Balans Wellness Studio - Pilates, Massage, Strength, Yoga: what do users think?
A Y: Since the studio offers multiple services by various professionals, I’d like to point out that the 3 stars are not with regards to the studio (it seems wonderful) or a professional, it is with regards to mismatch of expectations on a specific offering, postural yoga. I had one intro class and while it was a truly great yoga class, I had very different set of expectations based on the description and the name of the class. I expected there would be focus on posture, something different from regular yoga classes, and I’d learn something new. What it felt like was that it was a great individual yoga class, but I didn’t notice what would merit the name “postural”, or any poses that would differentiate the class from a class at a regular studio. Perhaps this is something that comes later if one takes multiple classes consistently, however, the price point led to certain expectations on my end that were not met.I tried floating and loved it. Everyone at the studio is friendly and welcoming.
BSH Digitas: The owner and the people that work there are simply the top in the industry. It is a very calming atmosphere with the highest trained massage therapists and estheticians! You must go!! All organic products! You feel at home the minute you step in the door.Located on the fabulous Newbury Street Boston!
Linsey Fernandes: I saw Frances for a first time visit and she was awesome! Great to talk with and she really focused on your target areas using different methods. Have already recommended her to 2 other people and I will definitely be a regular.
Nancy Grogan: Lovely Spa. Awesome massage. Yummy organic products!
Riley Rodgers: Sister location of Balans Organic Spa and another tranquil space to spend time focusing on yourself. Open floor plan and a calming atmosphere -

Boston Yoga Union: what do users think?
Ramiro “VSpeed” Villalobos: I’ve been teaching yoga for the last 7 years and Amanda’s flow was simplistically incredible. Sequencing flowed smoothly for equally the beginner to the experienced. Flow featured a full body stretch and recovery for this weary traveler. Studio is clean, perfectly lit and precisely heated. If you are in town or just passing by, I highly recommend checking this space out. Namaste.
Jazz: Literally one of the best yoga communities I have ever been a part of, everyone who works there is so special in their own way and teaches classes so different and in unison at the same time as well as their teacher training programs being amazing I wish I could’ve finished my 300 hour with BYU! The worst thing about moving back to California was leaving this community!
Randal Engelmann: A studio with spirit, humor, fitness and wellbeing. Looking for a great yoga experience? Check out the Union, you won't be disappointed. Lead by Tim and his amazing approach to being seriously dedicated to the practice while bringing a level of humor and occasionally a bit of snark. Oh yeah, it is also a beautiful space filled with light and great energy.
JP Hogan: This place is world class. The absolute best. I recommend it as far and away the best studio in Boston. Huge, sunny studios, great community. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.
Steve F: The best yoga studio in Boston!
Casey Smith: Best yoga studio in Boston!
Tracy Margaret Thorn: Beautiful, open space with lots of light.. and the most wonderful teachers & classes. LOVE
Daniel Mundo: Best studio in Boston (and possibly country?) Soothing ambience, large main studio so you never feel cramped, and most importantly, fantastic teachers. They offer a nice variety, but they all focus on a holistic experience and don’t treat it like strictly a workout class as you find in many other studios. Lots of classes at different times to cater to any schedule and very reasonably priced considering the prime location. Great community feel as well and their workshops and teacher training programs are wonderful additions to get deeper into your practice.
David Crocini: The real deal
Anna Sager Real Estate: Positive:ProfessionalismTrying to take up time on my business trip, I booked a class here and had no idea what to expect but leaving this place I was so happy. The instructor was amazing and so were the other staff. It took my mind off business for awhile and gave me time to relax.
Ben Greenstar: Beautiful new studio, feels like home. And Emily is such a great instructor. They were so welcoming there!
Tina Cincotti: There's no better yoga studio in all of Boston and probably beyond. From the physical space and classes to the teachers and community of students, it's such a special place. Tim and Emily put their heart and soul into Boston Yoga Union and you can feel it the moment you arrive. I can't say enough about how incredible it is.
Stephanie Paparsenos: Incredible energy and community feel. Classes range from all levels, so there is something for everyone. Best yoga in Boston hands down!
Sarah Louise: As soon as you walk in the door you can feel a shift in the energy. Every instructor will teach you something new and useful. Thank you Em and Tim for giving life to this wonderful space and thank you to all of the teachers that make every class a new and exciting challenge!
