Underground Express Souvenir Shop: what do users think?
Bernadeth Cantor: My second time buying souvenirs from these shop, 🤗 Thanks to the owner for assisting me find good stuffs, (affordable too!), my relatives loved everything I bought here! Thank you!
Mhaye Balindan: Wow! Nice store nice selection and very fast service. Will be coming back!
maluPEYT XD: #1 souvenir shop for me!! They have huge variety of very cool items to buy. Will definitely come back for sure ♥️♥️♥️
Carlos&Tina Garcia: Very rude and unappreciative of their customers. Didn't ring up all of my items, but when confronted, easily found my missing items. Told me, "oh well, life goes on," but then people wonder why smaller establishments can't contend for very long. I will definitely continue my shopping in other shops who appreciate the business.
Antonio Gallego: El mejor de Boston y tiene de todo y con mucha amabilidad con los trabajadores
blanca delgado: Good service and a lot of very good souvenirs.
Stéphane Roy: A very good store for your souvenir purchases. A huge choice, cheap prices and helpful owners: I recommend.
Soleng Cuizon: Definitely a must go souvenir shop in Boston and conveniently located as well. The owner he’s very kind and welcoming. There’s a lot of souvenir options with reasonable prices. They keeps an excellent store with a huge variety of very cool items to buy and look at.
la modéliste (brit cantor): By far the best souvenir store in downtown boston! I bought my Harvard sweatshirt and Celtic shirts in here. They have it all there! When I go back to boston I will surely visit Underground Express again! ❤️
Jack Bauer: The owner of the shop, Karl is a very unpleasant man. Within the first 30 seconds of speaking to him, he passed judgment on me and the kids in the neighborhood. His products are very cheaply made, and of poor quality. When you have an issue with a product, Karl is not very helpful, and seems to use his deep seeded anger as a weapon to get you to drop your concerns. I would not recommend visiting his shop. My wife also noticed that the shop is dirty and has a funky smell.
Melissa Gray: Such a joke! I paid for 4 shot glasses and 2 Keychains. Total of 6 items. They charged me for 8 items. They double charged me! Definitely taking advanced of tourist's. I am definitely calling on Monday to get a refund on these 2 items. Unbelievable.
Jon Stamos: Little souvenir shop. Shop keeper was very nice. Fair prices too
Betty Lei: Just got scammed from them. Bought three items and only received two. They somehow removed one of the items before putting the rest in the bag. Don’t make the mistake in shopping here.Edit: I went back to the store and received my item with no issues.
Konstantinos Papadakis: Usually people in these kind of stores are rude. I found both the lady with the glasses and the gentleman very polite and ready to find you whatever you ask. I was very happy with it.
KIDIST WELDEYES: I love this gift shop they had everything postcard Boston T-shirt Harvard MAT ear-piercing to Everting They had the best Halloween costume too
Ingrid Hernandez: Good Store! Nice prices
Rosemarie Forto-Whitemiller: OMG! I'm so happy that I found this store. I needed souvenirs for my colleagues in Chicago. They have lots of cool stuff. Personally I bought some Harvard sweatshirts, a couple of Boston themed coffee cups, and some T-Shirts. It's a one stop gift shop! Staff are friendly and very helpful too! I definitely come back here!
Mayflor Volker: I love this place a lot , lots of souvenir stuff , they have luggage storage , they have western union you wanna pay your bill you name it . Highly recommended. !!!
Dan Whitemiller: Great selection and great prices!
Vasalamujyamaloba Gadesalokavumay: STUFF IS VERY KIND

The Garment District: what do users think?
Gina Jadelis: One of the best vintage stores I’ve ever been to. A huge selection especially of 70-90s clothes. Clothes are organized by decade and color so sizing is a little tough (which is always a struggle with vintage clothes anyways) and there was a lack of sports team gear which I found surprising. Prices were reasonable. Would definitely recommend.
Lee Schiphorst: Fun second hand store, got some nice clothes from the pile :)
Pat Link: A little on the pricey side as far as thrift stores go, this is a unique experience with a very interesting collection for you to peruse. I didn't realize this was above their costume store, which is very entertaining to look at. I suggest visiting and if you find joy in a piece of clothing, go for it. This place clearly deserves support!
Simon Gorelkin: Best emotions!
