I was here for an event at their 4th floor lounge- it was beautiful!
richard haley: Hope to live here sometime soon
Patricia MacDougall: I have rented at the Benjamin for 2.5 years, and recently signed a 15-month renewal. After touring numerous apartment buildings in the Seaport, I concluded that the Benjamin had the best location, best amenities, best services, best finishes, etc. Since living here, I have found the building to be meticulously maintained and cleaned. It is quiet, which is important in a pet-friendly building. The management team, Lauren, Jennifer, and Lindsey, are professional, friendly, and responsive, as is the maintenance team, JG, JS, and JP. The doorman, Jean, is a gem. The Benjamin is a great place to live!
Marissa Leavitt: I can’t say enough amazing things about The Benjamin; especially, Lauren and the rest of the amazing team!
mai quach: Great location, you name it; near major transportation, good restaurant, hotel, Trader's Joe, IcA museum, Children museum, the headquarter post office, luxury harbor, fresh air, a few minutes to Boston Financial District Center, Theatre and the most important is BJ Seaport as my favorite home ever thanks to the individual team, department of BJ, they make you feel multi-millionaire, everything is SUPERB! that I can't find anywhere. I must thank to all very much, especially Lauren, she has made BJ Seaport greater ever to stay. I have been here since opening 6 years ago.
Michael Slabine: The leasing team is super accommodating, responsive, and fun and easy to work with! The Benjamin is phenomenal and in a highly desirable location. The floor-to-ceiling windows and stunning views are a must-see!

Metro Housing|Boston: what do users think?
Barbara Paul: I am on housing from Metrohousing in boston and I was told that there are no more representatives so myself and fiancé is on disability he has onset adult myotonic dystrophy which means he can't climb stairs and we found a new place but it isn't ready yet the new place says I can't move in til July but housing is saying :The issue is that Metro cannot consider a new unit for inspection more than 60 days before a move-in date.I called and still don't understand what that means I ask for my rep and they say i don't have one what is that everyone has a rep
Rochelle Jacks: My experience with this agency can be summed up into one word. Useless. I have reached out several times only to be met with rejection. They claim to help those in need and I have seen nothing yet.
Jessica Reyes: Great ( MBHP ) Metro Housing, My family been with Metro 19 years.UPDATES: But there is one thing that I don’t like rite now is the leasing department because any leasing Reps, could work with my family paperwork’s and I don’t want that to no more. It’s been almost two months trying to get my rent change and my address they have to many questions about it and I am tired of explaining it to them by email and phone and I went in person to drop off all papers work and explain to them the reason why and still the same question about the address. Why can’t you guys give us are own leasing Rep ( Mrs,Ms. King, J ), like the old way sense your office was at Columbus Ave with Mass Ave Boston, Mass into you guys move to that location and change it doing COVID, please change it back to the old ways. IT WOULD BE MUCH BETTER.
benjamin flores: I have a bad experience with metro housing I gave them an apartment for a year and the lease we made has expiredAnd the tenants don't want to leave and they don't look for them where to goIn the same contract it says that I do not accept pets and they have 2 pitbulls and one of a different breedI am desperate with this situationThey never gave me a deposit and I fear they will destroy my apartmentThen they won't take chargeI call and no one answers the calls
Dominec Casselli: This is the worst organization ever! Their lack of communication is beyond anything I have ever witnessed. I had a potential tenant who had a section 8 voucher with METRO, and she was highly interested in my unit. She needed a place to live as she was going to be homeless. I filled out the transfer paper, and sent it quickly to METRO. I called and wrote emails, and never heard back from them: they refuse to respond. Given this horrid situation, I told the poor potential tenant that I am not interested because I am not willing to deal with METRO housing, and their unprofessionalism.
nunmazola: They do not call back or email back. NO ONE does anything until you send emails to the corporate people then. If you send out 7 emails and 15 calls about a eviction letter I got because they were not paying the rent. I have gotten 4 pin 5 years and not because of me I always pay my rent. They say their organization is there to help people that’s a joke! They moved to that big fancy building and now no one ever answers any requests. Maybe it’s time for channel 5 to get a call an investigation to begin see what these people are getting paid for cuz it isn’t to help people
Lisa Klinkenberg: If I could score zero stars, I would. Two hours on hold, asked a question on behalf of a client, and the rep started talking over me, yelling at me, and then hung up on me. After two hours on hold. I've never been treated so rudely or with such disrespect in all my time in this field. Completely unacceptable, Metro Housing. Either train your reps to self regulate, or find those who will.