Kathryn Brown: I went last night for a pre-opening free class just to try it out and it was exceptional! The instructor (Emily) was approachable, kind and extremely helpful (I am not really an avid yoga person). The studio is warm and inviting - feels like a home. I ended up purchasing a card of 10 classes! Maybe I am a yoga person after all! Thank you Boston Yoga Union!

North End Yoga Llc: what do users think?
Audrey J: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,QualityAmazing space and great class, thank you Anna! I’ll be back!
Samantha Murphy: North End Yoga is my favorite yoga studio in Boston. Between the location, the fantastic instructors, and the beautiful space, it really feels like an oasis in a beautiful part of the city. I started coming here before COVID, and have recently felt comfortable coming back to studios, and this place has stayed consistently clean and well managed! I am so happy to be back.
Alexandra Gabriel: Beautiful studio even more beautiful practice!
Amy Qiu: conveniently located and offers a variety of classes
Leah Olverd: Kind, friendly staff and a great teacher. Disappointed that there was no music/sound other than the man grunting behind me and the honking outside.
Laura Nelson: Great instructors and beautiful studio!!
Annette Cheng: Coming to Ame and Ben’s classes at North End Yoga these past two years had significantly improved my mood and overall well-being. I can’t recommend north end yoga enough.I was skeptical of yoga in the beginning because I didn’t subscribe to the whole spirituality part of it; however, both Ame and Ben’s style of direct prompts really worked for me. Shuli is also amazing if you want a butt-kicking. Everyone has a slightly different style and there’s something for everyone here. Here, you’ll find men and women who swan dived straight off a lululemon catalogue and other who are just starting to be able to reach their toes. I’ve always felt comfortable here, regardless of my ability/mood/how I feel about my body that day. All the teachers are mindful of the range of abilities and offer variations of poses, which gives me something to strive towards. All in all, I am very grateful for the wonderful folks at North End Yoga.
Christen Boyles: Flew in from out of state with a heavy backpack to lug around for 6 hours. Took a 9:30 am class and (Julie I think?!?) was so accommodating and helped me out when I had hours to spend in the city alone. Class was beautiful and really helped me loosen up after getting not enough sleep and flying in just an hour earlier. Not to mention it is a BEAUTIFUL studio with showers complete with body wash, shampoo and conditioner. All in historic old north in a beautiful old building. Done raving, but such an awesome experience 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻
Delphine Cherewick: The instructors are great and I love the space. It’s a very nice studio.
Dmytro Florov: Very cozy yoga studio with interesting programs..
Megan Kelley Marina: Incredible studio, brilliant teachers, beautiful space!
Linn Kay: The studio is warm and smells like incense. It's in a convenient location in the North End, just 5 minutes walk from the Haymarket t-stop. There are lots of great places to grab a cup of coffee or salad after yoga nearby as well. They have very nice bathrooms with showers if you need to rinse off before heading out. When you arrive, you're greeted cheerfully and Brittany, one of the pilates teachers, makes an effort to learn names when she's working the desk. The teachers are positive, exceptionally knowledgeable and teach creative sequences so you always feel like you're building to a new pose. Yoga never feels boring here. They have a great selection of classes from relaxing Ananda, to strict Ashtanga, to fun and challenging Vinyasa. Ame teaches a Deepen Your Practice class that is amazing and small and you can learn a lot about correct alignment as well as how to get into challenging poses. She's very funny and makes you feel at home. She also delves into more "basic" poses like chataranga to change your perspective about the pose and show you little things that most people do wrong, so you can elevate your yoga practice and keep away from injuries in other classes with less experienced teachers because you know the pitfalls. Overall, amazing yoga studio!
Lauriston Segerson: My first visit to North End Yoga - When I arrived this morning for the 6:30am class, I mentioned it was my first time and excited. The receptionist was not friendly and told me to wait because the class was full. Once the class started, the teacher came out and told her there was one more spot and I could squeeze in, but the receptionist still told me I could not join the class. Came back to my hotel feeling very disappointed, considering I have read such positive reviews.

Beacon Hill Yoga: what do users think?
Danielle W: Surprised to hear some of the negative reviews, as I’ve only had positive experiences here. I pay through class pass and go about 1-2 times a week. Casandra and Shannon are wonderful instructors. The space can be on the cooler side sometimes (which is actually my preference), but I’ve noticed lately they’ll turn on a couple of the heaters from hot yoga, which helps keep it warmer.Always clean and it had a beautiful view of some of the cool MGH buildings across the way - I love it!
