The HotShots rep was prompt in setting up, very good service, and the photobooth was one of the highlights of our event. Our guests, from across the country, were able to have some fun and memorable pictures to take home with them. Highly recommend.

Katherine Fuentes-De Lima: The WORST experience ever. They cancelled on us 3 hours prior to our daughter's quinceañera and left us with NO alternative. Their excuse was there was no attendant but I'm pretty sure something could've been worked out where some thing was dropped off and we could use it and then it gets picked up. I've seen that plenty of times at events. My daughter was so disappointed because this was the only activity and was the favors for the party. NEVER AGAIN.

Jorge Fuentes: Absolutely the worst experience, Do Not Hire this unprofessional “company” 2 hour prior the event they reach out to say they can’t attend to the event. Even if is a legit reason, they didn’t bother giving solutions or alternatives. They just ruined this important day for my daughter. DO NOT HIRE

Jens S: IMPORTANT!! We hired hotshots for our Halloween party and it was a hit with the kids and adults. Staff was great. They only wanted to put out the plastic props as they said the cloth ones will get ruined with the kids face paint which makes sense. Such a blast. My only recommendation to anyone looking to book the mirror style photo booth... there is a bit of glare during the day with the sun for outdoor events so its a little hard to see the animations but it was still the hit of the party and we will try a different booth next year for outdoor sunny events. Thank you again!

Daniel Vaquerano: Craig at Hotshots did a great job at my wedding last weekend. He went over and above our expectations and interacted with our guests the entire night. The photos came out great and he even recorded video messages. We have been to plenty of weddings and usually the photo booth attendant is just sitting there. Craig was full of energy and he was a huge hit with our guests. I didn't want to go with hotshots at first as they were a little pricier than the other companies we looked at but now I understand the value behind their packages. They did a free custom backdrop with our logo on it on the photo booth and did some cool lighting around the entire room. Ty hotshots!

Danielle Conlin: My husband and I decided we wanted a photo booth at our wedding for our guests to have fun with and have photos to take home. HotShots came highly recommended to my husband and I from another vendor we had already hired. Based on all the 5 star reviews, we felt they were the right choice to have on our wedding day. I wasn't even going to write this review because I know everyone has a bad day sometimes, but it has been almost two months since our wedding day and we are STILL receiving negative feedback from our guests about their experience with our photo booth. At first, we felt like communication with HotShots was positive. Eric was very friendly and responsive. He told us he would not be with us on our wedding day (which was fine) and that we would have ONE photo booth attendant for the evening. This was also written in our contract. On our wedding day, our photo booth attendant showed up with an assistant who we obviously did not plan for. As soon as they finished setting up their equipment, our guests started lining up to take pictures. We were surprised at how many people actually wanted to do it, so that made us happy and we were excited to use it ourselves. Not even 10 minutes in, the photo printer broke, so only a couple of our guests walked away with photos that night. The second attendant pulled me aside to tell me this and show me the broken printer...and told me that they would mail us the full album of all our guests photos, which was included in our contract, plus the duplicates so that we could send our guests their photos with our thank you notes. She said she would send the album and the duplicates in the mail the following Monday. I was in the middle of trying to enjoy our wedding at the time, so I said that was fine and moved on. A week and a half after our wedding, we hadn't received anything in the mail, so we reached out to the assistant at the number she gave us and she responded saying that she works long hours and couldn't get to the post office, but would try to get there as soon as possible. At that point, we decided to just reach out to Eric to tell him how unhappy we were. He did end up giving us a partial refund and then in another week, we received the photo album and the duplicate photos we were promised, which ended up being another disappointment. About half of the photos we received were poor quality. Most of them were very faded and blurry, as if the printer was running out of ink. To make things worse, our guests have been telling us that the attendant was rude to people, that he was forcing people to use props and to do poses that they weren't comfortable with (even when they said no), and that he was trying to dance with guests who weren't interested. We've been hearing he was yelling at guests who tried to photobomb people who were taking pictures (which I'm sure was all in good fun), including my husband who paid for the booth and was obviously the groom...We also found out a few weeks after the wedding that the second assistant, who wasn't even supposed to be there, went ahead and helped herself to our wedding planners vendor meal, so my planner never ate dinner. We had high hopes for HotShots and were seriously let down.

Jeannine Gilmore: When my niece I and starting planning her wedding in 2019 for 2020 I spoke with a few photo booth companies and none felt right, leaving us to question the whole idea of one. Then I spoke with Eric at HotShots. He really listened and explained everything so I knew we would book them, and did. He was great to work with. Well, then the pandemic hit and the wedding was rescheduled for July 2021 in the hopes of it happening and Eric immediately locked in the future date and sent a new contract with the revised date, taking a bit of stress off. Never asking for additional monies and no cost or package inclusion changes. Always responding to email, text or phone calls. Accommodating to your schedule, you can't beat it!!The wedding came and true to form HotShots was fantastic. Great props, scrapbook and flash drive of videos! Ample and great uplighting too! Stephanie, who ran the booth at our event, was excellent, professional and an absolute doll!! The booth was a big hit and lots of compliments about Stephanie were shared with us. So I would just say if you're looking for a photo booth for any event, look no further!!!

Alex Madrigal: For anyone looking to hire this company- please consider the irresponsibility, immaturity and outright stupidness of its owner - Eric. In the middle of a pandemic when most people are being separated from family and loved ones, Eric decides to throw a huge party at his house, with a top less bartender and all. The party included people who were under 21 but that’s not the problem. The problem is that Eric, apparently, thinks that COVID is a joke. Want proof? Refer to attached pictures on Yelp!Eric used equipment from his company to print photos for guests that said “I got COVID at Eric’s house 11-21-20!”I post this, just as a warning before you consider hiring him so that you know he has been careless and clearly does not care about your health or that of anyone else!

Brian Kane: The Hotshots photo booth operator was very professional and set everything easily and knew how to uplight the venue perfectly. We were very pleased with our printed photo album as well, the quality was far better than I imagined.

David Fishman: HotShots Photo Booth was great at my daughter's Bat Mitzvah. They were prompt and professional, sending two attendants to work the booth. We received complimentary uplighting with our purchase and also had a custom backdrop with our daughter's logo on it. We loved that we received a copy of all of the photo strips in a memory book THAT night and then received access to all the photos and videos shortly thereafter. Cynthia Brisky: I am the Student Activities Director at Weston High School, and we just hired Pose Photo Booths for our winter senior dance. Pose did a fabulous job! They were very responsive, easy to work with, creative, and helpful. They worked with us and were able to create a really nice booth for us. With very little direction, they designed a photo frame based on our invitation that worked really well and looked great! The photo booth attendant was on-time, engaged with the students, and super easy to work with. We had used photos for a dance a few years ago, and we had a great experience then too. They are a bit on the pricey side, but definitely worth it for the service you get, and they will work with you to design a booth that fits your budget.