Cherrelle Roberts: Moved me to north shore ...never did recertification, yet approved rent increase landlord requested. Cost of living is higher and I have been reaching out to housing for over a year, no response.
S Perry: New location looks great. If you need to contact a worker immediately it's better to go in person during walk in hours. I have always been able to reach out through email as well. If you send a email they do respond within 3-5 days. Depending on how quick you need to speak to someone just go to the office and be patient.
Ivanilde Dos Santos: This place of business has incompetent, unprofessional and rude staff working here!! Never answer phones or the wait is ridiculous long and the communication is lost in transition somehow. Called on Monday 2/13 to obtain some information and was advised to come into the office in person before 3pm and someone would assist. I left work early on Thursday 2/16 and made my way over there and arrived the office by 2:40pm only to find out they were closed for the day and was told to come back next day. The supervisor who I was trying to reach and who my tenant has been emailing was not there and never responds to emails. Very unprofessional. I couldn’t find a zero rating to give this palce.
Catherine McGaffigan: If I could give ZERO stars I would!! I've been trying to transfer my voucher to Kingston since November and no matter how much paperwork I do they don't do anything and they don't call you or email you. I've talked to so many people that couldn't give me answers. And now I'm in jeopardy of being homeless because they don't wanna work and say it's because of COVID!!!!! This is wrong and unprofessional at its finest. No one likes Metro Housing and you can see why!!!!
Nancy Velez: They don't answer the phone or emails!
Frances Belschner: My son had his voucher transferred there from Lowell.. he had secured an apartment a month ago, but has yet to be able to move in.. delay after delay he has provided all necessary paperwork and each time they add another went in to physical location today.. hope that helps.. people at front were fantastic
Rhoda Finnin: Awdome for low in come housing
Laticia Gaines: OMG the gateway takes forever to respond to you. You reach out to someone they never reach back out to you. They never pick up the phone I work from 8 o’clock am to 4:30pm sometimes 5pm so I can’t spend an hour waiting for someone to answer. They don’t appoint you a case worker. I am supposed to be moving in March in the new landlord has no idea where to send the paperwork. he can’t even get a response
Damaris Cintron: They ok
Cas Cooley: Worst service doesn't care about helping people.
Diana Ferrer: Leasing rep for my tenant has not responded to calls or emails since August 2022. It’s a 2+ hour wait to call the main office. I’ve emailed all staff contacts shown on website since November and no one responds. Not sure what to do at this point.
Sindy: If i could give zero I would…you go up on rent and not notify until the end of the year and expect to pay extra for back rent and increase and you haven’t even paid your portion now i have a notice for eviction how is this a place resourceful if i have to sit on the phone for over an hour to get something on the line? The email is useless no one responds and the office is barely open
Malden Rental: I have to say no one answer my phone or email about my two Rent Increase Request Forms which were emailed to them more than one month ago. However, it seems they process them on time. I went to their office and got the answers on my enquire today. People there are very nice and helpful. My suggestion is that you should visit their office if you have any questions.
Vanessa Ribeiro: They are horrible I honestly don’t know how this place is still up and running. You can never get help when it’s needed. Every time I try to reach out I have to physically go to the building to get help and then you sit there for 45 to an hour just for them to still be unorganized. If you try to call good luck they never answer the phones, put you on hold for over an hour, you email they don’t respond.

Boston University Housing: what do users think?