Caroline: Beautiful, immaculate, welcoming space with friendly, expert instructors. Beacon Hill is so lucky to have this gem!
Rose Corcoran: I moved to Beacon Hill in August and have been coming here as much as I can ever since taking my first class - every instructor is so amazing and I love my experience every time!!! I feel so welcome and the classes are challenging yet relaxing - I recommend this place to everyone and love how with each class, I feel myself improving. :)
Deirdre Parsons: I have been going here for a handful of yoga sessions and I love it! Super friendly staff, great yoga sessions. This is a warm, unpretentious, welcoming spot for anyone new to yoga or for those experienced yogis looking to deepen their practice.
Riki Rosenthal: Took Meredith’s class on Friday and it was amazing! She’s such a gifted teacher. The studios is also really beautiful. Def recommend!
Samantha Pepe: This is the best yoga studio in Boston!
Anna Rombe-Shoov: Best in Boston. Warm cozy space. Excellent, fun teachers
Laurie Borstelmann: Small but clean and Natalie is a great teacher!
Al Torabi: For starters it was a freezing cold Friday night and I just needed to get away from the reality of work and traffic so Yoga was going to be my gateway to much needed zen.Studio was clean and convenient to get to - just a stones throw away from MGH.Vinyasa with Jenn was on the docket and luckily had space for a late add.Jenn was very welcoming and friendly, made you feel like you were a regular right when you walked in. Class started exactly where I needed it, controlling breathing and clearing the mind. Progression of flow was great, three main flows that seemed to naturally build on one another and inline with music. Shavasana closed out the class and was the perfect reset.Would definitely take a class with Jenn again.
Zoe DeStories: Lovely little studio! I'm new to yoga but felt welcomed and was able to follow along. The studio is quite small (fits a class of 6 people!) and was well-heated.
Emi Michaud Weinstock: I was disappointed and frustrated after a Restore class- those things do NOT belong together. The class name was Flow & Restore. There was exactly 1.5 minutes of flow. We did 1 or 2 downward dogs. The rest was all Restore. I appreciate Restore and all it can do for you and take those classes regularly but I don’t like being misled. Be honest about the class. Also there is so much construction happening around the neighborhood in a tiny studio with windows it was REALLY difficult to get my Restore on even when I was trying to get in that place. Finally, I was so damn cold even after I put my hoody on. Again instead of focusing on my Restoration I was left distracted and cold. The review is 2 stars because the instructor was good. If it was simply a Restore class it would’ve been fine but no amount of instruction could help with the environment and the misleading title.
Maria Iannuccillo: Take Helen's class on Tuesday at 5 pm. 100% worth your time and Helen is a wonderful instructor.
Paulina Podgorska: Clean studio, good teachers, good workouts. Space is too small for busy classes (8+). Not much time is given to final relaxation period in most classes.
Omar Wahid: The instructors are very kind and make the class interesting to multiple skill levels. The space can get a bit tight depending on class time. Their new customer trial is a great value.
Aska: I went to this studio for more than one year. Instructors are very friendly, and they try to memorize each student’s name. The classes are well organized, and I was able to take cardio exercise to relaxing yoga classes at one studio. You can actually get rid of your gym membership when you go to this studio. Highly recommended! :)
Hilary Moore: Love the barre classes! Great timing and great workouts, very clean studio.
Becka Simon: Always too crowded and not a large variety of classes. I hate looking up at the camera in the studio that's always on while practicing yoga. It's distracting and invasive to see the red light from it and know I'm being recorded.

Healthworks Cambridge: what do users think?
Biella Coleman: Edit: Thrilled they are renovating the wet area. It is in serious need of it. I'm a member of all three and my preference is to go to the Cambridge location due to parking and as it is closer to me. As someone who really loves a good sauna after a workout I have to say the wet/sauna area is showing it's age and in spite of them being good a cleaning, they are less on top of leaks and it appears like there is mildew growing on some of the tiles in the shower area and they are not taking care of leaks as quickly as I would expect. I am very mold sensitive and am finding that I will likely have to stop using this facility given the leaks/mold. I pointed out the leak that is in the picture below a few weeks ago and it is still there (as of Friday at least). I find the BackBay/Brookline locker room facilities are in far better shape. It's just there is no parking and so they are much less convenient facilities. Otherwise it is a a great facility and runs well but having mold free gym and taking care of leaks quickly are of the essence for those of us who are mold sensitive :(
Carter Chamberlain: Ignore this review. Google maps won't stop advertising Healthworks and rating it poorly is the only way to de-prioritize the recommendation. If the business paid for targeting advertising, they did so excessively and deserve this review.