Sammie Annie: So the first floor is absolutely disgusting. the 2 dollar per pound genuinely left my mouth wide open. the clothes are all over the floor and people are just stepping all over them? and then deciding they want to buy them? so gross and dirty my skin started crawling.the second floor however was a lot more acceptable. things were actually on racks. i found a cool vintage leather jacket for a reasonable price. it was missing a button though so ? but it’s from the 80s so whatever. i guess i’ll just find someone who knows how to sew. i would return for the second floor but god NOT the first floor.
Sarah Daigle: This place is amazing, nough said.
Jean Roman: Good place to bargain hunt for clothes or thrift shop!
Monica Renaud: This place is vintage, thrift, costume and one of a kind pieces all at once. It is well organized. Am sure I'll find a new treasure the next time I visit!
Wynter Aiguier: Love walking around and looking at the different stuff
Holly Buehlmann: Great Spot to thrift if you are looking for higher end stuff. It's definitely a lot more expensive than a goodwill or savers.
Ann Thomson: Love ❤️ this place!!!!!! A must go all bargain shoppers!!!
Richard Cadet: Great staff
Bryn Weiler: Wide selection of fairly priced and high quality vintage/used clothing. By the pound is the best as well!
Robin Beaulieu: Second time I visited here, & always leave myself short on time to really go through the 'pick a pile' section. It takes a semi-work out to really 'dig-out' a gem but they ARE to be had, you just have to scout them out. Special shout out to Charlotte at the checkout, she was so kool in sharing some additional info. regarding thrift salvage in the area, & a unique spirit :) Wow to the vintage offerings, & the costume departments too. I walked away w/ two tailored pants, a lrg tee-shirt, & a sports bra all for $4. What a deal!
Claire Navis: best thrift store in Boston, also was recommended from a local
Edward Mostone: Friendly staff
Colleen Childs: Lots of wonderful stuff
Michael and Steve: Great variety of clothing to choose from. Reasonably priced.
bianca bello: I had high hopes and remember it being nicer and more affordable when I lived here years ago, but the prices now (fast fashion tops for $14-$20) and the…sewage?…smell made me never want to return :(
ulises palafox: Me encanta este lugar, nunca sabes lo que puedes encontrar
Anna Woods: I wanted to like this place and I tried really hard it’s just a little overpriced for what it is I recommend goodwill unless you want to dig through the hellacious clothing mound

December Thieves: what do users think?
S S: Unfortunately, the receipt of my order was problematic due to UPS related handling / delivery issues. However, December Thieves management promptly addressed and resolved UPS failure to process and deliver my package. Fortunately, I received my significantly delayed order immediately following December Thieves proactive actions. I highly commend management for their professional, personable, and quality customer service (which of course, is vital to maintaining established customers, cultivating new ones, and increasing business productivity and revenue).
Nicholas Mahoney: I got a cool Medusa ring from here a few months ago I was very pleased with the service that the staff provided. All the items here absolutely beautiful I would definitely recommend coming here for gift's 🤯🤓
Secret Santa: I love this store! The service is amazing and it had absolutely everything I needed. I'm definitely going to make it my go-to shop and I recommend it for all.
E Will: Wonderfully refreshing modern women store with one of a kind wearable’s. Wish I lived closer so I could visit often as their inventory changes.
Kristine Fitts: My daughters and I traveled to Boston from Alabama on our way to Martha’s Vineyard. The XV Beacon where we stayed offered car service so we had them drop us off on Charles Street (our driver’s suggestion!). We set out going in and out of all the cute shops but we were awestruck by December Thieves windows! So we went in to shop and did not leave empty-handed! It would be impossible to! Their designers are so forward, all the pieces are beautiful and unique. Great shoes, great jewelry and fun and funky accessories (a lacquered tray is next on my purchase list). I bought a long flowy black dress by a Russian designer that is out of this world fabulous! I can hardly wait to wear it. The sister store is as wonderful-the home goods and accessories are way a cut above your typical gift shop. My daughter bought a straw backpack tote with leather straps that is lightweight and great looking on. I bought several fragrances and a wonderful travel size lavender hand sanitizer. YOU MUST have something gift wrapped too. Another cut above! So glad I can continue shopping these two stores online! I wish I had taken a photo of the windows-you must see for yourself though! So go!!!!!
Sandro Consoli: Great curated collection of up-and-coming designers. Unique pieces and good vibe. 👍
Liz Woodall: Great store, such unique items - I love it. And fantastic customer service, I made a mistake (my own fault) during my online order and they resolved my issue so quickly - I was very grateful
Niki Vale - Fine California Homes - Real Estate: Edgy, divine, sophisticated, gorgeous leather, home, accessories, kids, gift, Best of Boston cuz it is everything!