Lory M.: BU Housing is there for our BU terriers! These past two years my daughter has struggled sharing a room with her two roommates and it is caused her to feel depressed and anxious. When she found out that for third year she would be in the same situation, she started having a panic attack. I didn’t know what to say or do for her. I reached out to BU Housing as a concerned parent. Steve Prue, Director of Housing responded to my email on the same day. I really appreciated his concern and understanding for my daughter’s situation. He provided options and made no promises but was genuine in wanting to help my daughter. There was an opportunity for my daughter to be in a better room and dorm and she was offered it. She called me hopeful and looking forward to her junior year! This gave me peace of my mind and heart. My daughter and I are grateful to Steve and BU Housing. BU is my daughter’s dream school and for me to know and feel that BU cares about my daughter’s welfare means everything to me! BU cares about our terriers!!! Fantastic team at BU⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Lucia Banko: Amazing group of people. They genuinely care about the students.Big shout out to Steve Prue who personally got involved to help and was enormously supportive throughout the process.
Zakya Mouissat: My daughter was struggling with her accommodation for an entire month. A freshman international student. And after many calls to housing (without any responses); a big thanks to Mr Steve Prue who managed to fix our problem automatically. We were stressed to the point of almost pulling our daughter out of Boston University; as we are over 12,000km away from her. But he was such a huge help and a strong reliever of all the stress we had built up. Without the help of a fellow mother from the Facebook group chat, who directed me to approach Mr Prue, we would not have gotten anywhere in our situation. Thanks again to Mr Prue, greatly appreciated. As well as the mother in the groupchat.
Junia Janvier: Steve was able to quickly help reassign me to a new apartment, fulfilling all of my housing preferences, and I was also able to move in with a friend!
Hayden: Had to call multiple times for them to have to check with a supervisor every time, and for them to tell me they "accidentally archived my request." Took way too long to respond to emails.
Amanda Diaz Lopez: The housing team was really understanding and helpful when I presented my situation. They provided solutions and available options right away. In addition, they are easy to reach out and answer in short time.
Dani Augustin: Housing has helped accommodate my needs and has made sure that my needs are met in my space. They contacted me back very quickly and the overall process of switching dorms has been very easy!
Brooke: The Housing Team at BU has been so helpful, considerate and thorough. We so appreciate their help in navigating options and all of the requirements. Thank you!
Medardo Villarreal: As a BU student who was looking for help and accommodations when it came to the process of doing a Room Change Request, the staff were nothing but helpful! They made time to help me, and provided an immediate solution to my dilemma on the spot which I really appreciated! Additionally, they were really flexible when it came to working around my schedule as a student. Overall, they got rid of a lot of stress and made the processes I was going through way easier than anticipated!
Алиса Белоусова: BU housing replies look like random copy-pastes. Very difficult to get a simple question answered correctly
Robert M: My son had an issue with a vendor that is overseen by the BU Housing office. After trying for months to resolve the problem, one message to the Housing office resulted in the vendor immediately correcting the problem. The BU Housing office was easy to communicate with and highly responsive. Thank you!
Patricia Deyá: Great experience!
Ximena Walden: We had an amazing experience and very understanding staff that helped us and guide us thru the process.Very grateful for all the help provided.
Luis: I was not entirely happy with the housing option that we had requested and BU Housing (thank you Laura!!) helped us to relocate in one day! The new room is fully renovated and is the perfect setting for a great college experience.
blanton david: Through a two week process, Steve was in my corner, patient and trying to help me feel settled at BU. He did all he could and I am so grateful to have had him. He makes a 11,000 on campus university feel like a small country school. It’s amazing how much he cares about each student.
Sara Creato: The housing staff (especially Maha) were extremely helpful and allowed me to live in my ideal location on campus with a roommate that I get along really well with.