T Lieberman: I've been really enjoying healthworks so far. I joined about 6 weeks ago, and have been really appreciating the frequent class schedule- including great challenging classes-, wide variety of equipment, sauna, clean locker room, and towel service. And great location. I now have a gym habit again after 18 years of trying occasionally and failing. The app for booking classes works really well, and I find that I can usually get the class I want. This is true even if a class initially looks booked, because of folks drop out on day of.One complaint would be that the gym says it is open until 9p but cleaners are working on the gym floor starting at 8p (though you can ignore them) and the sauna closes at 8:45p. It would be great to be truly open later. Another would be for the mics on the classes to be tested a little better, I often can't hear what the instructor is saying over the music.
Nicholas Coops: Professional staff
Adriana Azar: Nice, clean, great equipment, top facilities and classes. The only negative is how crowded it gets past 5.30pm. Other than that I love this place.
Sulafa Zidani: Giving this place two stars because they are charging way too much to have this kind of customer service. The location is great, however, they are non-responsive, and when they do respond, they talk down to customers. In my experience, they don't reply to emails, then on phone calls they'll say they will send information/forms via email and then never send it. There's also lack of transparency about charges during membership freeze, and that's another area where it seems patronizing and suspicious. For a place that's so expensive, this is unacceptable. I burned a lot more emotional energy than calories here, and I will be cancelling my membership.
Ash Blossoms: Do you love getting chased out of the gym at 8 p.m. to aggressive cleaners, an hour before the gym actually closes? Would you want to come here, every day, never complain once, then the one time you actually complain about something valid, have the general manager do nothing? Then this is the gym for you!
Stephanie Berk: Healthworks is the best gym. The staff, trainers, spa staff and classes are amazing. The facilities, showers, steam bath, sauna and locker room are amazingly clean, well maintained and a pleasure to use. I couldn't recommend this gym more highly. It is heavenly-
Tanya Raymond: Staff are extremely rude and talk down to their customers. I’ve been warned about this place by former members. I will be canceling my membership. This place charges a lot of money for a lot of services. Customer service isn’t one of them.
Adelaide B: Been going here for a few months. Was sort of aimless at first but then started training with Ian once a week. He helped me build a solid routine, taught me form and consistency and all the intricacies of strength training. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and very good at his job. Highly recommend his services for anyone who wants to get seriously strong!
Morenvino M: Gender discriminative gym! I booked a class through their partner website, and was only told it's women only gym after I got there. Total waste of my time
Laura Grace: Love this gym. All the pamper-y amenities, classes are included in membership (and they're amazing), and the community is super inclusive.
Joy Kucinkas: Joined this gym in January… love the location, trainers, steam room/sauna and all the machines and classes!
Brandon Wilson: Been a member of the Cambridge Healthworks gym for several decades and rate it very highly for lots of reasons, including many workout amenities, convenient location in Porter Sq. w. parking and many other key businesses of convenience, extended hours, design and cleanliness of Club space, and friendly and professional staff, mgt. and trainers. Tends to be pricey, but overall, worth it if can afford it. Like their Foundation that also reaches out to less advantaged populations.
monique mcnally: Responsive management , clean areas, great staff, amazing wet room. Also a great place to take classes and get a personal trainer or a massage! Well worth the money
Grace: Healthworks is amazing!!! I love the staff and the amenities are fantastic. Sometimes I just go for the sauna. They waived my cancellation fees when I moved across the country too!! Just a sign of a great community establishment. Healthworks is what I will miss most about Boston!
Lynn Chou: I just joined recently and have loved being a member at Healthworks! It has friendly staff, clean facilities, great classes, and an amazing hot tub and sauna, which is always great for a post workout soak. Healthworks also has terrific member benefits and other cool programs — digital fitness platform, personal trainers, and onsite massages. Definitely recommend! :)
Danielle W: Great value and excellent services offered. This is truly a luxury gym and the staff keep up worth that image! Taylor is a great personal trainer and would recommend her to people of all abilities!