Local Maker: I've shopped both locations on Charles Street (51 and 88) in Beacon Hill and LOVE both shops. The products are so well curated and are super unique, most are from small designers in Europe and you won't see these pieces anywhere else. Everyone working in the stores are friendly, helpful and have amazing style. No doubt you will love it there.
Alice H.: This is definitely my go to store in Boston for home & lifestyle(they have a sister store focused on fashion just a few doors down)! An amazing independent shop that features global Emerging designers. Edgy, creative, unique, stylish one of a kind pieces curated specially by the owner herself! I've decorated not only my apartment with the beautiful trays, exotic glassware and candles but have also given a few pieces as gifts. Best of Boston 4 yrs in a row!
Elizabeth Christie: Very cute shop. Worker was very friendly.
colleen clark: Do I really want everyone to know about this magical place? Or should I keep it my little secret. Oh snap. I forgot, they do win Best of Boston every year, and my faves sell out fast, so...If you are a member of the Tribe of Heist, you'll know it at first breath. Your moment of curiosity (windows = art) will be feeding your imagination an hour later. Try leaving with just one delightful wardrobe-changer. Just try. If you're successful, share your secret. I'll be at sister store, December Thieves, my first love.

Riccardi: what do users think?
Miche Dorce: Friendly staff and always has what I'm looking for
branden morris: Nyce.
Brandon Harmon: I'm sitting here reading the reviews and honestly cant even begin to imagine some of the stuff people wrote...Let's start off with customer service, I've been shopping at Ricciardi for at least 5 years, and every time I've walked in, they've never once made me feel like I "don't belong in there" or rude. All employees have gone out of there way to help me find what I am looking for, explain and describe items/designers I was unaware of, and also provide alternatives or other pieces I may have interest in (over the years, they've kept an eye on what I like and know exactly what to offer me). Nowadays, Riccardo and the team are homies, I feel comfortable going in to browse, purchase, OR just say hi.I've been in Boston my entire life. I've traveled to major cities across the US and I can truly say that Riccardi is one of a kind. Boston doesn't get as much as NYC or LA, but Boston has Riccardi.P.S. I'm also Asian... Never experienced any of the BS claimed by other reviewers...
Abdullah B: Shout out to Kevin and house of style. I like the service and they even delivered to my house so I don’t have to go in to shop sometimes. I wish they had a stronger online presence because sometimes I want select pieces and instead of buying online I could go to Ricardi and try it on, so I want to know what’s available beforehand. I suppose you can just call and ask because they are very responsive by phone. I like this place and have been a patron for a while now.
Cora Towne-Andrews: Walked in already feeling like I was on an impossible mission. (Holiday shopping). I was immediately greeted and felt welcomed. I explained what I was looking for and Ricardo jumped to the task. He was eager to help and very obviously passionate about his business. I was very appreciative of his patience during my decision making process. And, his final suggestion was a HOME RUN. Left with 2 pieces and will definitely be back.
Anthony: They always have the latest drip 💧
Bella W: Rudest customer service I have experienced. I believe his name is Michael. I don't understand how this is acceptable at a supposedly high end store. I have shopped at many luxury stores before but this place has got to be the worst I have ever experienced. Really sad how you would probably get better customer service at Mcdonalds. Also, I don't understand why they put up many items in the store and when asked about it, it's not for sale but for employees?...make it make sense.
Christina Y: I came here on my birthday hoping to buy something to treat myself. Somebody with orange sunglasses "helped" me. I was interested in a certain item and I pointed one in particular and he said it was a $3k cashmere sweater. I could not tell if he was trying to be sarcastic but he sounded rude. If that was the case, how does he know what I can or can't afford.. I have never experienced this bad of customer service in my life. He was not friendly whatsoever and was not eager to help. People like him should not be working a customer service position at a luxury store. His kind of attitude is an embarrassment for the company.
John: If you’re into high fashion, this is the best store in Boston hands down. No reason to go to a mall for designer clothing, when Riccardi has it all. Been shopping here for years, and the customer service is always great. Can’t wait to shop the new 21’ collections, maybe get a CH new ring!
Kyle P.: Good spot.
julie burns: if you want the newest dopest trends. this is the place.
Adrian Javier: Went to visit a friend Boston and checked out this store while walking around. Employees were super helpful and I ended buying 2 items from them. Will definitely be back when I visit Boston again!
Sean Poore: Staff here is super helpful and kind.