Casey Spring: I currently live in BU Grad housing and have shared almost all of the experiences other 1 star reviews have shared. The unit was extremely dirty when I moved in, the power goes out at least once a month, the wifi isn't good, the heat has problems working in the winter, the people in the housing office are not helpful, and the cost is WAY higher than what they allocate for in their budget. I thought I would avoid bad landlord experiences living in student housing but that unfortunately is not true. I also had mice on the fourth floor.
Printina Porchia: BU Housing has accommodated me extremely well over the years. Couldn't be happier with their help and kindness. Special thanks to Steve! He truly cares where students end up, so I appreciate him beyond belief. :)
Joseph Ka: Director Steve Prue and his team have been incredibly responsive and accommodating to my housing requests following an unfortunate study abroad situation. Very satisfied with the service.
Shaan Andalkar: They deal with a lot of things on a daily basis, but if you go to them and ask for help they will do their best. The people who work there really do care for peoples well-being’s.
Matthew Kuo: I have worked with Director Steve Prue the past couple years, whether it be with changes in housing assignment changes or move-in, and I can confidently say he has been incredibly flexible and put in a lot of effort to accomodate my various needs. He's truly caring about your requests and will work out a plan to make sure things go smoothly.

Harbor Point on the Bay Apartments: what do users think?
James Hughes: If I could give 0/5 I would. DO NOT RENT OR SIGN A LEASE HERE. Extremely overpriced and unsafe.1. The unresponsive and unprofessional behavior of the management team.2. Noise and disturbance from neighboring apartments, construction work3. The security of the apartment complex is terrible, with cases of car break-ins, package theft, and suspicious individuals on the premises and more. The "police" here who are a joke and are just mall cops with firearms harass the residents instead of providing them with any safety or protection.4. Outdated appliances, poor maintenance, and cleanliness problems, which suggest that the apartments may not be well-maintained.5. Lack of attention to tenant needs and concerns6. Management is cheap and is always looking for opportunities to squeeze money out of your pocket.7.Moisture and mold. You need a good dehumidifier to keep the room dry. I don't know why the air conditioner does not dehumidify in summer.8. The washing machine rooms are really dirty. No one cleans and disinfects washing machines regularly.9. Some staff members are rude and cannot provide effective help at all.10.Lack of staff.11. Rodent infested12. Theft and break ins13. Neighbors breaking into other residents apartments14. multiple shootings on the property15. multiple hit and runs on the property16. Residents threatening other residents17. Thin walls18. low quality repairs19. Officers are unprofessional, threatening, extremely rude and disrespectful.20. Constant unprovoked fire alarms21. DIRTY and trash every where22. Abusive neighbors23. Continues to rent to residents who are a threat to the community24. No control of the smoking in the residencies25. No consistency in the management or security26. Awful smellThe list goes on...
Jay K: Absolutely garbage. Small rooms, exorbitant prices and very thin walls. Don't live here unless you're fan of noise day in and day out
Mírela Cabalero: STAY AWAY1) Expensive & will keep increasing without any boundaries. They will charge you for anything and everything with or without your consent. They will increase rent without your consent. No matter when you signed. They will take you to court if you don’t pay. There’s no negotiating or answering your questions, literally just pay for any and all fees however ridiculous they may be or get evicted.2) Rats everywhere, despite Justin Holstroms replies to everyone’s comments. It’s never fixed.3) Extremely rude, harassing , threatening to evict you every 5 min management office, will take you to court on false claims. You would think after so many people on here complaining that they’re rude, and Justin H. replying they would have fixed at least their own behavior, but nope. They really just don’t care as long as they have your money. They took me to court and I was able to prove that they were lying so they had to drop it, that’s how deceiving they are.4)Broken plumbing everywhere.5) They will make your life even more miserable if you try to give them a bad review or complain at all. This place offers residents cash prices for good reviews so don’t trust their 5 stars it’s really a -10 but they don’t have that score.