Jenna Sunshine: REALLY GREAT GYM! It is slightly more expensive than what I was used to, but I get 20x more stuff for the price!Classes are my jam (Zumba, Barre, Body Pump, etc); My old gym was $73/ month but they only offered ~2- 3 classes per day.Healthworks has ~20-25 CLASSES PER DAY!! There is barely an hour where there isn't a class offered. And they have every sort of class imaginable as well as a great cardio area a ton of training tools (TRX, medicine balls, bands, etc) a decent, (albeit somewhat small) free weight area, a ton of weight machines, and let's not forget one of my favorite things: they have a hot tub! Just 5 mins in there after a workout takes away all my aches & pains. Their locker room is amazing with towel service, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, razors, shower caps, makeup removing wipes, hair dryers, a clothing steamer, vanity areas to put on makeup and do your hair. They have a pretty much nonstop locker room attendant that is always cleaning and restocking everything so it's a VERY CLEAN locker room (which is definitely not always the case with gym locker rooms!). They have personal trainers, massage therapists, child care, etc. At my old gym I rented a locker and they charged $32/month for it, so I was paying $105/month there anyway, and now I'm paying the same amount for a 10x the number of classes, and a ton more services and amenities. SO WORTH IT! I purchased the membership that enables me to go to their 3 other gyms as well but you can buy a membership to just one gym too. I got a free 2 week membership first to see if I'd like it, and there's absolutely no commitment to join after that; if you want me to help you get a free 2 week membership, just LMK!
Lisa Wood: I've been going here for a few years and have loved it. Lots of equipment, great classes, and I've never had to wait for a squat rack. Very clean and the staff is super helpful.Unfortunately, I've had to leave due to a move. The process to cancel is very painless and the membership associates go out of their way to make sure the process is quick and easy. Can't recommend this place enough.
J W: Predatory, they singed my 83 year old grandmother up when she walked by for a year and forced her to use her bank account versus a credit card. Made her sign a contract without giving her a copy of the contract. Scumbags.

Wellfit Acupuncture Boston: what do users think?
olivia ingram: Dr. Anna truly changes lives! I started going to Wellfit about a year ago for debilitating migraines.I went from having a migraine a week to maybe three mild migraines a year! Dr. Anna is so knowledgeable and has not only provided amazing acupuncture, but also nutritional and supplement counseling specific to my body. I cannot say enough good things!
Mike Fanale: I had the chance to meet Dr. Anna and to that I am truly grateful. I’ve had symptoms from chronic spinal/nerve issues for a few years, and when I asked her what her suggestion would be, she suggested a book, not immediately becoming her patient. Happy to say I just received that book in the mail and am eager to jump into it!Dr. Anna is a true professional looking to help all that she can. And is certainly worth visiting!
Sara Ouellette: I can’t say enough good things about Dr Anna Israel. She has helped my mom tremendously over the last 3 months with her migraines, digestive issues and even her mood. Anna thinks outside the box when it comes to treatment and is able to educate you as she creates your plan. She is also very accommodating with scheduling and truly cares. I would recommend her 10/10 times for acupuncture and alternative medicine.
Wendy Maria De Los Santos: Excellent experience, first quality care, proffecionalism
Marina Dreyer: I had been skeptical of acupuncture for a while. Until a friend swore up and down that it’s cured all of her ailments. Yesterday I went to my first appointment in hopes that it would help ease my anxious brain and insomnia. This is hands down the most relaxed I can ever remember being. I feel as if this giant ball of stress has left my body and I’m like a floating jellyfish. I highly recommend!!
Anood Alan: Dr Anna is a wonderful and warm functional medicine provider. I received acupuncture treatments for the first time in my life and I’ve seen tremendous improvement and results. I highly recommend her.
david dowling: Anna is an empathetic and knowledgeable practitioner, I wish I had time to get regular treatments!
Deirdre Karle: The experience I have had since going to Dr. Anna many months ago has been a game-changer. Acupuncture, red light therapy, and advice and guidance on nutrition have helped me understand the right thing for my specific needs. I feel much better physically, sleep better, and have experienced an overall change in my health and wellness. Dr. Anna listens to what your individual needs are, and she does anything she can to assist you in getting better. I describe her as my health coach, and I have been able to run, exercise, and focus better in my job. I am very grateful that I was referred to Dr. Anna.
Andrew Anderson: Anna was very thorough in her care for my migraines and brain fog. She listened well and I did not feel rushed. The best acupuncturist and health advisor I have been to!