Hari Perisic: Y'all can definitely find some great gear @ Riccardi.. everything except TYLER JEANS
Sol Han: Great products, fire interior design, friendly staff. Easily deserves 6/5 stars.
Nicholas Teneriello: Best selection in Boston
Joshua Schegolev: Riccardi is my go to shop for any fashion needs. They constantly have the latest and greatest. Highly recommend!
Alexx Perez acc2: do they have off white belt like a strap
Kenzie Meads: seriously my favorite store! I make sure to stop in every time i’m in boston (: they always have the best and newest pieces u can’t find anywhere but online! amazing owner & employees x highly recommend, never disappoints!
yippy “yippy” yippy: I bought a 500$ sweatshirt for a friend for his birthday but it was to big,so I brought it back to the store in exchange for a paper 'credit' receipt instead of a refund. That is fine with me;,but unfortunately, I lost the piece of the receipt a week later.I contacted the store in-person right away for a new credit gift card in hope that I could spend it on something else but Mr. Ricardi responded that they "don't" have my information in the system;therefore could not do anything. As a customer who have purchased many items for many years from Ricardi, this is unacceptable! I rather shop at Barney's or Saks where they could solve this problem professionally.
Kevin Coelho: I was shopping there and I bought my cdg converse there. But the people are rude they had these Asian people working behind the counter and they were somewhat rude to people that weren’t Asian. They do have somewhere to leave your juul to charge it tho which is nice

Shake the Tree: what do users think?
Emma: Belle boutique avec pleins de petits objets de décoration ou vêtements très mignons. Les prix sont ceux de Boston, un peu cher. La boutique est bien agencé.
Meghan Barnes: The best gift shop in Boston. Fact!
Kelly Miller: My family and I always love to stop in here. They have a wonderful and wide selection of items. I recently purchased a winter hat from this store. It was a little expensive but after wearing it I have found that it is best quality hat I have ever owned. Will be back in the future!!
Ashley Johns: Great gift shop, the owner really has a great eye and keeps it fresh. Gotta say my favorite time of the year here is the holidays because her ornament selection is so unique and good. I’ve purchased frames, books, cards, vases, candles, candy bars etc. as gifts from here. Really great options if you are in a pinch for that certain person you can cheap out on gift wise but you need to not spend a ton. This place is the perfect in between.
thomas leonard: Professional pleasant and willing to be of assistance THANK YOU 🙏
Maria Barney: Yes it’s pricey but the collection of items is unique. The jewelry items are lovely and the home decor varies from candles to macrame to baskets and more.
Marissa Hellzen: Found so many awesome on trend, yet timeless pieces!
Aileen: Customer service was incredibly disappointing, not a reflection of the quintessential north end friendliness.I stopped in last week to pick up a present for my friend's thesis exhibit at massart after picking up dinner from Pauli's next door. Having previously worked in higher end retail on Newbury, you couldn't give me enough discounts to come in this store, see below1. The saleswoman didn't greet me, she was the only one in the store.2. Didn't ask me if I needed any help or why I was stopping in.3. it was awkward as hell from there.4. I tried making conversation with her about why I was buying the paper weight and she ignored me.5. I asked her how long this has been in the north end, I just moved down the street a couple months ago - with a snarky reply "15 years"6. I asked, "oh.. okay, is this a new store front" ... I already knew the answer, I order from Pauli's 3-4 times a week.Do better, ladies. Please.
Chris Ferry: This place has some amazing customer service, along with a great selection of items. A hidden gem in the North End.
Carolyn Anne: This is my favorite boutique in the North End. It has such a great mix of home accessories, jewelry, and clothes. The prices are a little expensive, but overall it is worth a visit.
Andrea Frey: On a recent trip to Boston I found this little gem in the North End. I loved everything in the store and bough a great sweater and scarf. I want to take another trip back to Boston just to shop here again. It's the perfect mix of on-trend clothing, accessories and cute house wears.
Brittany Jarabek: Favorite boutique we found in Boston.

We Thieves: what do users think?
Amna Abudyak: Great collection and very helpful staff (thanks Sandra!). Would recommend to those interested in vintage items
Marcia Chemim: I am so pleased with my overall experience at we thieves. The collection they offer are extremely high quality and unique. Today, i am finding myself wanting to wear every piece that I purchased. I am very happy that I found you guys! I am looking forward to purchasing all my next pieces of clothing here.
Holly Fritz: Everything in this shop is so well curated. Sandra has a great eye and I know I'm always going to find interesting and unique pieces when I shop there.