Breanna Lewis: Very rude management. Fire alarm went off at 5:30am and then again at 7am. The second time, the fire alarm wasn't turned off for over an hour. When I finally called the management office at 8am, just asking for some information, the person on the line was extremely rude to me from the start, telling me that she just saw the fire department pull in. When I asked her if she knew anything else, because actually the fire department was here at 7am but left the fire alarm on, she snapped at me and just repeated what she had said, only somehow more rude.Everyone in my apartment building had to sit with the fire alarm going off in the hallways, as well as our individual apartments for over an hour after the fire department left the first time, so I don't think the question was unwarranted.
Abhishek Mahindrakar: These apartments are right by the bay. Best for runners and people who love to live by the waters. The apartments are a bit on the older side but everything else is a plus.
sm7ma: so much to explore... inside and outside.
William Goolsby: Great place to live . I live in the Public Safety Building. All staff and tenants are very friendly. Been here almost6 years, no complaints.
Kelhyn Pesantez: Terrible experience I would not recommend anyone ever moving here. Maintenance is terrible they don’t care if you have problems or not. I’ve had problems with my apartment since day one. I had mice in my apartment the first 6 months I moved in and management didn’t do anything about it and the moment I refused to pay rent because I wanted the situation resolved they told me they would take me to court and there was nothing they could do about the mouse problem (until this day I still have issues with mice as you can see in the picture below this was taken only a week ago). I until this day don’t have a functioning mailbox key. This complex charges you for anything they possibly can. They charge $50 to open your door if you forgot your key even though they have a master key (which I fine insane!). Also, I have rights to 2 parking spaces (only using 1 currently) and I tried to add my boyfriend and they told me I had to pay a $250 fee to add him to the lease to give him a parking sticker plus the $20 to get the sticker for someone who is only coming over the weekends and we’re just trying to avoid the $10 overnight parking pass every night. I CANNOT EMPHASIZE ENOUGH DO NOT RENT AT THIS COMPLEX THEY WILL MAKE YOUR LIFE A LIVING HELL!
Chans View bomh1029: #waterlife #boston #dorchester #relaxing #medacate #medatate #love #bostonharbor
John James: If you value your well being and your valuables, do not move here. Did a year lease and it was terrible. Very loud complex, management here is terrible, and on top of all that my roommates car was stolen and I’ve had multiple packages stolen. When you try to dispute this with management, they fail to mention that the security cameras right in front of the buildings do not work so anyone can come and steal your packages or groceries. The apartments are right on top of eachother and you can literally hear the whole conversation your neighbor is having next door. Out of convenience regarding the close proximity to boston and other universities it’s decent. Quality wise it’s terrible. The Buildings were built in to 70’s or 80’s so everything is very outdated. They try to overprice with the enticement of the amenities but it’s not worth it. My rent was $2340 for a two bed two ba as of 2021 and they are now charging over $3,000 for the same unit and deem the complex as “luxury” because of the amenities. Do not waste your money or time with this complex or this management team.. And did I forget to mention that there are mice everywhere? No matter how new or updated your building may look, they are there. Look out for them at night..
Ksenia Acquaviva: Horrible customer service in both the leasing center and call center. The message you get is that they don't really care if you want to apply to live there or not. The area around the complex is hostile and non-walkable. No trees, large industrial land masses, tons of traffic. Do not recommend.
Thuan Tran: Great to swim
郑珠峰: Stay away from this apartments. Many comments have mentioned their terrible management and unreasonable fees. One more thing need to be mentioned is their terrible living conditions. During the time I live here, the water in master room bathroom leaks 3 times, even no one lives in master room and no one uses this bathroom. The most serious situation is the rug in master room are all soaked by water. Besides that, their apartment looks so old, like build in last century.