Alexandra Hourani: I have been struggling for over a year, seeing multiple Dr’s and trying every treatment I could. Within one treatment, Anna had me feeling better than I had in a very long time. Highly recommend!
Daniel Bishop: Anna has an incredible talent for healing and creating optimal health. I have had several really incredible Acupuncture sessions that totally removed the tightness and stress in my back, which is from a car accident from about 16 years ago. So to have 2 sessions of acupuncture and now I have no more pain or tightness is a big deal. You get what you pay for and if you are looking for optimal health and a Dr that can actual heal you and take your health to the next level then make sure to a book an appointment with her now. You will truly FEEL the difference in your body and mind :)
Anna Israel: Well-fit was outstanding with acupuncture . My stress and anxiousness totally disappeared after our second session . Thank you !!
Elizabeth Flynn: What if I told you Dr. Anna Israel has the skills, knowledge, and tools to improve your health and your life? With absolute certainty I know she has improved mine. Prior to seeing Dr. Israel, I was frustrated with my lack of progress and felt overwhelmed by which process or methodology to follow with weight loss, energy, brain fog and stress. With Anna, I felt, seen, heard, and understood. She brought clarity to why I was continuing to struggle and introduced me to a more personalized, progressive, navigable path to take the guesswork out of the process. I’m so grateful!!What a refreshing health experience to have a doctor and coach who is committed to understanding your needs and articulating focused, successful solutions. Thank you, Anna!!
Ashley Swasey: Anna is truly a miracle worker! I’ve seen other Acupuncturists and have never noticed any difference, but with Anna you feel better immediately. Anna has helped me through many different parts of my life from chronic back pain, getting pregnant, pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum healing, I trust her fully. She is a healer.
Ryan Dimentberg: Amazing Acupuncture! Really helped my back and neck pain!
Kristina Tsipouras: I have been seeing Anna for several years since running on adrenal launching my two businesses. My state of health is finally back to normal thanks to consistant acupuncture and nutrition. I have actually never felt better and all of my PMS and seasonal allergy symptoms have disappeared. I tell everyone I know about Anna and her practice!
Katie Martin: Dr. Anna Israel is the best! She is extremely professional and compassionate at the same time. I immediately felt comfortable in her presence discussing my issues with chronic back pain, hormone imbalance, and stress management. She truly cares about all of her patients and despite never having done acupuncture and cupping before, I fell in love with the results after my first visit. I am currently dealing with a shoulder injury that occured when I was lifting weights and Dr. Israel has implemented a plan to help me heal and manage this pain through acupuncture, general wellness, healthy habits, and nutritional education. I couldn't recommend her enough, if you are on the fence about trying acupuncture, she's a fabulous choice to start your journey!
Miguel Sanchez: It’s a life-changing experienceThanks to Dr. Anna I finally found answer to my problem
Jessica Pritchard: Dr. Anna is truly one of a kind. I have been dealing with acid reflux off and on since I was 9 years old and recently it had become worse and started impacting my sinuses. After just a few visits with Dr. Anna, I started feeling better - in the last month, my reflux and sinuses have improved significantly and my mucus production is way down. In addition to acupuncture, Dr. Anna has made great supplement and diet recommendations. I truly can't thank her enough!
Jeffrey Fogleman: Chronic back pain and malaise - Dr. Israel has been a lifesaver
Essmaa: Dr. Anna is one of the most extraordinary people I have met. When my mother and I walked into Dr. Anna's office early 2021 we were desperate to get help for her recent diagnosis. Dr. Anna provided top notch care through acupuncture, a wealth of knowledge, and the appropriate tools to help aid my mother's journey. She has consistently shown genuine care and concern in my mother's health, making sure she was doing everything she could do to be better. Many months later, my mother is visibly better and we are so grateful we crossed paths with Dr. Anna. Truly one of a kind.

Kiki Pilates & Barre Studio: what do users think?
mary: Good afternoon. Do you have a pilates instructor who speaks Portuguese? Thanks.
Janet Howcroft: Kikis Pilates classes are amazing ! She’s attentive and a great teacher. Being new to Pilates she has made it a pleasure to be in class and I love trying them all! It’s helped my posture, my joints and is changing my body for the better! When you’re friends say wow what are you doing? You look great, I honestly can say I’m going to Kikis Pilates classes