Dru Forbes: It's called We Thieves because they rob you on the pricing. Ex: Blazer, comes with lipstick stain, dirt and grime for only $108 dollars.
S C: I bought a fantastic, authentically vintage couture YSL dress for a party....got so many compliments. The owner has a great eye for timeless fashion and totally helped me put together a great outfit with accessories. The best part is there is always something new..(well new to me) to browse. Highly recommend!
Fionnuala Walsh: Such a cool store ...styled and curated with the most gorgeous pieces of unique designs and vintage goods. Found the most wonderful pair of jeans that were worn and faded to perfection. The assistants were so helpful, knowledgable and genuinely friendly. I will be back....there's a silk skirt calling my name!
brittany lajoie: Always something new, beautiful store. Smells good too!

Die With Your Boots On: what do users think?
Not Your Business: I love this store and it is another must when we travel to Salem. I appreciate that it's a large space, you can move and walk around without feeling overwhelmed or like you have to move if someone needed to get by. Plenty of space for all of us! The racks can be a little stuffed, I do hope they will work on that to make it easier to navigate. I also appreciate that the employees are friendly and helpful, but not pushy, always seems more like hanging with friends when you talk to them. They don't make you feel bad for not buying something or for only buying a little, which is also appreciated. They have created a welcoming store where one can feel free to just exist and shop 3
Jon schirmacher: Great gothy fashion place with boots (if you can believe it), shirts, harnesses, dresses, pins, patches, etc. Super friendly staff and a cool atmosphere! Definitely worth a visit if you're in Salem!
Ron: Incredibly friendly staff! Awesome t-shirts, goth clothes, stickers, pins, and of course boots. Bought a great t shirt from the movie They Live, a belt, and pin. If you are into hard to find t shirts, goth wear, great stickers, finding new and unique treasures or something new go here now!
Sierra Clark: Cute stuff but not a single person spoke to us. I went to the shoes 5 times and received no help. I looked stupid standing around waiting for anyone, but the clerk was just on their phone. Just because your a well known store doesn’t mean you can ignore people.
William Sparks: A must-visit for anyone coming to Salem, with a ton of incredible and unique clothing items. From t-shirts, to dresses', to boots, to anything in-between. Staff and location is very nice.
Juliana Galvez: The people there were pretty nice and it wasn’t too expensive :) The things I found were so so cute as well. Definitely recommend
geminibutts: I have never been in the store, I ordered online, but the items were of amazing quality (the fabric is so nice!!) and I absolutely love that some of the models have body types like mine. It's much easier shopping when you see what an item might look like on your body type. ALL of the items fit perfectly, and they all look iconic. The selection was wonderful!
G: They have a lot of trans flag stuff here.Unfortunately it's only for trans masculine folx.Wish they had more feminine clothing with trans flags.Sadly I'm going to have to buy my stuff on Amazon.
Sophie Haynes: This place is amazing!
Vanessa Ellis: Love the aesthetic, and there were some really unique items here. The employees were friendly and helpful when I visited. The wings on the wall are a great photo op too.
Veronica “Ronnie” Valentin Astacio: Nice people, a lot more of femme presenting clothing but there were some nice button-ups. There's also some exclusive products from local small businesses.
Christoph Mclaughlin: Nice alt clothes shop, a bit expensive but a nice shop
Frank Kane: Cool place in Salem massachusetts.
Sharon Bornas: It's the perfect place for black clothes. It's pretty all they had but a large variety of different items. They have sweaters, capes, leggings pants and other clothing. The clothing is stylish and comfortable.
Taylor Fuchs: The store is awesome and has super friendly staff! Even better, when you order online the staff packages everything so neatly and it arrives within a week of ordering. There was even a time where I contacted them about sizing for a dress and they were so helpful and responded very quickly!
Megan Stanton: Hands down my favorite shop in salem! I could have shopped here all day. I’ll definitely be ordering online. Loved the setup as well
Donna Moran: Wonderful owners and staff. I was there for special event book release of new author Dan LeFever. Check his book out The Ashen War. The store has a great selection of clothing that caters to all things black. . The owners and staff are very supportive of the arts community in Salem and area.