Calvin Cox: Generally this is a decent apartment complex that may run slightly more expensive than most, though I have to mention they have been pretty fair these last two yesrs based on overall market. Our room is larger than most rooms we could get anywhere else for much less green space outside, which we need for our pet. Maintenance has only ever taken forever on one minor request, and when either the heat or the AC is on it is ON. (AC is NOT year round) Very very minor mouse issue where we basically have to throw one out bc it got caught in a trap under the range every 4 months or so (haven't seen or heard a live one in 9 months). Next to no bug issues. Best conditions I've had anywhere to be frank.Security here is occasionally a little too tight when it comes to the gym. I've been harassed (like forreal) for trying to do my workout when my fob worked and I was on the little list the attendant had. (And I visit frequently??) We got that worked out I guess. Gym lacks bench bar and squat rack (just smith) but has everything else. You can be assured that amenities and parking are being maintained mainly for tenants only with great prejudice, so sometimes we gon get burned. As far as luxury goes I'd say kind of, not with college students that are not really quiet during what would be a working professional's quiet time. If it's not the students it's the dogs (I should include mine occasionally). I've just concluded the walls are just a little thin. Ratio of students to professionals & retirees is prolly 60/40, and *not separated by floor based on that or owning pets. (*From what I've seen)Appliances and all that are par for the price (satisfactory, nothing that looks fancy) laundry is 10000% communal, you will not have a unit in a high rise apt. If you have a car there is plenty of parking, even during snow emergencies. People fly around the complex unfortunately.Pets. Generally good place to have pets. Most owners expect other dogs to be on a leash (personally I like this) dog park in the back by the small shoreline and an absurd amount of green space around the Apts. There are poo posts that are usually filled with bags to pick up mess. My dog is generally chill, but big. Lots of owners don't have big dogs and come to the park with their Mercedes Shih Tzu with the idea that dog play is soft and cute, and dogs will never bark or yelp. Avoid these folks and there are enough of the others to have a good time.Transportation is lacking. The 8 is occasionally not there, late, or canceled during the day but reliable leaving in the morning. Red line is a 15 min walk down a road that looks much longer. If someone asked me I'd say this place has access to the red line but it's not "on" it per se, especially with the 8/16 playing around. Ymmv based on how you commute. All that said, I just signed a lease for another year. This place is better than most. Luxury? Maybe not, but better than most for the price. Plenty more to share, just ask.
Helena Pérez: There are mice all over this place , houses are oooold , and bathrooms are always clogged. Management is uncivilized to say the least, this place is not worth a third of what they charge.
Amanda Rivas: I grew up in Harbor point, even before when it was Columbia point. My family even worked for harbor points management company. When I called I had high expectations, but was let down. The incompetent receptionist told me to call back next week with questions. Yea, I’m going to pass! Thanks
Jessie James: The landlord shut off my electricity because I gave a bad review on a survey about Management and I told them that I liked leasing better than management. The landlord got the maintenance man to unplug the whole outlet outside of my apartment so that I could not use it to charge my phone in case had a medical emergency. This is a violation of Massachusetts general law chapter 186 subsection 14 and it is a violation of the Americans with disability act. I am in the process of suing the landlord. I sent a message to Morgan and Morgan be on TV all the time.
Jean-Luc: Too expensive for the poor maintenance. Trash and packages everywhere. Luxury prices with no luxury service. Not one star since I live the fitness center and the staff over there. Great job over.
Alexandra Santiago: Im feeling very inbetween on this residence. I just placed myself on a waiting list but i feel a lack in communication. I have a couple of worries but the residence looks beautiful. Reading these reviews have me feeling even more inbetween. Anyone have any advice?
Jose Cuevas: nice place
Neil Maraj: I have lived at HP for almost 4 years and can say that the quality of life has certainly deteriorated from bad to worse. I recently switched apartments and on move in there were a host of issues with the apartment. And has taken almost two and a half months to complete the work orders. The sub contractors that's preparing the apartment for new tenant move in; The quality of workmanship is extremely poor, one can actually see where have been patched up. Its ugly and unacceptable.

Volunteers of America: what do users think?
Aaron Bishop: Say they been helping people for 125 years. But there Hello house a women's half way is nothing but putting serious women in danger by allowing people to get high and drunk and still be at the house which in turn puts the more serious people in jeopardy. Its not a safe place if your really looking to recover. Women beware if your looking for serious recovery and really trying to make it don't go to there hello house in Dorchester ma. You should be ashamed of the way you handle peoples lives

Bay Cove Human Services: what do users think?
