The checking out line was too long with more than half an hour wait time. The staff were overworked and very busy with helping out customers. Overall not a bad experience.

Phoebe Cusack: They have forgotten why people shop at stores.I came in to look at multi-cookers because the website said that they had both the ones I was considering in store.When I go there one was on display. The other was not. After much searching the team member found the second one.I asked if he could open it for me so I could compare it to the one on display.He refused. He said I had to buy it first. If I wanted to buy it first I could order it online for $60 less.The reason we bother to go to a store is so we can see and experience the product BEFORE we buy.It seems they have forgotten this. No wonder retail is suffering.
John Thibodeaux: They had what I wanted. With the exception of the big fella working the front door, the most unenthusiastic staff possible.
Zachary Marcou: The majority of employees at this location, including the assistant store manager(s), need some serious coaching. It seems like there is no supervision by upper management, or some kind of disconnect from leadership, to folks on the floor. All of the outstanding employees last a few weeks at this location, and are never seen again. Most (not all) of the existing staff lacks the knowledge to do their jobs, which is on leadership to correct. I've witnessed three separate occasions where the support desk in the center of the store treated folks so poorly that it devolved into a shouting match. Their attitudes are just putrid, and they wander around in packs to perform basic tasks; it's a massive waste of payroll. A lot these behaviors are correctable, but without a concerted effort, this location will continue to lose out on revenue that would otherwise be secured by outstanding customer service. It's a shame that performance isn't audited seemingly at all. I'm not interested in costing anybody their jobs, but am happy to provide additional detail so that staff may be retrained and coached up properly.

Tristan Leeds: This store may be a large building but the strangely shocking thing for me was seeing lazy employees glued to their phones or roaming around, security was lax, undesirables scattered in between aisles looking like theft was committed, and plus, too much of the merchandise appeared empty or poorly inventoried! Quite sad to see!
Kevin Nieves: Beware of this location if you’re using a debit or EBT Card. At the self-checkout, someone is putting something that steals your money. It has happened twice. They record your pin and card number so that they can drain your accounts.
Joseph Chow: Perfect for waiting the 16 bus to Andrew or Forest Hills station. They sell UNO Ultimate card game.
Margarita Pineda: This is for the South Bay Target. This is by far the cleanest, nicest, most Organized store I have been to. Any chance I get to go there(I live in north shore) I do!! BEST SELECTION OF everything. Some unique finds as well not found in other targets. Staff is cordial and constantly paying attention to detail!
Angelina Camacho (Angie C): Love Target but South Bay needs support and some actual police just to keep shoppers safe. It gets live in there. Reducing active staff on registers/around storeetc is actually essential for safety at that location.
Tanvir Hussain: Went in to buy two iPads but they only sell one in person. Placed online order for 2 and then asked if they could fulfill it while I waited. Was refused, told it would take two hours even though staff had item in hand when I originally walked in. No customer service

The store is clean and the store associates are nice and very helpful Especially Marie who is usually at the returns/service counters. She’s very patient, professional and extremely helpful. As you enter the store, a suffocating sense of unease settles over you like a thick, oily fog. The dim lighting, twisted aisles, and ominous silence create an atmosphere of dread that seems to permeate every corner of the store.But it's the workers who truly inspire terror. They lurk in the shadows, their movements jerky and unnatural, and their eyes hollow and lifeless. And super convenient for me but I will drive to another store because I definatley felt unsafe at that one. Also the two stupid managers were discussing that I STOLE an item. Instead of asking me. Matt: Big target, good liquor selection and best prices around. However, it's locked in glass cases (to keep the inventory in stock, sure) but you have to ring for help because there are never any associates around to unlock the case. Went this morning and the help buttons didn't seem to be working. Found an associate who didn't have the key but radioed for someone to come with a key. Ten minutes later, nobody showed up. Disappointing to say the least.

Zoe Lang: You have to spend $35 to get validated parking. There is extremely limited parking in this area, so you are pretty much stuck using the garage. The parking fee is $12. Don't drive to this Target!