Roxy D: Going to Salem has been a life long dream of mine. I curated a very specific list of things to do and see while there and DWYBO was one of the top items on my list as I love the shop and have been a huge fan of it for several years now. I've only ever been able to shop online til this week.I went in on the afternoon of Monday 9/26 (i see another review from that day and dont know that person but feel for them as well).I don't know if it was just me, the fact I was dressed touristy (i love to dress on theme), it looked like I wasn't buying much (when in reality I was also picking up a $140 order I placed prior to flying in while I was there) or the person just really isn't that friendly but customer service sucked.I was never greeted, no one ever asked if I needed help (there was maybe 2 people in the store) and the person at the front (red hair) was really rude. I mean like really rude. Dismissive of my question as they didn't have an answer. It was clear they didn't want to find an answer either. Unresponsive to my small talk. Literally just wanted to bark my total at me.It may seem silly but it really put a cloud over my day. They need to be trained in proper customer service. How I was treated was really not cool and I expected better from this store.
MkMG09: - staff were not friendly, at least not to me. Walked in and was the only person there, no one greeted me or even gave me the time of day but everyone else was greeted and helped that walked in after me.- place was clean and organized.- nice selection of items to buy for women, not so much for men.- prices normal for this style of clothing.- overall not a great shopping experience at this location honestly.
Mary Ann Duck: Wanted to try on article of clothing. Was told to go up to check out counter to see sales person. While I was in line sales person brought up customers to try on clothing. When I asked her why she sent me to the front of the store she denied it. Then she gave me a number to try on clothing. I tried it on and put it back on the rack. I'll find it on Amazon!
Ming Diao: It was awesome

Buffalo Exchange: what do users think?
kim haywood: I tried again.. To see if anything had changed at Buffalo Exchange.. One word Nope!..Still the same racist store. To the Blond Manger with streaks its Buffalo Exchange ..Calm down! Your not working for Alexander McQueen..
dominga martins: My disclaimer: Complete waste of time.If you have what I consider "clothes", don't waste your time, they are only looking for garbage. If you are a professional with "clothes" seek other options. If you value your "clothes" don't go. I promise you don't go... long lines and out dated junk...
V M: Prices are too high for the quality. Probably you can find better things at a thrift store. Or shop sales at a “regular”store and pay slightly more for brand new.
Caitlin Belle Isle: Great selection of trendy and fairly priced clothes. I appreciated that when they bought clothes from me they explained what their store is looking for and why certain items were bought or why they passed. Definitely worth checking out, here’s some cute clothes I saw.
Deborah C: If you enjoy one-of-a-kind secondhand pieces from quality brands like SHEIN, Forever 21, and H&M at 80% of their retail price, this Buffalo Exchange location is for you! Look no further for barely-there tops that are practically falling off their hangers, after being "gently used" for last season's trends, or hoards of people crammed in a warm, humid, space, jostling each other around tightly packed racks of clothing.
Alexi Nowell: The people here are great. O, Trinity, and Kyle are fantastic and just great people to talk with. No pretentions, just fun people who like fashion and enjoy when someone finds that special something they really want.
Ben Sopot: THEY SCAMMED ME! SOLD ME FAKE BALENCIAGA TRAINERS for $350! I called them to say they sold me fake shoes they said they would investigate and get back to me. They never have! Then I wrote a negative review about selling fakes and they replied asking to contact the store which I did twice more and they have not got back to me. Avoid at all cost. Disgusting.
Edward Xavier Barrios: Great people! Fun clothes, love selling, trading and store credit. Plus they are dog friendly! Love this store!
Arielle H: Not sure why the haters in the reviews below are so hurt but this location is good. Most of the staff are kind and the prices are decent for a resale thrift store! They have a wide range of sizes and cute styles.
lea zaharoni: Do not waste your time at this store. It is run by children and teenagers who work at a glacial pace and behave like toddlers. They will not buy your stuff - everything is ugly anyway.
Oyun-Erdene Altan-Ochir: Love dis place. Doing great work to support sustainable fashion with unique styled clothes 💙Ps: if ure planning to sell show without strap better to find something before get here. Otherwise they wont get it.
Freda Wiley: Nothing is hip. Vintage or old like in the 1970s is best to describe what they're looking for. Pull out your bell bottom pants and you're good to go. If you got a whole s*** load of stuff that reminds you of how the Brady's dressed on The Brady Bunch then you're cool. If you have stylish new clothes don't waste your time.
Grace Z: Nice selection of items. Well curated. Prices feel a little high and racks are a little crowded
Savannah Davis: I could hear the workers talking about how poorly dressed some of the customers were and making fun of an elderly people woman for asking questions about an item. Shein items were also priced more than their actual selling price. Buffalo exchanges are notoriously iffy but this one was the worse that I’ve been to
yaotomesoba 8: This place isn’t really a thrift, it’s more like a resell shop. I had trouble finding any article of clothing under $18 which is surprising since most of the items looked like they belonged in a landfill. From what I could see, they hardly had any vintage or brand-name items, either. Don’t waste your time.