Lindsey B: Great discreet location, easy access to public transit, walking distance to many Boston landmarks and neighborhoods. Excellent programs and services and respectful, knowledgeable and truly caring staff. Cannot recommend it enough. Bay Cove has been truly life-changing!
Kristi Harris: Great staff and safe place to begin recovery.
Kristen L: Tried to get help for my daughter in crisis, this place only helps those on masshealth or no insurance! So much for being a hard working American paying good money for health insurance only to be turned away in a time of crisis! The woman who I spoke with hung up on me when I asked why they offer help but aren’t helping. F^€K this place!!!!! 🤬🤬🤬 NO COMPASSION HERE!!!!!
kathy gaito: I have had emergency service when my son syc breaks only made it worse when they sent someone who wasn't even from there someone who shows up and had no comparison and new my son was hereing voices said she would have someone call him for 3days and the time before that's to many police and she's not even making things better I'm a mother who was trying to get my son help go to the emergency room you would have some results.
Emerson D: Nice women, but completely useless and force clients to stay in Emergency Departments for days to be assessed and often pack mental health patients in with the Mass/Cass ex-felon homeless population, ie. Arbour Quincy Inpatient.
Robin gabriel: They pay my rent and other monthly bills late! And sometime not at all! I was almost evicted once, and had to come up with the money all by myself on a fixed income!! They are horrible as a payee service!! The worst!! If It was possible to give them ZERO stars...I WOULD!!!
Luis Santiago: Helpful nice people
Leann Jones: To whom it may concern:Good afternoon, I would like to address a concern I had when recently visiting your Hyannis Emergency Crisis Location for mental health services. The first thing that was brought to my attention was the lack of privacy the staff have. While I was waiting to be seen, I could hear the conversations of multiple staff members on the second floor discussing client’s personal information along with hearing staff members over share private details of their own life. I could also hear animals in the building and heard multiple dogs barking which was very distracting to me as I was being met with for an assessment. As I was leaving the building I noticed multiple bags near the front door and upon further inspection realized they were doggy bags filled with poop. While I am very pleased with the services I received, the environment was very unprofessional.Thanks,L.J.
Amy Harris: I am very grateful to BayCove for a 39 year career in addictions. I was saddened when and how they closed the program which I directed and was very saddened when it was told to me that they said "I ran the program into the ground" however I forgave those who said that and recommend the company to anyone considering working there
Julienne Mattie: Would love to see reviews on clients success stories but not offered on the site. Program could of done better during the pandemic.
DOWN FIVE: Kind people. Your Kind of people.
Melissa Haletky: Have yet to ho.
MS. A. Ranks: Under Construction incomparable interior rennovations to the nearby properties included in town zones. 😀
Susan Gotimer: Employees are very friendly and recommend them highly!!❤️
Keith Encarnacao: Very unprofessional, rude staff, offers no resources to help better yourself
Yolanda Moore: Baycove is a medical facility that gives there client's methadone to help them with cravings for opioid use. At baycove they make you feel welcomed, and very comfortable. Some people who try methadone for the first time are nervous and overwhelmed, but the staff at baycove take all of your fears and anxieties away. I recommend baycove to anyone who is struggling with opioid use and want to get clean, and you can always try it out and if you don't think methadone is right for you they will help you find another alternative that you can try and see what works best for you. Give baycove a try, I don't think you will be disappointed...
Maria Cassarino: Bay cove is a mental health/methadone clinic that has been providing services for many years and saving lives in the process.
Lala Angel: Its great place
Tara Chartier: Most helpful on the planet
Elizabeth Hanscom: ALWAYS Opened too Help.
YIKES KAT: Every Clinician has been let go or has resigned. Security Staff run the place really. And most of them have been there less thsn 2 years. And nursing. Dont bother learning names just get and get out.Canal Street location.