RosSanA De Castro: Border line stealing, they will not pay you what it’s worth so go donate a goodwill or Salvation Army. Disgusting
J J: Nicer quality clothes than most thrift stores and I enjoyed my first few experiences shopping here. However, the employees were very rude and condescending when I came in to sell clothes. They talked down on me the entire time I was there and made me regret coming in at all. I understand that the workers are mostly young adults but they really need to learn better customer service skills. You’d be better off just selling your clothes on Depop or Poshmark because Buffalo Exchange barely takes any items despite the fact that they sell so much Forever 21 and Shein.
Wei Zhan: Don’t try to sell your clothes here. My consignment item was already sold long long time ago and called a hundred times still can’t receive my money back.
Kosi Onyeka: Great store. They always have an impressive selection of clothing. Shopping here is slightly addicting:)
David Andrade: Always a pleasure selling and buying here, everyone is very helpful and kind. Can’t wait to go back!
Alicia White: the sign out front says “fashion for all” but I felt very uncomfortable the whole time. Nobody said hi and I felt like I wasnt welcome. The shorts and skirts are up high out of reach and say “small” and are randomly organized. It hurt my arm looking through them. They had no 4’s within my price range. A lot of the items were very expensive or very cheap, no in between. As others have stated, there wasnt anything that stood out to me that was actually retro or vintage. Disappointing all around.

Buffalo Exchange: what do users think?
Divya: This is a great place to shop if you're tiny and thrift for the fashion, not to save money. They really don't take or sell anything interesting beyond small-medium. The collection for average to mid size folks is abysmal and plus size is non-existant. There's racks of flimsy crop tops and tiny strappy dresses in sizes 0-4 and oversized t shirts for everyone else. It sends the clear message that skinny is in and if you're not, you're not welcome here. While some of it is understandable as a second-hand store (even though this problem doesn't exist at the goodwill next door), when you see the specific kind of picky they are while buying clothes it's noticeable that they seem to have no idea what plus/mid sized folks actually wear, or just don't think people above a certain size can be stylish.
keren valladares: This place was horrible I wouldn’t recommend anyone to come here , they don’t give you anything for your clothes I came here with a bag full of brand new or barely worn super cute fashionable clothes but I got told my clothes were dirty & that they didn’t even want to look through my stuff because they were gonna get a rash super rude & racist!!!Your better off just donating your clothes at goodwill! They will judge you less smh
kim haywood: I tried again.. To see if anything had changed at Buffalo Exchange.. One word Nope!..Still the same racist store. To the Blond Manger with streaks its Buffalo Exchange ..Calm down! Your not working for Alexander McQueen
Madeleine Brown: Have been about a dozen times. Great place to find cute used clothes. They buy clothing, 25% cash or 50% store credit of the price they set for the item. Have only had good experiences with staff.
M P: I can share a similar story to other reviewers. I’ve come in multiple times with items from brands their own website claims they’re looking for. Said items were either brand new with tags or like new. They barely took anything. I’ve seen them pick items from other buyers which were at best worn out, at worst straight up hideous. Of course as a result I wouldn’t shop here either cause there’s nothing to find. It is in fact full of overpriced items in bad condition. I just drop off my things next door at goodwill and save myself the time and the mental exhaustion of going through their appointment system for a couple of bucks.
Maria Malena: Very decent quality use clothing.
Eve Doll: I'm not sure how people sell their clothes here. Almost everything in the store has holes or looks worn-out. I brought in a bag of clothes & all they took was a pair of heavily worn out fashion nova pants & a turtle neck with bleach stains lol.
Chris L: They are selling Salvation Army worthy clothes. Junk! All the clothes look like they’ve been worn and washed 1,000x! Staff is unpleasant and acts like it’s a bother for them to count your items for the fitting room.
Alex Henriquez: Sorry excuse for a consignment store. Came in with 4 bags of stuff... the employee shifted through one, barely looked through the other, and could not open the other two bags and gave them back to me. Lazy and unprofessional. Also come on... selling dusty old sneakers for $40 is laughable. A farce of a business and hysterical metrics for choosing clothing.
Sunny Qin: overpriced for a mediocre (at best) selection. Never seem to take any of my items (even the new ones with tags on). I assume they have a complete different taste from me 🤷‍♀️
Mali Hajat: Just bring your trush items!!! If you have better items just donate or give your friend instead of bringing here.
alexa: Said they were open on their website and on the hours listed on their front door. They weren’t? I came at 2:30 on a Tuesday. Drove all the way here and paid for parking already - definitely an inconvenience
Michelle Lin: to sell, you have to sit with your things for over 45 min, there’s no way appointments available. the reason they gave for having to sit there is so no things would get left behind, but i literally had a tote. the store is so small so i’d be able to hear my name that this rationale makes no sense…
Camryn Wheals: Absolutely a waste of time, coming in with 3 large bags full of clothing and only take 2 items out and say it’s worth $5. I understand that you don’t have to take everything, but I mean that’s not providing the service of the business. It just makes this process more unreasonable for what you say it is.
Corn Kid: Omg best store for sissies crossdressing and trans people
TheDagger456 32: Literally brought a bunch of clothes Ive never worn, all cute highwaisted pants, cute crop tops hoodies ect. They didn't take anything and the obnoxious saleslady had the audaucity to tell me I should "bring something like what I was wearing" when I was wearing an outfit comprised of said items. Would never go here.
ava shire: Trash - They literally sell trash, and give you trash money for your own items. I have been here countless times trying to make a few dollars and they will even compliment your outfit but not accept your new / in style clothing. The employees hardly care about customer service, and they are extremely greedy. I would never sell to a place that wants to give you pennies for something that is worth more than the clothes they’re selling. They sell clothes extremely over priced that would cost less in the actual stores they originally came from. This place is such a scam for your money, it’s not worth even considering. I saw a hoodie for $70 and other items priced even higher once and I can guarantee with my experience as a seller they gave the original seller $8 at best for their items. They absolutely lie about the % they’ll sell it for to give you less.I’d rather donate my clothes or give them away to friends, this company is awful to their customers and doesn’t deserve your business. Go elsewhere!!
Leslie Flores: Employees seem to only buy clothing that is old or hanging on by a thread. They tend to reject a lot of good or new clothing. A lot of clothing that is being sold there can be found on SHEIN.
Sarah Hall: They really do seem to only buy the weirdest things in your wardrobe, and then when you try to shop you can't find anything because all the clothes are ugly or sized for American Girl dolls. They also have a weird tendency to not buy back things you bought from them in the first place but haven't worn. From what I've gathered, it's because of the management system. Corporate offices set guidelines for what's good or bad nationwide without much consideration of what people actually wear in your region. And the buyers can be fired for taking too many items that upper management deems unworthy. Not worth it. Goodwill is right next door and they've got a really efficient pipeline that does more for the environment and struggling communities than Buffalo Exchange does. With Goodwill, the profits (especially on nicer stuff) go towards job training for the disadvantaged. At BE, you'll get a few dollars in cash or a little more for in-store credit so you can shop the lackluster inventory they've got. If you need the money, go for it. But otherwise, the way this company operates is pretty off.
Natalie Winter: The worst experience I’ve ever had at a store.I came in at 3:30 to sell a small bag of just 7 clothes. When I walked in they said they’d put me on a list and that it would be 15 minutes. In the meantime, I walked around the store and went to try things on in the fitting room. Someone shouted my name while I was in the fitting room that it was my appointment time, so I immediately rushed out. Then when I got out they said they already skipped me so they would put me next on the list (with 1 person ahead of me). I said that was completely fine and that I would wait upstairs this time. I did not want to miss my name being called the second time so I waited next to the counter. I waited for 45 minutes. At this point I was wondering why it was taking so long so I asked them for a time estimate on when my name would be called. This employee exclaimed “oh it looks like they called your name a while ago and skipped you so you aren’t on the list.” ??? This wasn’t true because I haven’t left my spot near the counter. I tried to explain this but the employee kept cutting me off and insinuating it was my fault. This particular employee was the rudest person I have ever interacted with in a store. I’m a very non-confrontational person and hate inconveniencing people so I was fine waiting an hour with no complaints, but I have never had someone cut me off like that and not even listen to me while I was talking to them.I don’t think I will ever shop at Buffalo Exchange again and hope management trains their employees to be more respectful —especially to customers who have already been waiting patiently.
Clorae Prince: This place thinks there slick!! The sales person creates an amount so they can buy it themselves! How you bring in items that cost $50 and up and all the items are valued at $2, $4, or maybe $11? Someone needs to really look into this scam situation! I don’t see how they pick and choose either when all used stuff is needed for all sizes? Place is a joke! Come in with bags full of ish! And only one item is chosen for $4? Just have a yard sale you’ll make more money! Facts!
